Abstract
The invention discloses a wound assembled self-cleaning continuous negative pressure drainage device, belonging to medical instruments; aims to provide a negative pressure drainage device which can adapt to the drainage of deep or irregular wound surfaces. The VSD dressing comprises a drainage tube embedded in the VSD dressing and a negative pressure source connected with the drainage tube; the drainage tube comprises a forward drainage tube group and a reverse drainage tube group, the forward drainage tube group is composed of a plurality of forward drainage tubes (2), the reverse drainage tube group is composed of a plurality of reverse drainage tubes (3), and the forward drainage tubes (2) and the reverse drainage tubes (3) are arranged at intervals; each forward drainage tube (2) is connected with a first switch (4) connected to a first negative pressure source in parallel through a first drainage tube (5), and each reverse drainage tube (3) is connected with a second switch (12) connected to a second negative pressure source in parallel through a second drainage tube (11). The invention has good drainage effect and is not easy to block, and is particularly suitable for the drainage of wounds with deep or special wound surfaces.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wound surface negative pressure drainage device, in particular to a wound surface assembled self-cleaning continuous negative pressure drainage device; belongs to medical instruments.
Background
Negative pressure closed drainage (VSD for short) is a brand new treatment method for promoting wound healing through controllable negative pressure. At present, the basic configuration of a negative pressure drainage device comprises a negative pressure source, a drainage tube, a porous foam cushion, a biological semipermeable membrane and a drainage container; the drainage tube with a plurality of small holes distributed on the tube wall is arranged in the porous foam cushion. When the drainage tube is used, the porous foam cushion is placed on a wound surface, the porous foam cushion is covered by the biological semipermeable membrane, the porous foam cushion and the drainage tube are sealed together, the other end of the drainage tube is connected with the drainage container through a straight-through or multi-way joint, and the drainage container is connected with a negative pressure source through a catheter; the negative pressure drainage can drain the oozing blood, the oozing liquid, the pus and the like into the drainage container.
However, the negative pressure drainage device commonly used at present has the following defects:
1. Because the VSD dressing that commonly uses is soft rectangle lamellar structure mostly, relatively be applicable to the surperficial surface of a wound that the surface is relatively flat, the form is more regular. When the wound surface has abnormal shape and has a blind tube-like deep wound surface, the traditional VSD dressing is not easy to fully contact with the wound surface, and meanwhile, dead cavities are remained to cause hematocele and hydrops; therefore, the drainage effect is not good enough, which causes the effusion and pus accumulation of the wound, the infection control is poor, and the wound is delayed to heal or not healed.
2. Because the drainage tubes in the VSD foam dressing are all arranged in the same direction; when the secretion is more, capillary holes of the VSD foam dressing or drainage holes distributed on the wall of the drainage tube are easy to block, and the drainage is difficult to dredge.
Therefore, the development of a negative pressure drainage device which is not easy to block and can meet the use requirements of deep and special-shaped wound surfaces is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the wound assembled self-cleaning continuous negative pressure drainage device which is not easy to block, can adapt to the drainage of the wound with deep part or special shape and can be flexibly selected according to the actual condition on an operating table.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the VSD dressing comprises VSD dressing, a drainage tube which is embedded in the VSD dressing and is provided with a plurality of drainage holes on the surface, and a negative pressure source which is connected with the drainage tube; the drainage tube comprises a forward drainage tube group and a reverse drainage tube group, the forward drainage tube group consists of a plurality of forward drainage tubes which are arranged in parallel, the reverse drainage tube group consists of a plurality of reverse drainage tubes which are arranged in parallel, and the forward drainage tubes and the reverse drainage tubes are arranged at intervals; each positive drainage tube is connected with a first flow guide tube through threads respectively, and each first flow guide tube is connected with a first negative pressure source in parallel through a first switch; each reverse drainage tube is connected with a second diversion tube through threads respectively, and each second diversion tube is connected with a second negative pressure source in parallel through a second switch.
The additional drainage tubes with a plurality of drainage holes distributed on the surface are fixed on one or more side surfaces of the VSD dressing through medical silica gel belts, and each additional drainage tube is respectively communicated with the first negative pressure source or the second negative pressure source through an additional drainage tube with a switch; threads are arranged at one end or two ends of the additional drainage tube; the extension drainage tube with a plurality of drainage holes distributed on the surface is communicated with the additional drainage tube through a tube joint.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has a plurality of advantages due to the adoption of the technical scheme, and the specific analysis is as follows:
1. Two negative pressure sources are adopted on the basis of the traditional structure, and drainage tubes which are originally arranged in the VSD dressing in one direction are changed into two groups which are arranged at intervals in the opposite direction; the alternate drainage can be realized by alternately starting the two negative pressure sources through the forward drainage tube group and the reverse drainage tube group, so that 'backwashing' can be formed between the pores of the VSD dressing, the drainage tube and residual substances in the dressing pore can be cleaned, and a self-cleaning function is formed; the defect that VSD dressing of the traditional negative pressure drainage device is easy to block is effectively overcome; can realize continuous drainage.
2. Due to the addition of drainage tubes in the VSD dressing, not only is the amount of suction around the VSD dressing increased, reducing the likelihood of blockage around and at the bottom of the VSD dressing; and to the wound surface that infects more seriously, the secretion is more, more traditional VSD negative pressure drainage device can more evenly and fully realize the drainage.
3. because additional drainage tubes with different lengths can be added on different sides of the VSD dressing, the use requirement of irregular wound surfaces can be met; thoroughly eliminates the defect that the special-shaped wound surface drainage is easy to generate dead spaces, dead cavities and other dead zones.
4. Because the pipe orifices at the two ends of the additional drainage pipe adopt the thread structures, the drainage pipe can be flexibly planted and extended along different directions through various pipe joints such as a straight-through pipe joint, an elbow, a three-way pipe joint, a four-way pipe joint and the like according to specific conditions, thereby effectively realizing the drainage of residual cavities or deep wounds.

As shown in fig. 1: the forward and reverse drainage tube sets are embedded within the VSD dressing 1. The forward drainage tube group consists of a plurality of forward drainage tubes 2 which are arranged in parallel, and the reverse drainage tube group consists of a plurality of reverse drainage tubes 3 which are arranged in parallel and have the opposite direction to the forward drainage tubes 2; the forward drainage tube 2 and the reverse drainage tube 3 are arranged at intervals, and a plurality of drainage holes (not marked in the figure) are distributed on the surfaces of the forward drainage tube 2 and the reverse drainage tube 3. Each positive drainage tube 2 is respectively connected with a first flow guide tube 5 through a threaded pipe joint (not shown in the figure), and each first flow guide tube 5 is connected with a first negative pressure source (not shown in the figure) in parallel through a first switch 4; each reverse drainage tube 3 is connected with a second drainage tube 11 through a threaded pipe joint, and each reverse drainage tube 3 is connected with a second negative pressure source (not shown in the figure) in parallel through a second switch 12.

In order to conveniently select the length of the implanted tube according to actual conditions and realize deep wound drainage, the additional drainage tube 6 is communicated with the extension drainage tube 9 through a tube joint 10; the pipe joint 10 is a straight-through pipe joint, or an elbow, or a three-way pipe joint, or a four-way pipe joint with a threaded pipe orifice.
