Abstract

本发明提供一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,包括:ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳、晶体硅太阳能电池板组、多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰、导电装置和3M双面胶;晶体硅太阳能电池板组利用太阳光的照射产生电能,通过导电装置产生电流,LED灯饰与ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳内的导电装置连接形成电流回路后LED灯饰发光;晶体硅太阳能电池板组表层由钢化玻璃覆盖一并镶嵌在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳的顶部,ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳表面还设有不少于100个防水的发光二极管单元插口与内部的导电装置相连,ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳底部贴有3M双面胶。上述的ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳具有:刚性好、抗冲击、防水耐腐蚀、良好密封性和强透光性的特征,为装饰灯箱内部各部件提供良好保护作用;利用3M双面胶粘力强的特性将灯箱牢固黏贴附着在汽车车顶上且不易脱落。在阳光充足的环境下,通过光能转化为电能令装饰灯箱发出耀眼明亮的灯光,此发明为汽车用灯饰装饰品,此发明使用环保能源且轻便,有利于保护生态环境;广泛应用于各种灯饰展览、汽车花饰灯饰巡游等活动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种装饰灯箱,具体的说是一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱。
背景技术
随着汽车行业的不断壮大,市场上汽车种类越来越多,据了解全国各地乃至全世界各国和地区,普遍有各式各样的花车灯饰巡游活动及灯饰展览,由于此类的原始汽车灯饰都是依靠燃油带动汽车发动是灯饰发光,灯饰数量越多,对燃油的消耗就将急剧上升,而且给环境带来污染;另一方面,汽车上灯饰的发光图案固定不变,难以在短时间内做出各种灯饰的发光图案且光源颜色单一,不利于更好表现灯饰的多样化图案展示。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,包括:ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳、晶体硅太阳能电池板组、多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰、导电装置和3M双面胶,所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组镶嵌在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳的顶部,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳表面还设有不少于100个防水的发光二极管单元插口与内部的导电装置相连;所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组与导电装置连接,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳底部贴有3M双面胶,所述导电装置与多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰连接,所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰由多个发光二极管单元组成,所述多个发光二极管单元插接在防水的发光二极管单元插口。
优选的,所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组表层由钢化玻璃覆盖一并镶嵌在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳的顶部。
优选的,所述导电装置安装固定在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳内部。
优选的,所述防水的发光二极管单元插口由胶粒覆盖。
优选的,所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰至少2个发光二极管单元组成图案,各个发光二极管单元间并联连接。
本发明的优点在于:晶体硅太阳能电池板组利用太阳光的照射产生电能,通过导电装置产生电流, LED灯饰与ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳内的导电装置连接形成电流回路后LED灯饰发光,充分利用清洁型能源,将太阳能转化为电能,有利于保护生态环境,减少燃油的消耗,促进可持续发展;晶体硅太阳能电池板组表层由钢化玻璃覆盖一并镶嵌在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳的顶部,ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳表面还设有不少于100个防水的发光二极管单元插口与内部的导电装置相连,通过改变发光二极管单元插入的位置从而短时间内组成不同的灯饰图案,另外,通过改变发光二极管单元灯光种类的光源颜色从而短时间内改变灯饰的色彩,ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳底部贴有3M双面胶。上述的ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳具有:刚性好、抗冲击、防水耐腐蚀、良好密封性和强透光性的特征,为装饰灯箱内部各部件提供良好保护作用;利用3M双面胶粘力强的特性将灯箱牢固黏贴附着在汽车车顶上且不易脱落。在阳光充足的环境下,通过光能转化为电能令装饰灯箱发出耀眼明亮的灯光,此发明为汽车用灯饰装饰品,此发明使用环保能源且轻便,有利于保护生态环境;广泛应用于各种灯饰展览、汽车花饰灯饰巡游等活动。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,包括:晶体硅太阳能电池板组1、多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰2、ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3、防水的发光二极管单元插口A、导电装置4、3M双面胶5;所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1镶嵌在所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3的顶部,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3表面还设有不少于100个防水的发光二极管单元插口A与内部的所述导电装置4相连;所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1与所述导电装置4连接,所述导电装置4安装固定在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3内部,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3底部贴有所述3M双面胶5,所述导电装置4与所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰2连接,所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰2由多个发光二极管单元组成,所述多个发光二极管单元插接在防水的发光二极管单元插口A,此外,利用所述3M双面胶5粘力强的特性将灯箱牢固黏贴附着在汽车车顶上且不易脱落。在阳光充足的环境下,通过光能转化为电能令装饰灯箱发出耀眼明亮的灯光,充分利用清洁型能源,将太阳能转化为电能,有利于保护生态环境,减少燃油的消耗,促进可持续发展。
值得注意的是,所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1表层由钢化玻璃覆盖一并镶嵌在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳的顶部,避免所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1受到外力的损坏;所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3表面还设有不少于100个所述防水的发光二极管单元插口A与内部的所述导电装置4相连,通过改变发光二极管单元插入的位置从而短时间内组成不同的灯饰图案,另外,通过改变发光二极管单元灯光种类的光源颜色从而短时间内改变灯饰的色彩,解决了汽车上灯饰的发光图案固定不变,难以在短时间内做出各种灯饰的发光图案且光源颜色单一,不利于更好表现灯饰的多样化图案展示的问题。

1.一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,包括:晶体硅太阳能电池板组-1,多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰-2,ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳-3,防水的发光二极管单元插口-A,导电装置-4,3M双面胶-5,其特征在于:所述杆体所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1镶嵌在所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3的顶部,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3表面还设有不少于100个防水的发光二极管单元插口A与内部的所述导电装置4相连;所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1与所述导电装置4连接,所述导电装置4安装固定在ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3内部,所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3底部贴有所述3M双面胶5,所述导电装置4与所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰2连接,所述多个微小发光二极管组成的LED灯饰2由多个发光二极管单元组成,所述多个发光二极管单元插接在防水的发光二极管单元插口A。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车车顶装饰灯箱,其特征在于:所述晶体硅太阳能电池板组1表层由钢化玻璃覆盖一并镶嵌在所述ABS工程塑料灯箱外壳3的顶部。
