Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐热抗静电胶带,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、抗静电层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述抗静电层为纳米抗静电材料AZO,在所述基层上表面设有石墨烯层,在所述石墨烯层上表面设有有机硅氧耐热涂层。本发明二氧化钛纳米涂层作为防紫外线层,具有良好的防紫外线效果;抗静电层为纳米抗静电材料AZO,起到抗静电作用;有机硅氧耐热涂层具有良好的阻燃耐热性能,石墨烯层能明显提高薄膜的受热均匀性,防止局部过热,且具有良好的抗静电效果。

耐热抗静电胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶带,特别是涉及一种耐热抗静电胶带。
背景技术
胶带是由基材和粘结剂两部分组成,通过粘接使两个或多个不相连的物体连接在一起,其表面上涂有一层粘着剂,最早的粘着剂来自动物和植物,在十九世纪,橡胶是粘着剂的主要成份;而现代则广泛应用各种聚合物,粘着剂可以粘住东西,是由于本身的分子和欲连接物品的分子间形成键结,这种键结可以把分子牢牢地黏合在一起,粘着剂的成份,依不同厂牌、不同种类,有各种不同的聚合物。现有的用于电子产品的胶带,耐热和抗静电效果较差,不能满足实际生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种耐热抗静电胶带,阻燃耐热性能好,且具有良好的抗静电效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、抗静电层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述抗静电层为纳米抗静电材料AZO,在所述基层上表面设有石墨烯层,在所述石墨烯层上表面设有有机硅氧耐热涂层。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的第一粘接层、第二粘接层、第三粘接层为聚酯胶粘剂层。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的基层为BOPET薄膜。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的保护层为离型膜。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述防紫外线层的厚度为20~30um。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述抗静电层的厚度为20~40um。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述石墨烯层的厚度为10~20um。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,有机硅氧耐热涂层的厚度为10~20um。
前述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述基层的厚度为10~25um。
本发明所达到的有益效果:二氧化钛纳米涂层作为防紫外线层,具有良好的防紫外线效果;抗静电层为纳米抗静电材料AZO,起到抗静电作用;有机硅氧耐热涂层具有良好的阻燃耐热性能,石墨烯层能明显提高薄膜的受热均匀性,防止局部过热,且具有良好的抗静电效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,一种耐热抗静电胶带,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层1、第一粘接层2、抗静电层3、第二粘接层4、基层5、第三粘接层6、保护层7。
所述防紫外线层1为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述防紫外线层1的厚度为20~30um,具有良好的防紫外线效果。
所述抗静电层3为纳米抗静电材料AZO,所述抗静电层3的厚度为20~40um,起到抗静电作用。
在所述基层5上表面设有石墨烯层8,所述石墨烯层8的厚度为10~20um,石墨烯层8能明显提高薄膜的受热均匀性,防止局部过热,且具有良好的抗静电效果。
在所述石墨烯层8上表面设有有机硅氧耐热涂层9,有机硅氧耐热涂层9的厚度为10~20um,有机硅氧耐热涂层9具有良好的阻燃耐热性能。
为了增强粘接效果,所述的第一粘接层2、第二粘接层4、第三粘接层6为聚酯胶粘剂层。
所述的基层5为BOPET薄膜,所述基层5的厚度为10~25um。
所述的保护层7为离型膜,便于胶带分离。

1.耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,从上至下依次设有防紫外线层、第一粘接层、抗静电层、第二粘接层、基层、第三粘接层、保护层,所述防紫外线层为二氧化钛纳米涂层,所述抗静电层为纳米抗静电材料AZO,在所述基层上表面设有石墨烯层,在所述石墨烯层上表面设有有机硅氧耐热涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的第一粘接层、第二粘接层、第三粘接层为聚酯胶粘剂层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的基层为BOPET薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述的保护层为离型膜。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述防紫外线层的厚度为20~30um。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述抗静电层的厚度为20~40um。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐热抗静电胶带,其特征是,所述石墨烯层的厚度为10~20um。
