Abstract

The invention relates to a flushing system and a toilet. The water flushing device comprises a blasting drainage valve, a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the blasting drainage valve is arranged in a water tank of the closestool and is provided with the water inlet and the water outlet which can be communicated with the water tank; the pilot device comprises a pilot valve connected with the water inlet, and a tap water communicating assembly and an overflow assembly which are connected with the pilot valve; and the touch assembly is installed on the water tank and is electrically connected with the pilot valve. Owing to set up the touch subassembly, supply water to the burst drain valve through touch subassembly control pilot valve, touch subassembly convenient operation only needs touch gently to realize the control function of touch subassembly, operation labour saving and time saving, and the response speed of touch subassembly is fast, has reduced operating time by a wide margin, has improved operating efficiency. Meanwhile, under the action of the blasting drain valve, water entering from the water tank is discharged by strong kinetic energy through the water outlet, so that the flushing reaction speed and the flushing effect are improved, and the water-saving effect is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of kitchen and bathroom appliances, in particular to a flushing system and a closestool comprising the same.
Background
The toilet bowl converts the potential energy of water into the kinetic energy of the water, so that excrement is wrapped in the toilet bowl and enters the sewer pipeline. Generally, when a conventional ceramic toilet is flushed, a certain pressure needs to be applied to a button by hand, which results in slow flushing response time, laborious operation and inconvenience.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, there is a need for a flushing system and a toilet including the same.
A flushing system for installation in a tank, comprising:
the blasting drainage valve is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet which can be communicated with the water tank;
the pilot device comprises a pilot valve connected with the water inlet, and a tap water communicating assembly and an overflow assembly which are connected with the pilot valve;
the touch assembly is installed on the water tank and is electrically connected with the pilot valve;
when the touch assembly is touched, the pilot valve is opened, tap water enters the drain valve through the pilot valve through the water inlet, and the drain valve is opened and discharges water entering from the water tank through the drain outlet.
In one embodiment, the pilot valve is provided with an output port, an input port communicated with the tap water communication assembly, and a transfer chamber communicated with the output port and provided with a first outlet, and a first water inlet pipe is connected between the first outlet and the water inlet.
In one embodiment, the transfer chamber is further provided with a second outlet, and the overflow assembly comprises an overflow pipe with one end connected with the second outlet, and a water sealing block which is arranged in the transfer chamber and can open or close the second outlet.

