Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of massage devices, in particular to a massage device with a buffer air cushion, which is arranged on a massage armchair and can promote the comfort level of lying on the massage armchair by inflation.
Background
The muscles of the human body need to exercise by exercise to strengthen the endurance and strength of the muscles, and the strong muscles can provide good exercise ability and timely protect the human body from direct injury of viscera or bones in case of emergency. In addition to strengthening the muscles, the muscle tissue needs to be relaxed by massage, the relaxed muscles have the effect of rest, and the muscles need to rest to cope with any condition requiring the use of the muscles, so that the athlete can perform massage after strenuous exercise.
Massage can alleviate exercise injury or muscle stiffness caused by a fixed posture. In addition to the sport player, a person usually needs to maintain a fixed posture from time to time, and the fixed posture does not need high-strength muscle strength, but the muscle is still tensed for a long time, so that the blood flow is not smooth, and further, the person is painful and uncomfortable. Therefore, proper massage is also necessary for an average person.
In order to facilitate the provision of massage, many massage devices, such as sole massage devices, foot massage devices, and massage chairs, have been developed. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a perspective view and a side perspective view of a conventional massage chair are shown, respectively; as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a conventional massage chair M generally includes a massage chair back a, a massage cushion B and a foot massage device C, and a sliding rail R and a massage ball element T sliding on the sliding rail are disposed inside the massage chair M; when a user lies on the massage chair M and starts the massage chair, the user can massage the back of the user by twisting the massage ball T, and the user slowly slides on the sliding rail R by the massage ball T, so that the massage ball T can massage and relax the whole back of the user and even the buttocks in sequence.
In order to make the massage ball T closer to the body of the user to achieve a better massage effect, the massage chair back a or even the massage cushion B of the conventional massage chair M is usually provided with only a thinner cotton cloth to cover the massage ball T and the slide rail R, so that the massage ball T can be almost directly contacted with the back or the buttocks of the user when the massage chair M is operated, thereby ensuring the massage function and effect.
However, in the above-mentioned design, obviously, when the massage chair is in the unactuated state, the back of the user must directly rest on the massage balls once sitting, which causes discomfort and uncomfortable phenomena caused by the top protrusion of the massage balls on the back, so that, in the use habit of the massage chair, unless the massage function is started, the user usually does not sit on the sofa or the bench, but does not want to sit on the massage chair in the closed state. Therefore, the practicability of the massage armchair is reduced, and a plurality of troubles are caused to the use mode of the massage armchair by the general public.
In order to solve the inconvenience of the use, the present massage chairs often give away the cushion or the back cushion during the sales process, and the present massage chairs are arranged on the massage chairs to improve the comfort level of sitting on the massage chairs when the user is in the closed state of the massage chairs, and the cushion or the back cushion must be removed when the user needs to use the massage chairs, so as to avoid affecting the ball massage effect of the massage chairs. However, the repeated assembly and disassembly process often damages the integrity of the massage chair and causes a lot of inconvenience for users to use the massage chair or the massage device, and in addition, the sales method of giving away the chair cushion or the back cushion is equivalent to indirectly improving the production cost of the massage chair and reducing the product profit.
Therefore, it can be known from the above description how to improve the prior art of the massage chair or the massage apparatus so as to ensure the contact degree between the massage balls and the user, and to improve the comfort of the massage chair when the massage function is turned off, which is the primary importance of the massage chair and the massage apparatus industry today; in view of this, the present invention has been made in an effort to develop a massage apparatus with a cushion, which can avoid the above-mentioned inconveniences caused by the conventional massage chairs and the use thereof.

Elements and features described in one drawing or embodiment of the invention may be combined with elements and features shown in one or more other drawings or embodiments. It should be noted that the illustration and description of components and processes known to those skilled in the art, which are not relevant to the present invention, have been omitted in the drawings and description for the sake of clarity. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without undue burden, are within the scope of the invention.
In order to more clearly describe the massage device with the cushion air cushion according to the present invention, the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.
Referring to fig. 3a to 3b and fig. 4, a side view and a front view of a massage device with a cushion according to the present invention are shown, respectively; as shown in fig. 3a to 3b and fig. 4, the massage device 1 with cushion pad of the present invention mainly comprises a massage chair body 11, a cushion pad 12, a pneumatic pump 17 and a control unit 18.
