本发明涉及一种整理剂技术领域,具体涉及一种亚麻定型剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的提高,工作环境下用拒水、拒油、拒污整理的服装需求量不断增长,采用整理剂处理过的织物,可保护使用者不受水、油、化学品和污染物的溅附和侵害,具有防护性,可用于制作高品质的工作环境下保护性外衣或工作服等,受到人们的重视并具有良好的应用前景;目前使用的整理剂功能比较单一,使用效果比较差,需要进一步的改进,,简单的整理剂的并不能满足人们的所需。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供亚麻定型剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,亚麻定型剂,包括如下重量份的组分,
二羟甲基脲树脂60~80份,聚氨酯10~20份,硬脂酸10~30份,聚乙二醇醚3~9份,醋酸4~8份,乙二醇按8~12份,硝酸锌10~20份,柠檬酸铵6~12份,三乙醇胺20~30份,六水氯化镁10~18份,聚二乙烯乙炔8~16份,环烷酸10~18份,冰醋酸2~8份,丙烯酰胺8~16份,去离子水80~120份。
本发明提供的亚麻定型剂,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,用本整理剂处理的织物可防缩防皱,定型效果好,免熨烫,具有防水、防油、挺括、丰满、不污等特点。

实施例1
将聚乙二醇醚3份,醋酸4份,二羟甲基脲树脂60份,聚氨酯10份,硬脂酸10份,乙二醇按8份,硝酸锌10份,柠檬酸铵6份,三乙醇胺20份,六水氯化镁10份,聚二乙烯乙炔8份,环烷酸10份,冰醋酸2份,丙烯酰胺8份,去离子水80份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至60℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例2
将聚乙二醇醚6份,醋酸6份,二羟甲基脲树脂70份,聚氨酯15份,硬脂酸20份,乙二醇按10份,硝酸锌15份,柠檬酸铵8份,三乙醇胺25份,六水氯化镁14份,聚二乙烯乙炔12份,环烷酸14份,冰醋酸5份,丙烯酰胺12份,去离子水100份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至60℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
实施例3
将聚乙二醇醚9份,醋酸8份,二羟甲基脲树脂80份,聚氨酯20份,硬脂酸30份,乙二醇按12份,硝酸锌20份,柠檬酸铵12份,三乙醇胺30份,六水氯化镁18份,聚二乙烯乙炔16份,环烷酸18份,冰醋酸8份,丙烯酰胺16份,去离子水120份放入反应器中,不断搅拌,混合完全后加热至60℃,均匀搅拌后即得产品。
