When the burner is operated, the burner does not flameout, the burner passes through the central tube of the burner, a space is reserved between the inner sleeve 9 and the central tube, the positioning flange 6 is fixed on the outer surface of the inner sleeve 9, the distance from the positioning flange 6 to the cutter head 10 is matched with the length of the central tube 7 of the burner, the positioning flange 6 is fixedly connected with the rear end flange of the central tube 7, and in order to facilitate the axial rotation of the inner sleeve 9, the thrust bearing 5 is arranged between the inner sleeve 9 and the positioning flange 6. When the central tube 7 is long, the inner sleeve 9 is flexibly deformed in the central tube 7, and therefore, at least one annular support 71 is arranged on the outer surface of a part of the inner sleeve 9 entering the central tube 7, and lubricating oil is arranged on the outer side surface of the annular support 71, so that friction between the annular support 71 and the central tube 7 is reduced.
The threaded fit of the rear end parts of the ejector rod 8 and the inner sleeve 9 is specifically as follows: the ejector rod 8 is externally fixed with a locking sleeve 2, and the locking sleeve 2 is in threaded fit with the inner sleeve 9.
The ejector rod rotating part at the rear end part of the ejector rod 8 is a hand wheel.
When the tool bit is used, the angle of the straight needle 4 is firstly adjusted downwards, then the axial directions of the tool bit 10 and the inner sleeve 9 are adjusted to be consistent (namely, the tool bit is forwards), the inner sleeve 9 and the tool bit 10 extend into the central tube 7, and when the positioning flange 6 is contacted with the rear end flange of the central tube 7, the tool bit 10 penetrates out of the tool bit fixing tube 91 and is separated from the tool bit fixing tube 91, and the tool bit can freely rotate, so that the tool bit swings to be in a downward state due to gravity. The two flanges are fixed.
And then the hand wheel 1 is rotated to drive the ejector rod 8 to rotate, so that the ejector rod 8 and the inner sleeve 9 relatively move until the front end part of the rod 8 is in surface contact with the cutter head 10, and then the locking sleeve 2 is screwed. Thus, the fixation of the jack 8 and the inner sleeve 9 is completed. At this time, since the jack 8 blocks the only degree of freedom of the cutter head 10 (i.e., rotation along the pin 99), fixation of the head fixing tube 91, the cutter head 10 is completed.
Finally, the rotating frame 3 is manually or mechanically rotated to drive the inner sleeve 9, the ejector rod 8, the tool bit fixing tube 91 and the tool bit 10 to synchronously rotate, and the rotation of the tool bit 10 can finish the decoking operation.
After the decoking operation is finished, the locking sleeve 2 is firstly loosened, the hand wheel 1 is reversely rotated to drive the ejector rod 8 to be far away from the tool bit 10, and then the two flanges are loosened, so that the decoking tool is extracted.

the ejector rod (8) extends outwards, is in threaded fit with the inner sleeve (9) at the rear end passing through the inner sleeve (9), and extends outwards to the rear of the inner sleeve (9), and an ejector rod rotating part is arranged at the rear end part of the ejector rod (8);
the outer surface of the inner sleeve (9) is fixed with the rotating frame (3);
the cutter head (10) is in clearance fit with the fixing groove (93);
the ejector rod (8) is in clearance fit with the cutter head fixing tube (91);
the inner diameter of the inner sleeve (9) is larger than the inner diameter of the cutter head fixing tube (91), and the inner sleeve and the cutter head fixing tube are in conical transition;