Detailed Description

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1 to 3, when a user touches the touch assembly 300, the pilot valve 210 is opened, tap water enters the burst water discharge valve 100 from the tap water communication assembly 220 through the pilot valve 210, the burst water discharge valve 100 is opened, and water in the water tank 20 enters the water discharge port 120 of the burst water discharge valve 100 through the water stop member 130 disposed on the burst water discharge valve 100 and enters the toilet bowl 30 of the toilet bowl 10 from the water discharge port 120 at a high speed, so that the dirt in the toilet bowl 30 is finally flushed into the sewer. When a flush is completed, the pilot valve 210 and the water stop 130 are automatically closed.
The pilot valve 210 is provided with an output port 212, an input port 211 and a transfer chamber 213. The input port 211 is connected with the tap water communication assembly 220, the transfer chamber 213 is communicated with the output port 212, the transfer chamber 213 is provided with a first outlet port 213a, a first water inlet pipe 111 is connected between the first outlet port 213a and the water inlet 110 of the blasting water discharge valve 100, and tap water enters the pilot valve 210 from the input port 211 and then enters the blasting water discharge valve 100 through the output port 212, the first outlet port 213a, the first water inlet pipe 111 and the water inlet 110. When tap water enters the burst drain valve 100 from the water inlet 110, the burst drain valve 100 is opened.
The transfer chamber 213 is further provided with a second outlet 213b, the overflow assembly 230 includes an overflow pipe 231 and a water sealing block 232, and one end of the overflow pipe 231 is communicated with the second outlet 213 b. The water seal block 232 is disposed in the transfer chamber 213, and the water seal block 232 can open or close the second outlet 213 b. Specifically, when the tap water flows out from the output port 212 of the pilot valve 210, the water blocking block 232 moves upward under the action of the pressure of the tap water, the water blocking block 232 blocks the second outlet 213b, and the water flowing out from the output port 212 of the pilot valve 210 cannot enter the overflow pipe 231 through the second outlet 213b, but can only flow into the burst drain valve 100 through the first outlet 213a and the first water inlet pipe 111, so as to open the burst drain valve 100.
After the water flushing of the blasting water discharge valve 100 is finished, the water entering the blasting water discharge valve 100 from the pilot valve 210 returns to the transfer chamber 213 through the first water inlet pipe 111, at this time, the water sealing block 232 moves downwards, the water sealing block 232 opens the second outlet 213b on the transfer chamber 213, and the water returning to the transfer chamber 213 from the first water inlet pipe 111 enters the overflow pipe 231 from the second outlet 213b and flows out.
In some embodiments, the other end of the overflow pipe 231 is connected to the water tank 20 for recycling the tap water to save resources and energy. Therefore, the water returned from the first water inlet pipe 111 to the transfer chamber 213 enters the water tank 20 through the overflow pipe 231, so that the water returned to the water tank 20 can be discharged to the toilet bowl 10 through the water outlet 120 of the burst water discharge valve 100 when the burst water discharge valve 100 is opened next time, thereby saving water. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the other end of the overflow tube 231 may not be connected to the tank 20.
The tap water communication assembly 220 includes a three-way joint including a second water inlet pipe 221, a first water outlet pipe 222 and a second water outlet pipe 223. The second water inlet pipe 221, the first water outlet pipe 222 and the second water outlet pipe 223 are communicated with each other, the second water inlet pipe 221 is communicated with external tap water, the external tap water flows in through the second water inlet pipe 221, one end of the first water outlet pipe 222 is communicated with the input port 211 of the pilot valve 210, and the other end of the first water outlet pipe 222 is communicated with the second water inlet pipe 221 and the second water outlet pipe 223.
One end of the second outlet pipe 223 is communicated with the water tank 20, and the other end of the second outlet pipe 223 is communicated with the first outlet pipe 222 and the second inlet pipe 221. In fact, the second water inlet pipe 221, the first water outlet pipe 222 and the second water outlet pipe 223 are in a normally connected state with the external tap water, and the external tap water can enter the water tank 20 through the second water inlet pipe 221 and the second water outlet pipe 223, that is, the water is supplied to the water tank 20 through the three-way joint; meanwhile, the external tap water may enter the pilot valve 210 through the second water inlet pipe 221 and the first water outlet pipe 222, that is, the pilot valve 210 is supplied with water through the three-way joint.
Of course, it will be understood that there are other alternatives to the three-way joint, such as directly using a two-way joint, where the two-way joint includes a second water inlet pipe 221, one end of the second water inlet pipe 221 is communicated with the outside tap water, and the other end of the second water inlet pipe 221 is communicated with the input port 211 on the pilot valve 210, that is, the pilot valve 210 is only supplied with water through the second water inlet pipe 221. For the water in the water tank 20, the second water outlet pipe 223 may be separately provided, one end of the second water outlet pipe 223 is communicated with the external tap water, the other end of the second water outlet pipe 223 is communicated with the water tank 20, that is, the water tank 20 is separately supplied with water through the second water outlet pipe 223, the second water inlet pipe 221 and the second water outlet pipe 223 are mutually independent and are not communicated, and the purpose of supplying water to the pilot valve 210 (the blasting drain valve 100) and the water tank 20 can be also achieved.
In some embodiments, the tee is a plastic tee or a metal tee. Namely, the three-way joint is made of plastic materials or metal materials.
In some embodiments, the end of the second outlet pipe 223 in the water tank 20 is provided with a water inlet valve 224, when the water inlet valve 224 is opened, the tap water can enter the water tank 20 through the second inlet pipe 221 and the second outlet pipe 223; when the water inlet valve 224 is closed, the water entering the second water inlet pipe 221 into the second water outlet pipe 223 cannot enter the water tank 20. Therefore, the water inlet valve 224 can be opened or closed at a proper time according to the actual needs.
The tap water communication assembly 220 further includes a self-generating module 225 or a rechargeable battery, the self-generating module 225 or the rechargeable battery is disposed on the three-way joint, and the self-generating module 225 or the rechargeable battery can supply power to the flushing system. The touch key 310 may use a capacitive sensing principle, and when the touch key 310 is not touched by a user, the touch key 310 has a certain static capacitance due to the existence of the distributed capacitance on the touch key 310. When the user touches the touch key 310, the capacitance of the user will couple to the static capacitance, so that the final capacitance value of the touch key 310 becomes larger, the changed capacitance is converted into a changed electrical signal through the induction coil, and the opening of the pilot valve 210 is controlled by the changed electrical signal.
In some embodiments, the touch key 310 is disposed on the cover plate of the water tank 20, and the touch key 310 is made of a waterproof material, that is, the touch key 310 is a waterproof touch key 310, so that the service life of the touch key 310 can be prolonged.
Because the touch key 310 is arranged on the water tank 20, the user can control the pilot valve 210 to open and supply water to the burst drain valve 100 only by lightly touching the touch key 310, so that the water flow speed entering the barrel body 30 is greatly increased under the action of the burst drain valve 100, and the flushing effect of the flushing system is effectively enhanced. Compared with the traditional closestool 10, the flushing response speed is improved, and the operation is simple and convenient.

8. The flush system of claim 7, wherein the touch key is a waterproof touch key.
