Abstract

本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种液压铸钢闸阀,其特征在于:所述闸板的一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第一密封圈,所述闸板的另一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第二密封圈,所述闸板的底部与阀体的接触部位设置有第三密封圈,所述阀盖固定于所述阀体的顶部,所述液压缸固定于所述阀盖上,所述阀杆的一端与所述液压缸相连并且其另一端与闸板的上端相连,所述阀体的一侧开设有通向阀杆的第一加油孔,所述阀体的另一侧开设有通向阀杆的第二加油孔,所述止逆板的上端安装于所述转轴上,所述弹簧的一端与止逆板的中部相连并且其另一端固定于与止逆板相对的流体入口内壁上,所述过滤网固定于流体出口的内部并通过压紧套压紧。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种液压铸钢闸阀。
背景技术
阀门是流体输送系统中的控制部件,具有截止、调节、导流、防止逆流、稳压、分流或溢流泄压等功能。闸阀是一种常用的阀门,闸阀内部设置有一个启闭件闸板,闸板的运动方向与流体方向相垂直,闸阀作全开和全关,可广泛用于自来水、污水、建筑、石油、化工、食品、医药、轻纺、电力、船舶、冶金、能源系统等体管线上作为调节和截流装置使用。现有的闸阀在使用过程中存在以下问题:闸阀不具有止逆功能,无法防止流体逆行。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,提供了一种能够防止流体逆行的液压铸钢闸阀。
本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种液压铸钢闸阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、闸板、阀盖、液压缸、阀杆、转轴、止逆板、过滤网、压紧套、弹簧,所述阀体的一端开设有流体入口并且其另一端开设有流体出口,所述阀体的中部设置有闸板,所述闸板的一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第一密封圈,所述闸板的另一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第二密封圈,所述闸板的底部与阀体的接触部位设置有第三密封圈,所述阀盖固定于所述阀体的顶部,所述液压缸固定于所述阀盖上,所述阀杆的一端与所述液压缸相连并且其另一端与闸板的上端相连,所述阀体的一侧开设有通向阀杆的第一加油孔,所述第一加油孔的末端安装有第一孔塞,所述阀体的另一侧开设有通向阀杆的第二加油孔,所述第二加油孔的末端安装有第二孔塞,所述流体入口的外部直径小于流体入口中部的直径,所述转轴固定于所述流体入口的中部,所述止逆板的上端安装于所述转轴上,所述弹簧的一端与止逆板的中部相连并且其另一端固定于与止逆板相对的流体入口内壁上,所述过滤网固定于流体出口的内部并通过压紧套压紧,所述压紧套与流体出口通过螺纹连接。
所述阀体采用铸钢制作。
所述第一密封圈、第二密封圈、第三密封圈均为橡胶圈。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明中在阀体的内部增设了转轴、止逆板,当流体逆行时,止逆板贴合于流体入口的中部,能够防止流体逆行;
2、第一密封圈、第二密封圈、第三密封圈的设置,多方位密封处理,密封效果好;
3、通过液压缸带动阀杆上下移动,实现闸板启闭,自动化程度高;
4、通过第一加油孔、第二加油孔进行加油处理,防止阀杆抱死;
5、第一孔塞、第二孔塞的设置,污物不易进入第一加油孔、第二加油孔中;
6、弹簧的设置,起到缓冲作用,防止止逆板触碰流体入口内壁,延长止逆板使用寿命;
7、过滤网的设置,有效过滤杂质,防止阀门堵塞。

实施例
如图1所示,一种液压铸钢闸阀,包括阀体1、闸板2、阀盖3、液压缸4、阀杆5、转轴6、止逆板7、过滤网8、压紧套9、弹簧19,阀体1的一端开设有流体入口10并且其另一端开设有流体出口11,阀体1的中部设置有闸板2,闸板2的一侧与阀体1的接触部位设置有第一密封圈12,闸板2的另一侧与阀体1的接触部位设置有第二密封圈13,闸板2的底部与阀体1的接触部位设置有第三密封圈14,阀盖3固定于阀体1的顶部,液压缸4固定于阀盖3上,阀杆5的一端与液压缸4相连并且其另一端与闸板2的上端相连,阀体1的一侧开设有通向阀杆5的第一加油孔15,第一加油孔15的末端安装有第一孔塞16,阀体1的另一侧开设有通向阀杆5的第二加油孔17,第二加油孔17的末端安装有第二孔塞18,流体入口10的外部直径小于流体入口10中部的直径,转轴6固定于流体入口10的中部,止逆板7的上端安装于转轴6上,弹簧19的一端与止逆板7的中部相连并且其另一端固定于与止逆板7相对的流体入口10内壁上,过滤网8固定于流体出口11的内部并通过压紧套9压紧,压紧套9与流体出口11通过螺纹连接。
阀体1采用铸钢制作。
第一密封圈12、第二密封圈13、第三密封圈14均为橡胶圈。

1.一种液压铸钢闸阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、闸板、阀盖、液压缸、阀杆、转轴、止逆板、过滤网、压紧套、弹簧,所述阀体的一端开设有流体入口并且其另一端开设有流体出口,所述阀体的中部设置有闸板,所述闸板的一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第一密封圈,所述闸板的另一侧与阀体的接触部位设置有第二密封圈,所述闸板的底部与阀体的接触部位设置有第三密封圈,所述阀盖固定于所述阀体的顶部,所述液压缸固定于所述阀盖上,所述阀杆的一端与所述液压缸相连并且其另一端与闸板的上端相连,所述阀体的一侧开设有通向阀杆的第一加油孔,所述第一加油孔的末端安装有第一孔塞,所述阀体的另一侧开设有通向阀杆的第二加油孔,所述第二加油孔的末端安装有第二孔塞,所述流体入口的外部直径小于流体入口中部的直径,所述转轴固定于所述流体入口的中部,所述止逆板的上端安装于所述转轴上,所述弹簧的一端与止逆板的中部相连并且其另一端固定于与止逆板相对的流体入口内壁上,所述过滤网固定于流体出口的内部并通过压紧套压紧,所述压紧套与流体出口通过螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压铸钢闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀体采用铸钢制作。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液压铸钢闸阀,其特征在于:所述第一密封圈、第二密封圈、第三密封圈均为橡胶圈。
