本发明为钎焊开关铜触头。它是将立板与平板 通过钎焊工艺结为一体,并代替铸件触头。本发明采 用的焊料为铜磷合金或磷铜焊片。本发明提高了开 关铜触头的性能,简化了工艺,可应用在开关触头领 域。

Description

本发明为钎焊开关铜触头,是采用钎焊工艺实现的。
目前,开关用铜触头均是采用铸造方法进行生产的,即铜触头整体为一完整的铸件。这样铸成的铜触头在使用中其回路电阻较大,影响开关的电气性能。而采用铸造方法生产开关铜触头,环境污染严重,消耗能源大,成型后机加工量大,耗费工时,浪费铜材,产品成本较高。
本发明的任务是消除铸件开关铜触头固有的缺陷,而提供一种钎焊开关铜触头取而代之。
本发明的技术方案如下:
钎焊开关铜触头,立板(3)与平板(1)是通过钎焊工艺使其熔焊为一体,该钎焊工艺是由下述步骤组成:
A)对立板(3)底面加工出凹型围槽(4),此围槽(4)有一开口(5),围槽深在0.15-0.35mm,围槽底立面宽为0.15-1mm,围槽角度α为20°-40°;
B)在立板(3)和平板(1)接触部分涂上丙酮溶剂、去除油渍;
C)把铜磷合金焊料或磷铜焊片放置到平板与立板接触部位;
D)调整焊机到工作状态进行焊接,立板与平板结为一体。
本发明消除了铸件开关触头存在的问题,提高了开关铜触头的性能,减少了浪费,简化了工艺。

图1,图2,图3,图4中,立板(3)与平板(1)是通过焊料(2)钎焊而成。在焊前,先在立板(3)底面加工出凹型围槽(4),此围槽有一开口(5)目的是便于焊接,围槽深0.1-0.35mm,围槽底面宽为0.15-1mm,围槽角度α为20°-40°,尔后,在立板与平板接触部位涂上丙酮溶剂,以去除油渍,把铜磷合金焊料(2)或磷铜焊片(2)放置到平板与立板接触部位;此时,调整焊机到工作状态进行焊接,立板与平板结为一体。
本发明选择铜磷合金中主要成份所占重量百分比例为Cu90-95%,P4-9.96%,Si0.015-0.025%,Cr0.010-0.020%,其最佳比例为Cu92.62%,P7.34%,Si0.018-0.02%,Cr0.014-0.017%。
在焊料选择上,也可以使用磷铜焊片,其中,主要成份重量百分比例为Cu90-95%,P5-10%,其最佳比例为Cu92.63%,P7.37%。
采用钎焊工艺加工后的铜触头范围广泛,应用面广,如隔离开关铜触头GN19-10/400,GN19-10/630;GN8,GN9,GN15;HD11-14系列刀开关触头,HR3熔断器式刀开关触头等。

Claims (5)

1、钎焊开关铜触头,由立板(3)和平板(1)连接构成,其特征在于立板(3)与平板(1)是通过钎焊工艺使其熔焊为一体,该钎焊工艺由下述步骤组成:
A)对立板(3)底面加工出凹型围槽(4),此围槽有一开口(5),围槽深在0.1-0.35mm,围槽底面宽为0.15-1mm,围槽角度α为20°-40°;
B)在立板(3)和平板(1)接触部位涂上丙酮溶剂,去除油渍;
C)把铜磷合金焊料(2)或磷铜焊片(2)放置到平板与立板接触部位;
D)调整焊机到工作状态进行焊接,立板与平板结为一体。
2、按照权利要求1所述的钎焊开关触头,其特征在于铜磷合金中主要成份所占重量百分比例:Cu90-95%,P4-9.96%,Si0.015-0.025%,Cr0.010-0.020%。
3、按照权利要求2所述的钎焊开关触头其特征在于铜磷合金中主要成份所占重量百分比例为:Cu92.62%,P7.34%,Si0.018-0.02%,Cr0.014-0.017%。
4、按照权利要求1所述的钎焊开关铜触头,其特征在于磷铜焊片中主要成份所占重量百分比例为:Cu90-95%,P5-10%。
5、按照权利要求4所述的钎焊开关铜触头,其特征在于磷铜焊片中主要成份所占重量百分比例为:Cu92.63%,P7.37%。
