Preferably, an armrest 331 is further provided at an upper end of the rear swing arm 33 to facilitate grasping by a sporter.
The specific use process of the exercise device of the embodiment is as follows:
firstly, the up-down motion realization process of the stepping motion of a sporter, wherein the foot of the sporter steps on the pedal 31 to apply downward thrust, the force is transmitted to the front swing arm 34 through the supporting rod 32, the front swing arm 34 transmits the upward thrust to the rocker 353 through the guide rod 42 and the sliding piece 43, the rocker 353 transmits the upward thrust to the connecting rod 352, the connecting rod 352 transmits the upward tension to the crank 351, the other end of the crank 351 is tightly matched and connected with the main shaft 11, and the main shaft 11 directly or indirectly drives the first damper 101 to operate; because one end of the crank 351 is fixed on the main shaft 11, and one end of the crank 351 is pulled upwards by the connecting rod 352, the crank 351 rotates clockwise around the main shaft 11, and because the two ends of the main shaft 11 are tightly matched and connected with the two cranks 351, the crank 351 at one end of the main shaft 11 rotates to drive the crank 351 at the other end to rotate symmetrically, so that the pedal assembly 3 at the other side of the rack 1 moves symmetrically, the foot at the other side of a sporter is lifted, and the up-and-down action of the stepping motion is realized. In addition, the inertia of the first damper 101 and the inertia design of the superposition combination of the inertia wheel 10 make the up-and-down movement of the stepping movement of the sporter have no pause, and the stepping movement is softer and smoother.
Secondly, the process of realizing the forward and backward movement of the stepping movement of the sporter is that the rear swing arm 33 and the corresponding synchronizing wheel 22 are fixed on the same shaft and are rotatably arranged on the frame 1 through the shaft, meanwhile, the front swing arm 34 is hung on the guide rod 42 to do forward and backward swing arm movement, the support rod 32 is connected on the rear swing arm 33 and the front swing arm 34 to form a connecting rod structure similar to a parallelogram, and the pedal 12 is connected through the support rod 32 to do forward and backward movement. The other side of the frame 1 is symmetrically designed with the same structure, and the pedals 31 on the left and right sides can reversely move synchronously under the action of the synchronous component 2, thereby realizing the movement of stepping before and after the stepping movement of a sporter. In addition, the inertia of the second damper 102 is utilized to make the back and forth movement of the stepping movement of the exerciser have no pause, so that the stepping movement is softer and smoother.
It can be known from the above that, except that the connecting rod mechanism 35 itself is the connecting rod structure, the supporting rod 32, the rear swing arm 33 and the front swing arm 34 also form the connecting rod structure, and two sets of connecting rod structures can be utilized to ensure that the pedal 31 can simultaneously move up and down and back and forth, and can also ensure the large-amplitude movement and the stress balance of the pedal 31, thereby effectively improving the experience of the sporter.
Further, there are various ways in which the sliding member 43 can slide on the guide rod 42, such as: the sliding piece 43 may be a sliding sleeve, the sliding sleeve is rotatably installed on the rocker 353, and the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the guide rod 42; preferably, in order to improve the sliding smoothness, the sliding member 43 includes a mounting frame 431 and three guide wheels rotatably mounted on the mounting frame, the mounting frame 431 may be composed of two opposite mounting plates 4310, and the mounting frame 431 is rotatably mounted on the rocker 353, wherein a sliding channel is formed between one of the guide wheels and the other two guide wheels, and the guide rod 42 is inserted in the sliding channel. In particular, three guide wheels are mounted between the two mounting plates 4310, and the sliding of the sliding member 43 with respect to the guide rod 42 is achieved by the rolling of the guide wheels on the guide rod 42.
