Abstract
The invention discloses a door body component of a drum washing machine and the drum washing machine with the same, wherein the door body component of the drum washing machine comprises: the door body is provided with a plurality of mounting seats; the door glass is detachably arranged on the door body and provided with a circumferential positioning groove; the circumferential positioning columns are detachably mounted on different mounting seats and matched with the circumferential positioning grooves so as to position the door glass at different positions along the circumferential direction of the door body. According to the door body assembly of the drum washing machine, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the door opening direction can be conveniently adjusted.

Technical Field

As shown in fig. 1, the drum washing machine 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a body 200 and a door assembly 100, an opening 4 being formed on a front surface of the body 200, the door assembly 100 being pivotably mounted on the body 200 to open or close the opening 4, wherein a mounting position of the door assembly 100 is adjustable, and particularly, a user may adjust the mounting position of the door assembly 100 according to a placement space of the drum washing machine 1000, and select a door opening direction of the drum washing machine 1000, so that practicality and convenience of the drum washing machine 1000 may be improved.
First, a door assembly 100 of a drum washing machine 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in fig. 1, a door assembly 100 of a drum washing machine 1000 according to the present invention may include a door body 1, a door glass 2, and a circumferential location post 3.
As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the front surface of the door glass 2 is formed in a ring shape, the sidewall of the door glass 2 is formed to extend rearward along the inner circumference of the ring shape, the rear side of the door glass 2 is a closed structure, the rear end of the door glass 2 has a protrusion 22, as shown in fig. 2, the protrusion 22 is formed to protrude rearward from the rear surface portion of the door glass 2, and the protrusion 22 is always located at the lower portion of the door body assembly 100 for the drum washing machine 1000 when the drum washing machine 1000 is in normal use, so that the protrusion 22 can push the washed laundry in the body 200 rearward to prevent the laundry from being pressed toward the opening 4 when the drum washing machine 1000 is in operation. It is to be understood that the following description of the orientation of the door body assembly 100 is based on the closed state of the door body assembly 100.
When the door opening direction of the door assembly 100 is adjusted, the door assembly 100 can be detached and mounted on the body 200 after being rotated by a proper angle, and at this time, the door glass 2 is simultaneously rotated and the position of the protruding portion 22 is changed, so that the mounting position of the door glass 2 needs to be adjusted, and the protruding portion 22 at the rear end of the door glass 2 is always located at the lower portion of the door assembly 100.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the door body 1 is provided with a plurality of mounting seats 11, and the plurality of mounting seats 11 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the door body 1, and the door glass 2 is detachably mounted on the door body 1, so that the door glass 2 can be conveniently detached and adjusted. As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the door glass 2 is provided with a circumferential positioning groove 21, the circumferential positioning columns 3 are detachably mounted on different mounting seats 11, and the circumferential positioning columns 3 and the circumferential positioning groove 21 cooperate to position the door glass 2 at different positions along the circumferential direction of the door body 1, so that the position adjustment and positioning of the door glass 2 can be realized. Specifically, when the door glass 2 is mounted on the door body 1, the circumferential positioning groove 21 corresponds to the position of the mounting seat 11, and the circumferential positioning column 3 is mounted on the mounting seat 11 and fits in the circumferential positioning groove 21, so that the door glass 2 can be positioned in the circumferential direction, and the door glass 2 is prevented from rotating. When the installation angle of the door glass 2 needs to be adjusted, the circumferential positioning column 3 can be detached, the door glass 2 is rotated, the circumferential positioning groove 21 corresponds to other installation seats 11, and the circumferential positioning column 3 is installed on the installation seat 11 corresponding to the adjusted installation seat and matched with the circumferential positioning groove 21 to realize circumferential positioning of the door glass 2 after rotation.
According to the door body assembly 100 for the drum washing machine in the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of mounting seats 11 are arranged, the circumferential positioning columns 3 are detachably mounted on different mounting seats 11 and are matched with the circumferential positioning grooves 21 to position the door glass 2 at different positions along the circumferential direction of the door body 1, so that the position adjustment and the circumferential positioning of the door glass 2 can be realized, and the door opening direction can be conveniently adjusted.
According to the drum washing machine 1000 of the embodiment of the invention, by providing the door body assembly 100 for the drum washing machine, the installation position of the door glass 2 can be adjusted to adapt to different door opening directions of the door body assembly 100, so that the practicability of the drum washing machine 1000 is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the number of the circumferential positioning grooves 21 may be plural, and at least one of the plurality of circumferential positioning grooves 21 may correspond to the mounting seat 11 and cooperate with the circumferential positioning post 3 to achieve the circumferential positioning of the door glass 2 during the rotational adjustment of the door glass 2. In some examples of the present invention, the number of the circumferential positioning posts 3 may be plural, and the positioning effect of the door glass 2 may be enhanced by the plurality of circumferential positioning posts 3 cooperating with the plurality of circumferential positioning grooves 21. In other examples of the present invention, the circumferential positioning column 3 is one, any one of the plurality of circumferential positioning grooves 21 corresponds to the mounting seat 11, and the circumferential positioning of the door glass 2 is performed by matching the circumferential positioning column 3, the circumferential positioning groove 21 and the mounting seat 11, so that the alignment of the circumferential positioning groove 21 and the mounting seat 11 is facilitated, and the diversity of adjustment angles of the door glass 2 is increased.
