Claims (6)
1. A hybrid collection crushing device, comprising: the device comprises a protective shell, a mounting base, a positioning inner ring, a mixing grinding device and an upper cover which are connected into a whole, wherein the upper cover, the protective shell and the positioning inner ring are fixedly mounted;
the mixed grinding device comprises a crushing cutter, a fixed outer grinding disc cutter, a rotary grinding disc cutter and a rotating shaft, wherein the crushing cutter, the fixed outer grinding disc cutter, the rotary grinding disc cutter and the rotating shaft are coaxially arranged;
a matching surface is formed between the fixed outer millstone cutter and the rotary millstone cutter, a gap is formed between the matching surfaces, and a grinding seam is formed in the gap;
the fixed outer grinding disc cutter and the rotary grinding disc cutter are matched to be provided with cutter heads, the inner side wall of the fixed outer grinding disc cutter is provided with a first cutter head, the first cutter head comprises a plurality of first single cutter bodies which are arranged at intervals, the first single cutter bodies are in a strip-shaped protruding shape and extend along the axis direction of the fixed outer grinding disc cutter, the outer side wall surface of the rotary grinding disc cutter is provided with a second cutter head and a third cutter head, the second cutter head and the third cutter head are sequentially arranged along the axial direction, the second cutter heads are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel along the axial direction, each row is provided with a plurality of second single cutter bodies which are arranged at intervals, the third cutter head comprises a plurality of third single cutter bodies which are arranged at intervals, the third single cutter bodies are in a strip-shaped protruding shape and extend along the axis direction of the fixed outer grinding disc cutter;
the top of the rotary grinding disc cutter is provided with a protrusion, the outer side wall of the protrusion is connected with the outer side wall of the rotary grinding disc cutter, and the outer side wall of the protrusion is provided with a second cutter head;
the outer wall of the positioning inner ring is provided with a circle of flanges, the flanges are provided with connecting holes, the positioning inner ring is fixedly installed with the protective shell through installing bolts arranged in the connecting holes, the top wall of the positioning inner ring is provided with a circle of bosses, and the side walls of the bosses are provided with water inlets.
2. The hybrid collection crushing device of claim 1 wherein the first blade head is disposed on an inner sidewall of the fixed outer disc cutter at an inclination with respect to an axial direction of the fixed outer disc cutter.

The mixing, collecting and crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixed outer millstone cutter is entirely cylindrical, the longitudinal section of the inner side wall of the fixed outer millstone cutter is trapezoidal, the large end of the inner side wall of the fixed outer millstone cutter is arranged relative to the direction of the mounting base, the small end is arranged relative to the direction of the upper cover, the whole rotary millstone cutter is circular truncated cone-shaped, the large end of the rotary millstone cutter is arranged relative to the mounting base, the small end is arranged relative to the upper cover, and the outer side wall surface of the rotary millstone cutter is consistent with the inclination of the inner side wall surface of the fixed outer millstone cutter.

The mixing, collecting and crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the crushing knife is cross-shaped and comprises two oppositely arranged blades and two oppositely arranged stirring blades, the outer ends of the stirring blades are bent towards the center to form a stirring column, and the stirring column is arranged perpendicular to the stirring blades.

The mixing, collecting and crushing device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a water outlet groove is formed in the lower portion of the positioning inner ring, a water outlet groove is also formed in the lower portion of the fixed outer millstone cutter at a position corresponding to the water outlet groove of the positioning inner ring, and a water outlet pipe for conducting water outlet of the water outlet groove is formed in the lower portion of the protective casing.
6. An integrated wastewater treatment system comprising a mixing, collecting and crushing device, wherein the mixing, collecting and crushing device is the mixing, collecting and crushing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5.
