Abstract
The invention provides a PDC drill bit suitable for exploiting shale gas in the ancient kingdom of the depression in Hunan province, which comprises a drill bit body; the multiple cutting blades are convexly arranged at the crown part of the drill bit body, a discharge groove is formed between any two adjacent cutting blades, and a plurality of cutting scraping teeth are arranged on the same side of all the cutting blades; the gauge bodies are convexly arranged on the peripheral surface of the drill bit body, the gauge bodies are respectively connected with a plurality of cutting blades, and a plurality of cutting milling teeth are arranged on the gauge bodies in the same side direction as the cutting scraping teeth; the nozzle is arranged in the discharge groove between any two adjacent cutting blades. According to the invention, the discharge groove is formed by the plurality of the convexly arranged cutting blades, so that the discharge efficiency of the cutting materials is improved, the nozzle and the water hole provide sufficient water lubrication, the heat of the drill bit is taken away in time, and the protection effect on the drill bit is realized; the gauge body is connected with the cutting blade, and the cutting path of the cutting blade is prolonged, and the cutting milling cutter arranged on the gauge body can further scrape and mill the drill hole, so that the drill rod is prevented from being worn.

The PDC drill bit is short for polycrystalline diamond compact drill bit and is a drilling tool commonly used in the geological drilling industry.
PDC bits are divided into two main categories, matrix PDC bits and steel-body PDC bits, wherein matrix diamond compact (PDC) bits are a cutting type bit in which diamond compacts are welded to a bit matrix by brazing. The matrix drill bit is formed by sintering tungsten carbide powder, and is brazed on a tungsten carbide matrix by using an artificial polycrystalline diamond compact. The steel PDC drill bit is formed by machining nickel, chromium and molybdenum alloys. Drilling holes on the drill bit body after heat treatment, and pressing (tightly fitting) the artificial polycrystalline diamond compact into the drill bit body.
The matrix type drill bit has the hardness and wear resistance of diamond and the strength impact resistance of tungsten carbide alloy, is widely used in oil field drilling, but has poor thermal stability, and particularly when the temperature of the drill bit reaches more than 350 ℃, the abrasion of the drill bit is increased, and the drilling efficiency and the service life of the drill bit are obviously reduced.

the gauge bodies are convexly arranged on the periphery of the drill bit body and have the same number as the cutting blades, the gauge bodies are respectively connected with a plurality of cutting blades, and a plurality of cutting milling teeth are arranged on the gauge bodies in the direction of the same side as the cutting scraping teeth;
the nozzle is arranged in the discharge groove between any two adjacent cutting blades and is communicated with the water cavity.
Further, the protruding height of the cutting blade is 0.05-0.2 times of the diameter of the drill bit, and the protruding height of the gauge body is equal to the protruding height of the cutting blade.
Further, 5-8 cutting blades are arranged, and the cutting blades are annularly and uniformly distributed on the drill bit body.
Further, a water hole is formed in the gauge body, and the water hole is communicated with the water cavity.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

a nozzle 8, wherein the nozzle 8 is arranged in the discharge groove 4 between any two adjacent cutting blades 3, and the nozzle 8 is communicated with the water cavity 2.

The PDC drill bit of the invention firstly cleans the bottom of the well before drilling, ensures no metal sundries, firstly uses small weight on bit and low rotation speed running-in when drilling is started, and then uses proper weight on bit and rotation speed drilling, the preferable weight on bit is 30-60KN, the rotation speed is 217-117r/min, and the drilling needs to be shortened in the middle every 250-300 m.
