When an enterprise has multiple departments, it can be understood that each department has one distribution area, that is, multiple distribution areas are formed on the terminal position distribution diagram, so that managers or administrative staff can quickly know the specific position of each department, when new staff needs to search related staff of a certain department, the new staff can be positioned through the terminal position distribution diagram, and when the workstations of a certain layer of the enterprise are in shortage and the workstations of another layer are in a wider margin, the new staff can be re-allocated to each department based on the terminal position distribution diagram, so as to improve the utilization rate of the office workstations of the enterprise.
In order to display all terminals with the same attribute, if the number of terminals with the same attribute is smaller than that of terminals with the same attribute, a popup window or a pushed page needs to be sent to the terminals which are not displayed, so as to display the terminals with the same attribute.
According to the method, the position information of the terminals with the same attributes of the terminals is obtained, the distribution area is formed according to the position information, and visual display is carried out based on the distribution area, so that managers or administrative staff can timely know the specific positions of the terminals with the same attributes, and meanwhile the managers or administrative staff can reasonably plan the positions of other terminals through the specific positions, and the utilization rate of office stations of an enterprise is improved.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a visualization apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
an obtaining module 31, configured to obtain current location information of a terminal and a terminal type of the terminal;
a first comparing module 32, configured to compare the current location information of the terminal with the location information recorded by the terminal in the terminal location distribution map;
and the display module 33 is configured to visually display the current position of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map.
The display module 33 is further configured to display a path of the terminal position change.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the obtaining module 31 is further configured to obtain human body feature data of a user to which the terminal belongs, current location information of the terminal, and a terminal category of the terminal;
the device further comprises:
the second comparison module is used for comparing the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs with the human body characteristic data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
the display module 33 is further configured to visually display the current position of the terminal, the body feature data of the user to which the terminal belongs, and the terminal category of the terminal when the body feature data of the user to which the terminal belongs is the same as the body feature data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map, and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map.
In a preferred implementation manner of this embodiment, the obtaining module 31 is further configured to: and sending a popup window or a pushed page to the terminal so as to acquire the unique identifier of the terminal, the current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal through the popup window or the page.
The obtaining module 31 is further configured to:
monitoring the flow data of the terminal;
and sending a popup window or a push page to the terminal when the flow data of the terminal is monitored to be larger than or equal to the preset flow data.
The device further comprises:
the third comparison module is used for comparing the unique identifier of the terminal with the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
the display module 33 is further configured to visually display the current position of the terminal, the unique identifier of the terminal, and the terminal category of the terminal when the unique identifier of the terminal is different from the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map, and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map.
In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the first monitoring module is used for monitoring the switch port connected with the terminal;
the obtaining module 31 is further configured to obtain current location information of a terminal with a changed switch port and a terminal category of the terminal with the changed switch port.
In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
the second monitoring module is used for monitoring the IP of the terminal;
the obtaining module 31 is further configured to obtain current location information of a terminal with a changed IP and a terminal category of the terminal with the changed IP.
In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
and the classification module is used for acquiring the attributes of the terminals and dividing the terminals with the same attributes into the same terminal set.
The attributes of the terminal comprise a department to which the terminal belongs, a terminal name, a user name or a terminal category.
In a preferred implementation of this embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
a forming module, configured to form a continuous and/or discrete distribution area based on current location information of terminals in the terminal set;
the display module 33 is configured to perform visual display based on the distribution area.

comparing the unique identifier of the terminal with the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal, including:
and when the unique identifier of the terminal is different from the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal, the unique identifier of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal.
A4, the method according to A3, wherein before the sending a popup or push page to the terminal, the method comprises:
monitoring the flow data of the terminal;
and sending a popup window or a push page to the terminal when the flow data of the terminal is monitored to be larger than or equal to the preset flow data.
A5, the method according to A1, wherein the visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal comprises:
monitoring a switch port connected with the terminal;
acquiring the current position information of the terminal with the changed switch port and the terminal type of the terminal with the changed switch port.
A6, the method according to A1, wherein the visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal comprises:
monitoring the IP of the terminal;
and acquiring the current position information of the terminal with the changed IP and the current position information of the terminal with the changed IP.
A7, the method according to A1, comprising before the obtaining the current location information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal:
and acquiring the attributes of the terminals, and dividing the terminals with the same attributes into the same terminal set.
A8, the method according to A7, comprising after the comparing the current position information of the terminal with the position information of the terminal recorded in a terminal position distribution map:
forming a continuous and/or discrete distribution area based on current location information of terminals in the terminal set;
the visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal comprises:
and performing visual display based on the distribution area.
A9, the method according to A7, wherein the attributes of the terminal include department to which the terminal belongs, terminal name, user name or terminal category.

