Figure 1 schematically illustrates a physical examination data matching method of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to fig. 1, the physical examination data matching method may include the steps of:
s10, acquiring a target physical examination report, wherein the target physical examination report comprises one or more target physical examination items and target physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items respectively;
s20, determining a mapping relation between the target physical examination items and standard coding formats of physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items;
s30, converting the coding format of each target physical examination data into a standard coding format according to the mapping relation; and
s40, combining each target physical examination item with the target physical examination data in the converted coding format corresponding to each target physical examination item to generate a matched physical examination report, and storing the matched physical examination report.
In the physical examination data matching method of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, by converting the target physical examination data into the standard physical examination data and storing the converted result, while the uniform coding storage of the physical examination data of different physical examination institutions can be realized, on one hand, because the coding format of the physical examination data is unified, even if the physical examination institutions performing the physical examination are different, the health trend analysis can be performed by using the result of the physical examination to realize the prediction of the health condition; on the other hand, the health trend is analyzed, so that problems can be found and prevented in advance, the health condition is improved, the medical expenses are reduced, and the expenses of families and society are saved; on the other hand, the physical examination mechanism does not need to change the original physical examination data coding library, so that the investment cost for changing the data coding library is saved.
The respective steps of the physical examination data matching method of the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be explained below.
S10, obtaining a target physical examination report, wherein the target physical examination report comprises one or more target physical examination items and target physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items.
In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, acquiring the target physical examination report may include acquiring all physical examination information in the target physical examination report, wherein the physical examination information may be stored in a database of a physical examination institution in a table form, for example, one column in the physical examination information table may store physical examination items, and another column corresponding to the physical examination items corresponds to each physical examination data, however, the present disclosure is not limited thereto, and the physical examination information may exist in other various forms, which is not particularly limited in the present exemplary embodiment.
In addition, the target physical examination report may include a plurality of target physical examination items, for example, the target physical examination items may include, but are not limited to, height, weight, blood pressure, eyesight, liver function, chest X-ray, electrocardiogram, etc., however, when the physical examiner checks only one index, the target physical examination report of the present disclosure may also include one target physical examination item, for example, the target physical examination item may be blood pressure.
S20, determining the mapping relation between the target physical examination items and the standard coding format of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items.
In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, in step S20, first, it may be determined whether the names of the target physical examination items of the target physical examination report acquired in step S10 are contained in the standard physical examination item encoded data set. Wherein the standard health examination item coded data set can be created in advance before step S10 and saved.
The standard physical examination item coding data set can contain each physical examination item and a standard physical examination data coding format which is respectively in mapping relation with each physical examination item. For example, for a physical examination item, based on the standard physical examination item encoding data set, the standard encoding format corresponding to the physical examination item is UTF-8. In addition, it may be counted that the encoding format that is adopted the most times among the different encoding formats of the physical examination data of the same physical examination item by different physical examination institutions, and the encoding format is configured as the standard encoding format of the physical examination data corresponding to the physical examination item, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a developer of the standard physical examination item encoding data set may configure the standard encoding format of the physical examination data of different physical examination items by combining factors such as storage space and encoding convenience, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this exemplary embodiment.
Next, the mapping relationship between the target physical examination items and the standard encoding formats of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items can be determined according to the judgment results of the above judgments.
Specifically, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, when it is determined that the name of the target physical examination item is included in the standard physical examination item encoding data set, since the standard encoding format corresponding to the target physical examination exists in the standard physical examination item encoding data set, the mapping relationship between the target physical examination item and the standard encoding format of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination item can be directly determined.
According to some other embodiments, when it is determined that the name of the target physical examination item is not included in the standard physical examination item encoded data set, the target physical examination item may be added to the standard physical examination item encoded data set and a standard encoded format corresponding to the target physical examination item is created, and then the system may know a mapping relationship between the target physical examination item and the standard encoded format of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination item.
And S30, converting the coding format of each target physical examination data into a standard coding format according to the mapping relation.
Generally, the encoding format of the physical examination data for the same physical examination item may be different for different physical examination institutions, and specific encoding formats include, but are not limited to, ASCII, extended ASCII, GBK, GB2312, GB18030, Unicode, UTF-8, and the like.
For example, assuming that the encoding format of the target physical examination data is ASCII and the standard encoding format of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items is Unicode as determined in step S20, it is necessary to convert ASCII into Unicode in step S30.
In addition, various types of code conversion methods can be called to convert the coding format of the target health examination data into the standard coding format, for example, when Unicode is required to be converted into GB2312, a conversion array can be established between 0x0000-0xFFFF for Unicode coding, or a conversion array is established between 0x4E00-0x9FBB, and for example, when UTF-8 is required to be converted into GB2312, under Windows, two Sindows functions (multibyte to widechar and multibyte to widechar) can be generally adopted to implement the conversion process, or under Linux, an iconv function can be called to implement the conversion process, and so on. The present disclosure does not specifically limit the specific transcoding method.
S40, combining each target physical examination item with the target physical examination data in the converted coding format corresponding to each target physical examination item to generate a matched physical examination report, and storing the matched physical examination report.
After step S30, each target physical examination item can be combined with the target physical examination data in the transcoded format corresponding to each target physical examination item to generate a matched physical examination report, wherein the form of the matched physical examination report can still exist in the form of a table, that is, one column in the table is the name of the target physical examination item, and one column corresponding to the column is the target physical examination data in the transcoded format.
In addition, the physical examination data matching method according to the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure may further include storing the matched physical examination report, and according to some embodiments of the present disclosure, the matched physical examination report may be stored by using a database stored in a Mongodb distributed file, which is flexible in structure and strong in expandability. When the physical examination reports of different physical examination institutions are stored, when the physical examination items of the physical examination report of one physical examination institution are increased or decreased, other physical examination institutions do not need to modify the physical examination items, and only specific reports need to be expanded.
The overall process of implementing physical examination data matching of an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to fig. 2.
S602, a standard physical examination item encoding data set can be created.
S604, acquiring a target physical examination report needing physical examination data matching, wherein the target physical examination report can contain one or more target physical examination items and target physical examination data respectively corresponding to the target physical examination items.
S606. after the target physical examination report is acquired, it may be judged whether the name of the target physical examination item in the target physical examination report is contained in the standard physical examination item encoded data set created in step S602, and when it is judged that the name of the target physical examination item is contained in the standard physical examination item encoded data set, step S606 may jump to step S608; when it is judged that the names of the target physical examination items are not contained in the standard physical examination item encoded data set, the step S606 may jump to the step S610.
S608, a mapping relationship between the target physical examination items and the standard encoding formats of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items can be determined, that is, the standard encoding formats of the physical examination data corresponding to the target physical examination items are queried in the standard physical examination item encoding data sets.
S610. the target physical examination items may be added to the standard physical examination item encoded data set and a standard encoded format corresponding to the target physical examination items is created, and then, step S610 may jump to step S608.
S612, the encoding format of the target physical examination data may be converted into a standard encoding format based on the mapping relationship determined in step S608.
S614, the standard format target physical examination data converted in step S612 can be combined with the target physical examination items to generate matched physical examination reports, and the matched physical examination reports can be saved.
It should be noted that although the various steps of the methods of the present disclosure are depicted in the drawings in a particular order, this does not require or imply that these steps must be performed in this particular order, or that all of the depicted steps must be performed, to achieve desirable results. Additionally or alternatively, certain steps may be omitted, multiple steps combined into one step execution, and/or one step broken down into multiple step executions, etc.