The massage chair body 11 accommodates a plurality of massage movements 14 and is respectively disposed at a back portion, a cushion portion and leg portions of the massage chair body 11, and the cushion air cushion 12 is disposed on the massage chair body 11, and the cushion air cushion 12 corresponds to and covers the massage movements 14, such that the cushion air cushion 12 is interposed between the massage movements 14 and a user's body, in addition, the pneumatic pump 17 is connected to the cushion air cushion 12, and the control unit 18 controls the massage movements 14 to operate, and also controls the pneumatic pump to provide pneumatic pressure to the cushion air cushion 12.
In the present invention, when the control unit controls the massage movement 14 to stop operating, the pneumatic pump provides air pressure to the cushion air cushion 12; when the control unit controls the massage movement 14 to operate, the cushion air cushion 12 performs an air release action. Thus, by virtue of the cushion air cushion 12 and the inflation/deflation design thereof, when the massage function of the massage chair is in the closed state, uncomfortable phenomena caused by the protruding of the massage machine core of the massage chair can be avoided when the body of a user is subjected to inflation of the cushion air cushion, and on the other hand, when the massage function of the massage chair is started, the operation of the massage machine core can be reliably transmitted to the body of the user through the deflation of the cushion air cushion so as to ensure the massage effect.
In this embodiment, in order to ensure that the massage movement is effectively transferred to the user's body, the cushion 12 must have a thickness of 0.2cm to 3cm in the vertical direction and be made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride ) or TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane, thermoplastic Polyurethane) material when in the deflated state. However, the excessively thick cushion pad may cause damage or air leakage due to excessive friction with the massage mechanism, although the excessively thin cushion pad may completely transfer the massage function to the body of the user.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the massage machine 14 disposed at the back of the massage chair body 11 can slide up and down in a massage groove H of the chair back through the machine track 15, and when the user lies on the massage chair body 11 and starts the massage function, the back and the spine of the user will be correspondingly and partially sunk into the massage groove H, so that the massage machine 14 can massage the back and the spine of the user, and the neck and the hindbrain spoon of the user. In addition, the massage machine cores 14 provided at the legs of the massage chair body are respectively provided corresponding to the rear sides of the legs of the user to massage.
In view of the above, the cushion air cushion 12 has at least a back cushion portion 121, a cushion portion 122 and a leg cushion portion 123, and is respectively disposed and covered on the massaging mechanisms of the back portion, the cushion portion and the legs of the massage chair body 11, wherein the back cushion portion 121, the cushion portion 122 and the leg cushion portion 123 are all of mutually communicating design, and the thicknesses thereof are uniform in the inflated state. The cushion air cushion 12 performs air release action by the air pressure pump 17, and the air pressure pump 17 can detect the air pressure value of the cushion air cushion 12 and transmit the air pressure value to the control unit 18, so as to achieve the effect of monitoring the air cushion state at any time and perform air pressure supplement or adjustment.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention is further provided for the cushion air cushion 12, as shown in the side view and the operation schematic diagram of the another embodiment of the present invention in fig. 5 and 6, unlike the prior embodiment, in the technology of the embodiment in fig. 5 and 6, the cushion air cushion 12 is formed by alternately arranging a plurality of first air cylinders 12a and a plurality of second air cylinders 12b, and the plurality of first air cylinders 12a and the plurality of second air cylinders 12b are respectively connected to the air pressure pump 17 through two air pressure input pipes T.
In the use process, the control unit 18 firstly controls the pneumatic pump 17 to simultaneously supply air to the two air pressure input pipes T so as to inflate the first air cylinders 12a and the second air cylinders 12b to a certain pressure value, so as to achieve the isolation effect of the body of the user and the massage machine core. At this time, the user can control the pneumatic pump 17 to perform a certain degree of inflation and deflation actions on the two pneumatic input pipes T through the control unit 18 in turn, so that the first air cylinders 12a and the second air cylinders 12b generate inflation and deflation states in turn, so that the wave-like relief effect can be simulated, and the massage and relaxation actions can be generated for the user.
In addition, another embodiment of the present invention is further provided for the cushion 12 and the massage armchair body 11, as shown in the exploded perspective view of the other embodiment of the present invention in fig. 7, unlike the original embodiment, in the technology of the embodiment in fig. 7, the leg massage mechanism of the massage armchair body 11 is designed with two leg massage slots 16, and correspondingly, two leg buffer parts 123 of the cushion 12 are respectively disposed on the inner walls of the two leg massage slots 16, wherein when the cushion 12 is in the inflated state, the two leg buffer parts 123 respectively fill the two leg massage slots 16.
In addition, the massage chair body 11 includes an air bag massage device 111, and the air bag massage device is connected to the pneumatic pump 17, and when the massage machine core 14 is operated, the pneumatic pump 17 alternately inflates and deflates the air bag massage device 111.
