Background
With the development of the coal chemical industry and the increase of natural gas consumption, the coal gas industry is transforming from the traditional coal chemical industry to the modern coal chemical industry, and the coal gas industry has been developed to a great extent, and becomes an investment hotspot in the coal chemical industry field. The coal gasifier is enlarged and the gasification process is improved, so that the working conditions in the gasifier are increasingly harsh, the unstable flow of a high-speed medium in the gasifier can generate pulsation and local vortex to cause the vibration of a furnace body, and mechanical equipment such as a fan and the like can also generate vibration when the equipment works. Especially, when the pulsation frequency of the medium moving at high speed is close to the natural frequency of the furnace body and the vibration frequency of mechanical equipment, resonance can occur, so that the furnace body generates large vibration. For a coal gasifier working continuously, if the coal gasifier is subjected to vibration for a long time, a lining material can crack and be damaged, particularly at a stress concentration position. The cracking and the damage of the furnace lining material can cause the leakage of high-temperature and high-pressure gas, thereby causing serious consequences. Therefore, the furnace lining of the coal gasifier not only requires the furnace lining material to resist the erosion of high-temperature medium, erosion and abrasion, resist thermal shock and have high strength, but also requires the furnace lining structure to have shock resistance.
The furnace lining of the coal gasifier develops towards the direction of unshaped, and the casting material is used for casting and forming. Before the large coal gasifier is dried and baked, the strength of the castable at the bottom of the large coal gasifier is not enough to support the weight of the upper furnace lining, and the large coal gasifier is difficult to finish the pouring of the whole furnace lining material at one time. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a supporting plate for a coal gasification furnace, which can improve the vibration resistance and the thermal shock resistance of a furnace body and prolong the service life of a furnace lining, and can bear the weight of an upper furnace lining material during construction.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the supporting support plate for the coal gasification furnace consists of a U-shaped supporting plate and 2 triangular supporting frames. The triangular support frames are symmetrically fixed on the lower planes of the two sides of the U-shaped support plate, and the vertical edge of the triangular support frame and the opening edge of the U-shaped support plate are in the same vertical plane.
The U-shaped supporting plate comprises an outer ceramic fiber plate, a U-shaped steel plate, an inner ceramic fiber plate and mineral wool. The U-shaped steel plate and the outer ceramic fiber plate can absorb stress generated by thermal expansion of different materials at high temperature, improve the thermal shock resistance of a furnace lining material, and effectively avoid resonance generated when the pulsation frequency of a medium moving at high speed is close to the inherent frequency of a furnace body; meanwhile, the outer ceramic fiber plate and the inner ceramic fiber plate enable the U-shaped steel plate to bear temperature reduction, deformation is prevented, and the service life of the U-shaped steel plate is prolonged. The invention forms a frame structure with the coal gasifier shell and the pre-embedded anchoring piece, thereby improving the anti-vibration capability of the coal gasifier.
Therefore, the invention can not only improve the vibration resistance and the thermal shock resistance of the furnace body and prolong the service life of the furnace lining, but also bear the weight of the upper furnace lining material during construction.

Example 1
A supporting pallet for a coal gasification furnace. The supporting plate for the coal gasification furnace is composed of a U-shaped supporting plate 1 and 2 triangular supporting frames 6 as shown in figures 1 and 2. Example 2