In another embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential positioning groove 21 and the circumferential positioning post 3 may be one, and after the circumferential positioning groove 21 is aligned with any one of the mounting seats 11, the circumferential positioning post 3 is mounted on the mounting seat 11 and is matched in the circumferential positioning groove 21 to circumferentially position the door glass 2, so that the structure of the door body assembly 100 of the drum washing machine can be simplified, and the cost can be reduced.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the mounting seat 11 may be provided with a mounting hole 111, and one end of the circumferential positioning column 3 is inserted into the mounting hole 111 and detachably fitted into the mounting hole 111 to position and mount the circumferential positioning column 3. The other end portion of the circumferential positioning column 3 is fitted in the circumferential positioning groove 21, whereby positioning and mounting of the door glass 2 can be achieved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in connection with fig. 7 to 8, the number of the mounting seats 11 may be two, and the two mounting seats 11 are opposite in the radial direction of the door body 1. In some examples of the present invention, the circumferential positioning groove 21 may be plural, and the plural circumferential positioning grooves 21 are aligned with at least one of the two mounting seats 11, and mounted on the mounting seat 11 by the circumferential positioning post 3 and engaged with the circumferential positioning groove 21, so that the circumferential positioning of the door glass 2 can be enhanced. In the example shown in fig. 7 to 8, the circumferential positioning groove 21 and the circumferential positioning post 3 are one, alternatively, when the circumferential positioning post 3 is mounted on one mounting seat 11 and is engaged with the circumferential positioning groove 21, the convex portion 22 of the door glass 2 is located at the lower portion of the door body assembly 100, and the door body assembly 100 is mounted at one side of the opening 4, i.e., the door body assembly 100 is opened toward one side. When the door body assembly 100 is mounted on the other side of the opening 4, that is, when the door body assembly 100 is opened to the other side, the door body assembly 100 is rotated, and the protrusion 22 of the door glass 2 is located at the upper portion of the door body assembly 100, thereby the door glass 3 needs to be dismounted and rotated in the circumferential direction until the protrusion 22 is located at the lower portion of the door body assembly 100, the circumferential positioning groove 21 is aligned with the other mounting seat 113, and the circumferential positioning column 3 is mounted on the other mounting seat 11 and is matched with the circumferential positioning groove 21 to mount and position the door glass 2.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of mounting seats 11 may be spaced apart along the circumference of the door glass 2 and located at the outer circumference of the door glass 2, whereby the circumferential positioning posts 3 may circumferentially position the door glass 2 at the outer circumference edge of the door glass 2, facilitating the mating positioning of the circumferential positioning posts 3, the mounting seats 11 and the door glass 2, and by mounting on different mounting seats 11, the mounting of different positions of the door glass 2 is achieved to accommodate the adjustment of the door opening direction.
Alternatively, the circumferential positioning groove 21 may be provided on the outer peripheral surface of the door glass 2, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the circumferential positioning groove 21 penetrating the outer peripheral surface of the door glass 2, the circumferential positioning post 3 being partially located in the circumferential positioning groove 21 and being circumferentially immovable in the circumferential positioning groove 21, whereby circumferential rotation of the door glass 2 is defined by the circumferential positioning post 3 cooperating with the circumferential positioning groove 21. Further, the cross section of the circumferential positioning column 3 may be circular, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the circumferential positioning column 3 is in a cylindrical shape, and the circumferential positioning groove 21 is an arc-shaped groove adapted to the shape of the circumferential positioning column 3, so as to facilitate the cooperation of the circumferential positioning column 3 and the circumferential positioning groove 21.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the door body 1 may include a door front cover 12 and a door rear cover 13, the door rear cover 13 being detachably mounted on the door front cover 12, the door glass 2 being clamped between the door front cover 12 and the door rear cover 13, the mounting seat 11 may be provided on one of the door front cover 12 and the door rear cover 13, the circumferential positioning post 3 being located between the door front cover 12 and the door rear cover 13, and in particular, the door front cover 12 and the door rear cover 13 cooperate to fix the door glass 2 and the circumferential positioning post 3 between the door front cover 12 and the door rear cover 13.
In some examples of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, 4, 7 and 8, the mounting seat 11 may be provided on the door front cover 12, the circumferential positioning column 3 is mounted on the door front cover 12, and the door glass 2 and the door front cover 12 are positioned by positioning the door front cover 12 and the circumferential positioning column 3.
In some examples of the present invention, the door front cover 12 may be provided with a fitting groove 121, the door glass 2 is fitted into the fitting groove 121, so that the door glass 2 may be defined in the fitting groove 121 to achieve positioning of the door glass 2 in a radial direction, as shown in fig. 7, the fitting groove 121 is circular, the mounting seats 11 are arranged along a circumferential direction of the fitting groove 121, and the door glass 2 may be rotated in the fitting groove 121 to align the circumferential positioning groove 21 with the corresponding mounting seat 11.

the mounting seat is provided with an assembly hole, and the circumferential positioning column is detachably matched in the assembly hole.
2. The door assembly of a drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mounting seats are two and opposite in a radial direction of the door.
3. The door body assembly of the drum washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of the mounting seats are spaced apart along a circumferential direction of the door glass and located at an outer circumference of the door glass.
4. A door assembly of a drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the circumferential positioning groove is provided on an outer circumferential surface of the door glass.
5. The door assembly of a drum washing machine as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the door comprises:
a door front cover;
the door back cover is detachably mounted on the door front cover, the door glass is clamped between the door front cover and the door back cover, the mounting seat is arranged on one of the door front cover and the door back cover, and the circumferential positioning column is located between the door front cover and the door back cover.
6. The door assembly of the drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the mounting seat is provided on the door front cover.
7. The door assembly of the drum type washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the door front cover is provided with an assembly groove, and the door glass is fitted in the assembly groove.
8. A drum washing machine, comprising:
a body;
a door assembly for a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the door assembly being positionally adjustably mounted on the machine body.
