Abstract
本外用膏剂属于一种外用中药膏剂由刘寄奴、赤芍、黄柏、黄连、红花、乳香、没药、栀子、三七组成，按配方规定的剂量混合在一起，放在锅中加水沸腾煎熬三次，每次40～60分钟，再将三次过滤药液放在锅中沸腾后微火煎熬4～5小时，直至熬制成黑褐色粘稠胶状膏剂，主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎，颈椎病，腰痛，腿膝关节痛及跌打损伤等均有奇效。
Description
本发明外用中药膏剂，主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎，颈椎病，腰痛，腿膝关节痛及跌打损伤等的一种中药膏剂。
在本发明作出之前，市售一种特制狗皮膏，它以天麻、杜仲、乳香、没药、血竭、细辛、肉桂等多种中药制成，该药膏具有祛风散寒，舒筋活轿，和络止痛功能，用于治疗风寒湿痹，肩臂腰腿痛，肢体麻木，跌打损伤，该药膏的缺点是，由于该药膏涂有在橡皮胶上，贴用24小时后，有些人在粘贴药膏部位出现红疹，有奇痒等过敏反应。
本发明的目的是提供一种无毒、无任何副作用的元武万应膏，它主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎，颈椎病，腰脊痛，腿膝关节痛及跌打损伤等。
本发明由下列配方及剂量组成：其中
刘寄奴30～60克，赤芍20～30克，
黄柏20～30克， 黄连25～40克，
红花25～40克， 乳香20～30克，
没药15～25克， 栀子30～60克，
三七10～20克。
本发明的配制方法是将各原料按规定剂量混合在一起，放在锅中加清水淹没过面，慢火沸腾煎腾40～60分钟，倒出滤液，按上述操作工序连续煎熬三次，最后将三次过滤药液倒入另一锅中，沸腾后微火煎熬4～5小时，直至将药液熬至成黑褐色粘稠胶状膏剂，装入瓶内即成成品。
用法及用量：每次用药量5克，将该药膏均匀地涂敷在医用纱布上，然后将涂有敷料的纱布敷在患处，即压痛点上，用胶布粘贴固定，或用纱布捆扎固定即可，使用该药膏，三天换药一次，四次为一个疗程，疗程长短根据病情轻重而定，轻患者数一次即可全愈，重患者敷用2～3个疗程可治愈。
本药膏具有祛风除湿，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，通经活络之功效。
本药膏用于主治风湿性关节炎，颈椎病，腰脊痛，腰膝关节痛，肩臂关节炎，软组织痛，胸痛，肋痛，对跌打损伤疗效尤其显著，对治疗骨折也有良好效果，经临床治疗100个病例，疗效显著的有95例，治愈的70例。

刘寄奴40克，赤芍30克，
黄柏20克， 黄连20克，
红花30克， 乳香20克，
没药25克， 栀子40克，
三七20克。
按照上述配制方法将各种药物混合在一起，经煎熬配制成黑褐色粘稠胶状药膏。
Claims (2)
1．一种治疗风湿性关节炎的外用膏剂，其特征在于它的活性成分由下列用量配比的原料制备而成：
刘寄奴30～60克，赤芍20～30克，
黄柏20～30克， 黄连25～40克，
红花25～40克， 乳香20～30克，
没药15～25克， 栀子30～60克，
三七10～20克。
2．权利要求1所述的治疗风湿性关节炎的外用膏剂的制备方法，其特征在于：将各原料按规定剂量混合在一起，放在锅中加清水淹没水面，慢火沸腾煎熬40～60分钟，倒出滤液，按上述操作工序连续煎熬三次，最后将三次过滤药液倒入另一锅中，沸腾后微火煎熬4～5小时，直至将药液熬至成黑褐色粘稠胶状膏剂，装入瓶内即成成品。