In order to avoid the impact noise caused by the movement gap between the sliding member 43 and the guide rod 42, an elastic layer is disposed on the outer circumferential surface of the guide wheel, for example: the guide wheels can be wrapped with components with elastic buffering functions such as rubber layers and the like, after the guide wheels are arranged on the guide rod 42, the guide rod 42 is clamped between the three guide wheels, and the elastic layers deform under stress, so that the guide wheels can be ensured to clamp the guide rod 42 tightly all the time. Or, the guide wheel is divided into an adjustable guide wheel 432 and two positioning guide wheels 433, the two positioning guide wheels 433 are located on one side of the guide rod 42, the adjustable guide wheel 432 is located on the other side of the guide rod 42, a strip-shaped hole 4311 is formed in the mounting frame 431, the positioning guide wheels 433 are rotatably mounted on the mounting frame 431, a rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432 is arranged in the strip-shaped hole 4311, and the mounting frame 431 is further provided with an elastic piece 44 for applying elastic force to the rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432 so that the adjustable guide wheel is tightly attached to the guide rod 42. Specifically, the elastic member 44 applies an elastic force to the rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432, so as to ensure that the adjustable guide wheel 432 is always tightly abutted against the guide rod 42, thereby avoiding the occurrence of a movement gap. The mounting frame 431 is further provided with a flange structure 4312, the elastic element 44 is arranged between the flange structure 4312 and the rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432, and the elastic element 44 may be a compression spring compressed between the flange structure 4312 and the rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432; or, the elastic element 44 is an elastic ball, a positioning groove (not marked) is arranged at the end of the rotating shaft 4321 of the adjustable guide wheel 432, the elastic ball is located in the positioning groove, a tensioning bolt 45 is connected to the flange structure 4312 through a thread, and the tensioning bolt 45 abuts against the elastic ball, so that the elastic ball is squeezed between the rotating shaft 4321 and the tensioning bolt 45, and the elastic ball is ensured to apply elasticity to the rotating shaft 4312.
Further, the height adjustment assembly 4 includes an elastic expansion member 46, and the elastic expansion member 46 is connected between the frame 1 and the rotating frame 41. Specifically, because the rotating frame 41 is also affected by the reciprocating acting force during the up-and-down movement of the pedals 31, the elastic extensible member 46 can ensure that the rotating frame 41 is always in a state of force balance, so as to well alleviate the gap formed between the rotating frame 41 and the frame 1 and other connecting members, and ensure that the impact noise caused by the mechanical connection gap does not occur during the use of the fitness equipment by the sporter, while the elastic extensible member 46 and the driving mechanism 40 are located on the same side of the rotating frame 41, and the elastic extensible member 46 is used for applying a pulling force to the rotating frame 41, for example: the elastic expansion piece 46 can adopt a tension spring; alternatively, the elastic expansion element 46 and the driving mechanism 40 are located at both sides of the rotating frame 41, and the elastic expansion element 46 is used for applying a pushing force to the rotating frame 41, such as: the elastic expansion element 46 may be a compressed spring or a gas spring.
In addition, the connection manner between the synchronizing shaft 21 and the synchronizing wheel 22 in the synchronizing assembly 2 in this embodiment can adopt a conventional synchronizing structure in the existing fitness equipment, preferably, a transmission wheel 23 and a transmission wheel 24 are respectively disposed at two end portions of the synchronizing shaft 21, a first synchronizing belt 25 is disposed between the transmission wheel 23 and the synchronizing wheel 22 on the corresponding side, and a second synchronizing belt 26 is disposed between the other transmission wheel 24 and the synchronizing wheel 22 on the corresponding side; the first timing belts 25 are wound in the same winding direction between the corresponding driving pulley 23 and the timing pulley 33, and the second timing belts 26 are wound in the opposite winding direction between the corresponding driving pulley 24 and the timing pulley 22. Specifically, since the pedals 31 on the left and right sides move in opposite directions, the first timing belt 25 is wound around the corresponding transmission wheel 23 and the corresponding timing wheel 33 in the same winding direction, so that the transmission wheel 23 and the corresponding timing wheel 33 rotate in the same direction, and the second timing belt 26 is wound around the corresponding transmission wheel 24 and the corresponding timing wheel 33 in the opposite winding direction, so that the transmission wheel 24 and the corresponding timing wheel 33 rotate in opposite directions, thereby satisfying the requirement of synchronous but reverse movement of the pedals 31 on the left and right sides. In order to improve the synchronization consistency, the outer circumferences of the synchronizing wheel 33, the transmission wheel 23 and the transmission wheel 24 are all in gear structures, and the first synchronous belt 25 and the second synchronous belt 26 are both toothed belt belts; alternatively, the first timing belt 25 and the second timing belt 26 may be fixed to the corresponding timing wheels 33, respectively, so that it is only necessary to provide the outer circumferences of the driving wheel 23 and the driving wheel 24 with gear structures.
