9. An ophthalmic nebulizer as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the atomizer further comprises an elastic band (6), one end of the elastic band (6) is located in an elastic band hole on the left side of the eyeshade (2), and the other end of the elastic band (6) is located in an elastic band hole on the right side of the eyeshade (2).
