The invention discloses a cement rotary kiln tail smoke chamber provided with a negative pressure adjusting device, which comprises a kiln tail smoke chamber body, wherein the upper part of the kiln tail smoke chamber body is provided with a decomposing furnace communicating port, the side surface of the bottom of the kiln tail smoke chamber body is provided with a cement rotary kiln communicating port, the middle part of the side wall of the kiln tail smoke chamber body is provided with a discharging port, the bottom of the kiln tail smoke chamber body is provided with a discharging slope extending from the lower edge of the discharging port to the lower edge of the cement rotary kiln communicating port, the middle position of the discharging slope is provided with a baffle, and when a material discharged from a raw material discharging pipe passes through the baffle, part of the material is lifted by kiln tail waste gas and ascends. According to the invention, by increasing the matching adjustment mode of the tertiary air and the air used in the kiln, the ventilation cross-sectional areas of the throat of the kiln tail smoke chamber and the tertiary air pipe are increased, the ineffective system resistance is reduced, and the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cement rotary kilns, in particular to a rotary cement kiln tail smoke chamber provided with a negative pressure adjusting device and suitable for clinker production in the cement industry.
Background
In the production process of cement clinker, the grate cooler is an important host machine device in a clinker firing system of a cement plant, and has the main functions of cooling and conveying the cement clinker; the high-temperature air (primary air) from the grate cooler enters the cement rotary kiln, coal powder is sprayed into the cement rotary kiln for combustion, kiln tail waste gas enters the cone part of the decomposing furnace through a kiln tail smoke chamber, raw materials from a raw material discharging pipe enter the cement rotary kiln along the slope of the kiln tail smoke chamber, the matching between the cement rotary kiln and tertiary air is adjusted by adjusting the opening size of a tertiary air baffle valve, the negative pressure of the kiln tail is kept at-500 Pa, the outlet pressure of the tertiary air is kept at-300 Pa, and about 60-70% of air passes through a tertiary air pipe.
In the production process of cement clinker, when flying sand in the clinker is more, the flying sand can be deposited in the tertiary air pipe, the resistance of tertiary air is increased, the matching between the inside of the rotary cement kiln and the tertiary air is readjusted by gradually increasing the opening of the tertiary air valve in the production process, and when the tertiary air valve is fully opened, the balance can not be maintained. A large amount of manpower and material resources are needed to clean the aggregate in the tertiary air duct during each overhaul, and the environmental pollution is large and unsafe during construction.
The applicant has therefore made an advantageous search and attempt to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the context of which the technical solutions to be described below have been created.

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the kiln tail smoke chamber of the rotary cement kiln provided with the negative pressure adjusting device is provided aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the negative pressure of the kiln tail smoke chamber is adjusted through the negative pressure adjusting device, so that the air consumption in the rotary cement kiln is controlled, the proportion of the air consumption in the rotary cement kiln and the tertiary air is adjusted, the decomposition rate of materials in the kiln is improved, and the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the baffle is inserted into the kiln tail smoke chamber body from the outer side surface of the kiln tail smoke chamber body, and the amount of material lifted by kiln tail waste gas is adjusted by adjusting the insertion depth of the baffle.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the baffle is an L-shaped baffle, one side of the L-shaped baffle leans against the slope surface of the blanking slope, and the other side of the L-shaped baffle is perpendicular to the slope surface of the blanking slope.

During normal production, the tertiary air valve is fully opened, and the material quantity raised by kiln tail waste gas is adjusted by adjusting the insertion depth of the baffle plate, so that the negative pressure of the kiln tail is adjusted to be matched with the negative pressure of the tertiary air outlet. When the aggregate in the tertiary air pipe needs to be cleaned, the air quantity of the system is kept unchanged, the insertion depth of the baffle is adjusted to the maximum, and the aggregate in the tertiary air pipe can be cleaned after about 8 hours of operation. According to the invention, by increasing the matching adjustment mode of the tertiary air and the air used in the kiln, the ventilation cross-sectional areas of the throat of the kiln tail smoke chamber and the tertiary air pipe are increased, the ineffective system resistance is reduced, and the energy is saved and the consumption is reduced. In addition, the baffle plate has the advantages of small volume, low manufacturing cost and convenience for adjustment and sealing.

The upper part of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100 is provided with a decomposing furnace communicating port 110, the side surface of the bottom of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100 is provided with a cement rotary kiln communicating port 120, and the decomposing furnace communicating port 110 and the cement rotary kiln communicating port 120 of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100 are respectively connected with the bottom of the decomposing furnace 10 and the kiln tail 20 of the cement rotary kiln, so that the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100 communicates the cement rotary kiln 20 with the decomposing furnace 10. A discharging opening 130 is formed in the middle of the side wall of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100, and a discharging slope 140 extending from the lower edge of the discharging opening 130 to the lower edge of the communication opening 120 of the rotary cement kiln is formed at the bottom of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100.
The raw material feeding pipe 200 has a lower end 210 connected to the feeding port 130 of the kiln tail gas chamber body 100 and another end 220 extending obliquely upward and outward. One end 310 of the tertiary air pipe 300 is connected to the outer side of the bottom of the decomposing furnace 10, the other end 320 of the tertiary air pipe extends outwards and is connected with a tertiary air source, and a tertiary air valve for adjusting the air intake of the tertiary air pipe 300 is arranged on the tertiary air pipe 300.
A baffle 400 is arranged in the middle of the blanking slope 140 of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100, when the material from the raw material blanking pipe 200 passes through the baffle 400, part of the material is lifted by kiln tail waste gas and rises, the negative pressure at the kiln tail rises accordingly, and the ventilation in the kiln is correspondingly reduced. Preferably, the baffle 400 is inserted into the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100 from the outer side surface of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100, so that the amount of materials lifted by kiln tail waste gas can be adjusted by adjusting the insertion depth of the baffle 400, and the negative pressure of the kiln tail is adjusted to be matched with the negative pressure of the tertiary air outlet. When the aggregate in the tertiary air pipe needs to be cleaned, the air quantity of the system is kept unchanged, the insertion depth of the baffle 400 is adjusted to be the maximum, and the aggregate in the tertiary air pipe 300 can be cleaned after about 8 hours of operation.
Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the baffle 400 is an L-shaped baffle, one side 410 of the L-shaped baffle rests on the slope surface of the blanking slope 140 of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100, and the other side 420 of the L-shaped baffle is perpendicular to the slope surface of the blanking slope 140 of the kiln tail smoke chamber body 100. The baffle 400 is made of heat-resistant steel, so that the baffle 400 can be normally used in a high-temperature environment.