the terminal comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring the current position information of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal;

and the display module is used for visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram.

monitoring the flow data of the terminal;
and sending a popup window or a push page to the terminal when the flow data of the terminal is monitored to be larger than or equal to the preset flow data.

the first monitoring module is used for monitoring the switch port connected with the terminal;
the acquisition module is further configured to acquire current location information of a terminal with a changed switch port and a terminal category of the terminal with the changed switch port.

the second monitoring module is used for monitoring the IP of the terminal;

Claims (20)

1. A terminal display method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring current position information of a terminal and a terminal type of the terminal, wherein the position is a station position;
comparing the current position information of the terminal with the position information recorded by the terminal in a terminal position distribution diagram, wherein the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram is the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram from the latest exchange position before the current exchange;
and if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal, and if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, indicating that the terminal has changed positions, so that managers or administrative staff can know the specific position of the terminal and plan the positions of other terminals through the specific position.
2. The method of claim 1,
the acquiring current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal includes:
acquiring human body characteristic data of a user to which the terminal belongs, current position information of the terminal and a terminal type of the terminal;
the method further comprises the following steps:
comparing the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs with the human body characteristic data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal, including:
and when the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs is the same as the human body characteristic data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal, the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs and the terminal type of the terminal.
3. The method of claim 1,
the acquiring current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal includes:
sending a popup window or a pushed page to the terminal so as to acquire the unique identifier of the terminal, the current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal through the popup window or the page;
the method further comprises the following steps:
comparing the unique identifier of the terminal with the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal, including:
and when the unique identifier of the terminal is different from the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, visually displaying the current position of the terminal, the unique identifier of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein before said sending a popup or push page to said terminal, comprising:
monitoring the flow data of the terminal;
and sending a popup window or a push page to the terminal when the flow data of the terminal is monitored to be larger than or equal to the preset flow data.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein after visually presenting the current location of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal, comprising:
monitoring a switch port connected with the terminal;
acquiring the current position information of the terminal with the changed switch port and the terminal type of the terminal with the changed switch port.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein after visually presenting the current location of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal, comprising:
monitoring the IP of the terminal;
and acquiring the current position information of the terminal with the changed IP and the current position information of the terminal with the changed IP.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the obtaining the current location information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal, comprising:
and acquiring the attributes of the terminals, and dividing the terminals with the same attributes into the same terminal set.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein after comparing the current position information of the terminal with the position information of the terminal recorded in the terminal position distribution map, the method comprises:
forming a continuous and/or discrete distribution area based on current location information of terminals in the terminal set;
the visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal comprises:
and performing visual display based on the distribution area.
9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the attribute of the terminal comprises a department to which the terminal belongs, a terminal name, a user name or a terminal category.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the visually presenting the current location of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal comprises:
and displaying the path of the terminal position change.
11. A visualization device, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a processing module and a display module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring current position information of a terminal and a terminal type of the terminal, and the position is a station position;
the first comparison module is used for comparing the current position information of the terminal with the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map, wherein the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map is the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map at the latest exchange position before the current exchange;
and the display module is used for visually displaying the current position of the terminal and the terminal type of the terminal if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, and indicating that the terminal changes the position if the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram, so that a manager or an administrator can know the specific position of the terminal and plan the positions of other terminals through the specific position.
12. The apparatus of claim 11,
the acquisition module is further used for acquiring the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs, the current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal;
the device further comprises:
the second comparison module is used for comparing the human body characteristic data of the user to which the terminal belongs with the human body characteristic data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution diagram;
the display module is further configured to visually display the current position of the terminal, the body feature data of the user to which the terminal belongs, and the terminal category of the terminal when the body feature data of the user to which the terminal belongs is the same as the body feature data recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map, and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map.

the obtaining module is further configured to: sending a popup window or a pushed page to the terminal so as to acquire the unique identifier of the terminal, the current position information of the terminal and the terminal category of the terminal through the popup window or the page;

the display module is further configured to visually display the current position of the terminal, the unique identifier of the terminal, and the terminal category of the terminal when the unique identifier of the terminal is different from the identifier recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map, and the current position of the terminal is different from the position information recorded by the terminal in the terminal position distribution map.

monitoring the flow data of the terminal;
and sending a popup window or a push page to the terminal when the flow data of the terminal is monitored to be larger than or equal to the preset flow data.
