本发明公开了一种骨科器械,包括X成像装置、骨科融合器、定位装置、工作通道、钻头和植入器,所述钻头设有注水装置,所述定位装置包括固定柄、操作柄、定位齿、从动齿、衔接器和导引器;所述注水装置包括水囊、冲洗管和长套管,所述长套管与钻头连接。本发明具有操作方便、省时省力、安全有效的特点,适合推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,涉及一种骨科器械。
背景技术
在外力作用下,关节骤然向一侧活动而超过其正常活动度时,引起关节周围软组织如关节囊、韧带、肌腱等发生撕裂伤,骨科中关节损伤是我们日常生活中比较常见的一种损伤。如果关节损伤比较严重,使用手法不能复位,应考虑及时手术复位。目前在手术复位过程中,长发现一些并发症,比如融合失败,术后症状缓解不明显,甚至引起神经损伤等。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺陷,提供一种安全有效的骨科器械。
其具体技术方案为:
一种骨科器械,包括X成像装置、骨科融合器、定位装置、工作通道、钻头和植入器,所述钻头设有注水装置,所述定位装置包括固定柄、操作柄、定位齿、从动齿、衔接器和导引器;所述注水装置包括水囊、冲洗管和长套管,所述长套管与钻头连接。
进一步,所述钻头包括直钻和椭圆形钻。
进一步,所述植入器包括抓持部分和植入部分,所述抓持部分位于植入器的前端,用于放置骨科融合器。

本发明的骨科器械通过X成像装置和定位装置,可以准确地确定关节面的方向和角度,安全有效,钻头设有注水装置,不但可以降温而且还可以冲洗手术视野,引导工作通道的植入和固定,该器械具有省时省力、安全有效的特点,适合推广应用。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
一种骨科器械,包括X成像装置、骨科融合器、定位装置、工作通道、钻头和植入器,所述钻头设有注水装置,所述定位装置包括固定柄、操作柄、定位齿、从动齿、衔接器和导引器;所述注水装置包括水囊、冲洗管和长套管,所述长套管与钻头连接。所述钻头包括直钻和椭圆形钻。所述植入器包括抓持部分和植入部分,所述抓持部分位于植入器的前端,用于放置骨科融合器。
本发明的骨科器械在具体应用过程中,通过X成像装置确定需要融合的关节位置将定位装置放置在需要融合的关节中心,然后将工作通道沿着定位装置插入,取出定位装置,插入钻头,开启钻头的注水装置,钻头开始工作,钻头完成相应工作,取出钻头,用植入器将骨科融合器从工作通道送入,最后撤出工作通道。

1.一种骨科器械,其特征在于,包括X成像装置、骨科融合器、定位装置、工作通道、钻头和植入器,所述钻头设有注水装置,所述定位装置包括固定柄、操作柄、定位齿、从动齿、衔接器和导引器;所述注水装置包括水囊、冲洗管和长套管,所述长套管与钻头连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨科器械,其特征在于,所述钻头包括直钻和椭圆形钻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的骨科器械,其特征在于,所述植入器包括抓持部分和植入部分,所述抓持部分位于植入器的前端,用于放置骨科融合器。
