背景技术
菜板是我们刀工展示的良好场所，然而在菜板上酣畅淋漓之后如何将切好的才转移到锅里常常是一件麻烦的事情，不但菜板沉重，而且菜板上的菜块容易发生滚落，如果是操作水多的食物，处理起来就更麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的内容是一种漏水型碟子菜板。
本发明是漏水型碟子菜板，结合碟子和漏斗的设计原理，将传统的菜板改进成具有倾斜边的，并且在倾斜边上设有多个小漏眼，不但能够方便的将菜品倾倒到锅内，而且漏眼的存在能够过滤掉多余的水分。本发明结构简单，经济成本低，方便实用。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，该漏水型碟子菜板分为菜板1和碟式倾角2两个部分，碟式倾角位于菜板的一侧短边上。菜板的大小控制在40×30×2cm的范围之内，尽量减少不必要的重量。碟式倾角的边长约为长边的八分之一，倾角度数为10°。倾角的为梯形。其显著特征是方便了菜板上的菜品的移动，避免了菜品到处洒落的问题。
漏水型碟子菜板的材质特征是木材、竹板、胶合板、塑料。

1.漏水型碟子菜板,其特征在于：漏水型碟子菜板分为菜板（1）和碟式倾角（2）两个部分，碟式倾角位于菜板的一侧短边上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的漏水型碟子菜板,其特征在于:所述漏水型碟子菜板的菜板的大小控制在40×30×2cm的范围之内，尽量减少不必要的重量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的漏水型碟子菜板,其特征在于:所述漏水型碟子菜板的碟式倾角的边长约为长边的八分之一，倾角度数为10°,倾角的为梯形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的漏水型碟子菜板,其特征在于:所述漏水型碟子菜板的材质特征是木材、竹板、胶合板、塑料。
