本发明涉及一种新型安全通风窗,包括框架和纱窗,框架顶端设置有开口,开口上设置有盖板,框架内和盖板下端分别设置有夹槽,纱窗外侧设置有防尘网,纱窗上四周设置有凸条,框架底端的夹槽、盖板上的夹槽和纱窗上下两端的凸条上分别设置有螺孔,框架内设置有换气扇,换气扇上设置有温度感应器,框架外侧设置有窗盖架,窗盖架上设置格栅,窗盖架上端通过合页与框架连接,窗盖架下端设置有防盗锁,框架外侧顶端设置有遮雨板,遮雨板上设置有引流槽。本发明的有益效果是:通过换气扇的设置,在变压器运行环境温度过高时,温度感应器通过控制器自动对换气扇进行通电运行,降低温度,能够有效的控制变压器的温度,延长设备的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种通风窗,特别是一种新型安全通风窗。
背景技术
目前,城市变电站变压器室等设备室的散热通风不良是一个普遍存在的问题,原因很多,有些变压器室设置在公路、建筑工地或者人群聚集区附近,大量尘土被吸入到室内,当变压器室内的变压器满载运行时,负载损耗最大,这些损耗产生的热量依靠绝缘油的自然循环,通过变压器的散热器和本体外壳,将热量散发到变压器室内,而室内的这些热量,只有靠室内空气的对流,从通风窗带到室外,以满足变压器运行时的环境要求,虽然通风窗设置有防尘措施,但是时间一长,纱窗等的防尘效果明显下降,而且极大影响了通风窗的散热通风效果,由于现在的通风窗大多数是一体式安装的通风窗,很难拆卸,不便于清洗,很多有些变电站夏季高峰负荷期间,由于通风不畅,造成变压器运行环境温度过高和变压器上层油层温度过高,影响供电的可靠性和降低变压器的使用寿命,现有的一体式通风窗已经不能适应变压器运行的需求。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种新型安全通风窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种新型安全通风窗,包括框架和纱窗,所述框架顶端设置有开口,所述开口上设置有盖板,所述框架内和盖板下端分别设置有夹槽,所述纱窗外侧设置有防尘网,所述纱窗上四周设置有凸条,所述凸条与夹槽相配合,所述框架底端的夹槽、盖板上的夹槽和纱窗上下两端的凸条上分别设置有螺孔,所述框架内设置有换气扇,所述换气扇上设置有电动机,所述电动机通过支撑杆连接在换气扇上,所述电动机上设置有叶片,所述换气扇上设置有温度感应器,所述框架外侧设置有窗盖架,所述窗盖架上设置格栅,所述窗盖架上端通过合页与框架连接,所述窗盖架下端设置有防盗锁,所述框架外侧顶端设置有遮雨板,所述遮雨板上设置有引流槽。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述温度感应器通过控制器与电动机导线连接,通过温度感应器检测设备室内温度,当温度到达设定值时,控制器自动接通电动机电源,对设备室内进行换气降温。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述引流槽设置为弧形,便于雨水流下。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述格栅为不锈钢焊接在窗盖架上。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述盖板通过螺栓固定在纱窗顶端,所述纱窗通过螺栓固定在框架上,拆卸方便,且便于对纱窗和防尘网的跟换以及清理。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述每一端螺孔至少为两组,使纱窗安装牢靠。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过插卸式的纱窗设置可快速拆卸,紧固可靠、清理十分方便;通过在通风窗上设置不锈钢格栅防止人为对防尘网、纱窗等的损坏;通过换气扇的设置,在变压器运行环境温度过高时,温度感应器通过控制器自动对换气扇进行通电运行,降低温度,能够有效的控制变压器的温度,延长设备的使用寿命;通过遮雨板的设置能够有效的遮挡雨水,避免雨水进入设备室内,使设备受潮影响设备的使用寿命。

一种新型安全通风窗,包括框架1和纱窗4,所述框1架顶端设置有开口2,所述开口2上设置有盖板3,所述框架1内和盖板3下端分别设置有夹槽6,用于卡住凸条7,避免纱窗4容易活动等,所述纱窗4外侧设置有防尘网5,防止灰尘等尘埃进入设备室内,所述纱窗4上四周设置有凸条7,用于安装在夹槽6内,所述凸条7与夹槽6相配合,所述框架1底端的夹槽6、盖板3上的夹槽6和纱窗4上下两端的凸条7上分别设置有螺孔8,用于通过螺栓固定纱窗4和盖板3,所述框架内设置有换气扇9,用于对设备室进行排气降低温度,所述换气扇9上设置有电动机10,用于带动叶片12转动,所述电动机10通过支撑杆11连接在换气扇10上,所述电动机10上设置有叶片12,所述换气扇9上设置有温度感应器13,用于检测设备室内的温度,所述框架1外侧设置有窗盖架14,用于设置格栅15,且窗盖架14可以通过合页16向上进行旋转打开,便于进行清扫,所述窗盖架14上设置格栅15,用于阻挡人为对纱窗4或防尘网5进行损坏,所述窗盖架14上端通过合页16与框架1连接,所述窗盖架14下端设置有防盗锁17,用于将窗盖架14与框架1锁紧,所述温度感应器13通过控制器与电动机10导线连接,通过温度感应器13检测设备室内温度,当温度到达设定值时,控制器自动接通电动机10电源,对设备室内进行换气降温,所述框架1外侧顶端设置有遮雨板18,用于在下雨天遮挡雨水,避免雨水进入设备室内,使设备受潮影响设备的使用寿命,所述遮雨板18上设置有引流槽19,用于引流雨水,使雨水流向框架1两端。

1.一种新型安全通风窗,包括框架和纱窗,其特征在于,所述框架顶端设置有开口,所述开口上设置有盖板,所述框架内和盖板下端分别设置有夹槽,所述纱窗外侧设置有防尘网,所述纱窗上四周设置有凸条,所述凸条与夹槽相配合,所述框架底端的夹槽、盖板上的夹槽和纱窗上下两端的凸条上分别设置有螺孔,所述框架内设置有换气扇,所述换气扇上设置有电动机,所述电动机通过支撑杆连接在换气扇上,所述电动机上设置有叶片,所述换气扇上设置有温度感应器,所述框架外侧设置有窗盖架,所述窗盖架上设置格栅,所述窗盖架上端通过合页与框架连接,所述窗盖架下端设置有防盗锁,所述框架外侧顶端设置有遮雨板,所述遮雨板上设置有引流槽。
