The invention discloses a mobile terminal, comprising: a plate body for grounding; the main board is arranged on the board body; the antenna is mounted on the plate body; the radio frequency wire comprises a signal wire, a ground wire surrounding the signal wire and an insulating rubber sheet surrounding the ground wire, wherein the signal wire is electrically connected between the mainboard and the antenna, and the insulating rubber sheet is provided with an opening; the conductor piece penetrates through the opening, and the conductor piece is electrically connected between the ground wire and the plate body so as to be grounded. The ground wire of the radio frequency wire is electrically connected to the plate body through the conductor sheet so as to be grounded, so that potential difference between the ground wire and the plate body can be avoided, and influence on quality of signals on the signal wire is reduced.

Background
The existing mobile terminal comprises a board body used for grounding, a main board and an antenna, wherein the main board and the antenna are installed on the board body. In a mobile terminal, a radio frequency line is often used for transmitting a radio frequency signal of a main board to an antenna. Although the signal line is wrapped by the ground wire, which can shield the interference, there may still be a potential difference between the ground wire and the board body, and the potential difference will generate a common mode current on the ground of the rf line, thereby generating interference and deteriorating the signal quality on the signal line.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a mobile terminal for improving the quality of signals on a signal wire of a radio frequency wire.
A mobile terminal, comprising: a plate body for grounding; the main board is arranged on the board body; the antenna is mounted on the plate body; the radio frequency wire comprises a signal wire, a ground wire surrounding the signal wire and an insulating rubber sheet surrounding the ground wire, wherein the signal wire is electrically connected between the mainboard and the antenna, and the insulating rubber sheet is provided with an opening; the conductor piece penetrates through the opening, and the conductor piece is electrically connected between the ground wire and the plate body so as to be grounded.
Furthermore, the number of the conductor sheets and the number of the openings are at least two, and the conductor sheets correspond to the openings one to one.

A mobile terminal implementing various embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The mobile terminal may be implemented in various forms. For example, the terminal described in the present invention may include a mobile terminal having a communication function, such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a navigation device, and the like. The present invention provides a first embodiment of a mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the mobile terminal 1 includes a board body 10, a main board 20, an antenna 30, a radio frequency line 40, a conductor sheet 50, and a fixing member 60. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal 1 is a mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the plate body 10 is square, but the shape of the plate body 10 is not limited thereto. The plate body 10 includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The plate body 10 is used for grounding, for example, the plate body 10 may be made of aluminum alloy or other materials suitable for grounding and having certain structural strength. The plate body 10 has a fixing hole 100. Further, the fixing hole 100 may be a screw hole.
Referring to fig. 2, the main board 20 is mounted on the board 10, but the mounting manner is not limited, for example, a fixing member such as a screw may be fixed to the board 10 through the main board 20. Further, the main board 20 is mounted at the first end of the board body 10, and should not be construed as limiting the position where the main board 20 is mounted on the board body 10.
The antenna 30 is mounted on the board 10, but the mounting manner is not limited, and for example, a fixing member such as a screw may be fixed to the board 10 through the antenna 30. Further, the antenna 30 is mounted at the second end of the board body 10, and should not be construed as limiting the position where the antenna 30 is mounted on the board body 10.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the rf cable 40 includes a signal line 400, a ground line 402 surrounding the signal line 400, and an insulating rubber 405 surrounding the ground line 402. Further, the signal line 400 includes a line body and an insulating rubber surrounding the line body. The wire body of the signal wire 400 is electrically connected between the motherboard 20 and the antenna 30, so that the signal wire 400 is electrically connected between the motherboard 20 and the antenna 30. The ground wire 402 surrounds the rubber insulation of the signal wire 400. The rubber insulator 405 has an opening 406. Further, the opening 406 is circular, and the diameter of the opening 406 is 5 mm.
The conductor piece 50 includes a connecting portion 501 and a fixing portion 502. The connecting portion 501 and the fixing portion 502 are made of iron. One end of the connecting portion 501 passes through the opening 406 and is welded to the ground wire 402 to electrically connect to the ground wire 402. Further, the connection portion 501 passing through the opening 406 is in interference fit with the opening 406, for example, the connection portion 501 passing through the opening 406 is circular and has a diameter of 5.3mm, so that the sealing performance of the rf cable 40 can be enhanced. The fixing portion 502 is annular, and the fixing portion 502 is electrically connected to the other end of the connecting portion 501. The fixing portion 502 has a through hole 505. Further, the length of the connecting portion 501 is 8mm, the outer diameter of the fixing portion 502 is 6mm, and the diameter of the through hole 505 is 2 mm.
The fixing member 60 passes through the through hole 505 of the fixing portion 502 and is fixed to the fixing hole 100 of the board body 10, so that the conductor strip 50 is firmly and electrically connected between the board body 10 and the ground wire 402. In this embodiment, the fixing member 60 is a screw.
When in use, the radio frequency wire 40 transmits a signal sent by the motherboard 20 to the antenna 30 through the wire body of the signal wire 400. The ground line 402 of the rf line 40 is electrically connected to the board 10 through the conductor piece 50 to be grounded, so that it is ensured that no potential difference is generated between the ground line and the board 10, and the influence on the signal quality of the signal is reduced.
In other embodiments, there are at least two of the conductor patches 50, and at least two of the conductor patches 50 are uniformly distributed at predetermined intervals in the direction along the ground line 402. There are at least two openings 406, and the conductor strips 50 correspond to the openings 406 one to one. At least two of the conductor strips 50 correspondingly pass through at least two of the openings 406 and are electrically connected between the ground line 402 and the board body 10 so as to be suitable for grounding. Further, the preset distance is 3 cm.
In other embodiments, the fastener 60 may be omitted. The conductor piece 50 is electrically connected between the ground line 402 and the board body 10 for grounding.

the mobile terminal further comprises a fixing piece, the conductor piece is provided with a through hole, the plate body is provided with a fixing hole, the fixing piece penetrates through the through hole and is fixed to the fixing hole, the conductor piece comprises a connecting portion and a fixing portion, one end of the connecting portion penetrates through the opening and is electrically connected to the ground wire, the fixing portion is electrically connected to the other end of the connecting portion, and the fixing portion is provided with the through hole;
the connecting part penetrates through the opening and is in interference fit with the opening.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the number of the conductor strips and the openings is at least two, and the conductor strips correspond to the openings one to one.
