Abstract
The invention provides an integrated cabinet capable of improving the wind collecting efficiency of a range hood, which comprises a hanging cabinet, a kitchen range cabinet, a gas stove and a range hood, wherein the hanging cabinet and the kitchen range cabinet are respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side; the baffle device comprises a guide frame fixed at the top of the baffle groove and a movable baffle which can slide up and down relative to the guide frame. The movable baffle is used, so that the kitchen energy-saving ventilation system can directly use the common range hood, and the reliability and the flexibility of the kitchen ventilation system in energy-saving operation are improved on the basis of not changing the structure and the installation form of the range hood. The invention improves the air suction efficiency of the range hood under the condition of not affecting the beautiful appearance and the use space of the cabinet, and ensures that the range hood achieves good ventilation and purification effects with smaller air quantity and energy consumption.

The cooking fume and waste gas generated by cooking contain more harmful substances, and if the harmful substances are not timely discharged indoors, the harmful substances not only pollute the household environment, but also have great influence on the health of human bodies. The movable baffle plate capable of sliding up and down is arranged in the scheme, when the movable baffle plate is in a pull-down state, the lower space of the lampblack can be isolated from two sides, the diffusion of lampblack to the two sides is reduced, and the suction range of the range hood is reduced; when the movable baffle is not used, the movable baffle can be pushed upwards to be hidden in the baffle groove, the use of kitchen space is not affected, kitchen ventilation is facilitated, and the structure is attractive and tidy. When one side of the range hood is relatively close to the wall, a baffle groove with a downward opening is arranged on one side of the range hood, so that a good wind collecting effect can be achieved.
For the attractive and compact appearance of the integral cabinet, the shaking of the movable baffle plate during up-and-down operation is reduced, the guide frame is of a T-shaped structure, and a desk type fixing frame is arranged at the top of the guide frame; the desk type fixing frame can be connected and fixed with the ceiling, the wall body and the hanging cabinet main body; the movable baffle is of a hollow structure and is sleeved outside the guide frame in a sliding manner.
Further, a corresponding sliding rail structure and a corresponding positioning structure are arranged between the inner side of the movable baffle and the guide frame. 1. the added movable baffle and the cabinet form an integrated structure, so that oil stains can be prevented from splashing to pollute two side areas during cooking, and compared with the existing baffle arranged on the range hood, the range of operation of the kitchen range is wider, and the design is more humanized.

The integrated cabinet capable of improving the wind collecting efficiency of the range hood comprises a hanging cabinet 1 arranged at the upper side and a hearth cabinet 2 arranged at the lower side, wherein a gas stove is arranged on the upper surface of the hearth cabinet 2, and the range hood 3 is arranged at the position, corresponding to the gas stove, of the lower bottom surface of the hanging cabinet 1. Baffle grooves 4 with downward openings are arranged in the cabinet bodies at two sides of the range hood 3, and the baffle grooves 4 are hidden in the cabinet bodies, so that the appearance of the whole cabinet is not affected, as shown in the figure 1.
The top of baffle groove 11 sets up a section and is greater than baffle groove 4 cross-section accommodation space, hangs and fixes a guide frame 5 that the top has desk-top mount, adopts light duralumin alloy movable baffle 6 among the light fireproof material to be hollow structure, overlaps in the outside of guide frame 5 from the below. The sliding rail structure 7 and the positioning structure 8 are arranged at the contact position between the movable baffle 6 and the guide frame 5. As shown in figure 2, the contact surface of the guide frame 5 and the movable baffle 6 on the inner side of the slide rail is provided with a positioning track in the vertical direction, and the positioning track comprises a fixed positioning strip 8-3 and a movable positioning strip 8-4, and a clamping hole 8-1 and a positioning bead 8-2 are correspondingly arranged in the positioning track; the positioning beads 8-2 are buckled into the clamping holes 8-1, so that the up-and-down displacement of the movable baffle 6 relative to the guide frame 5 can be limited, and when the movable baffle 6 needs to be moved, a larger force is applied to the movable baffle 6 in the vertical direction, so that the positioning beads can slide out of the clamping holes and enter the next positioning position, as shown in the figure 3. In order to improve the stress stability of the movable baffle 6 relatively fixed at different pull-down positions, the structural design of double rows of positioning beads 8-2 can be adopted. Positioning beads 8-2 are arranged on the movable positioning strip and the fixed positioning strip, and when the movable baffle 6 is pulled down to the lowest position, the two positioning beads 8-2 on each side are nearest; when the movable baffle 6 is at the highest position, namely completely pushed into the groove, the two positioning beads 8-2 are furthest apart; thus, when the movable baffle 6 is in different pull-down gears, two positioning beads 8-2 are ensured to work at the same time on each side.
During assembly, the sliding inner rail 7-1 and the fixed positioning strip 8-3 are connected and fixed with the guide frame 5 to form a fixed component. The sliding outer rail 7-2 is fixedly connected with the movable baffle 6, and the movable positioning strip 8-4 penetrates through the guide frame 5 to be fixedly connected with the movable baffle 6, so that the baffle is ensured not to slide downwards.
When in work, the sliding outer rail 7-2, the movable positioning strip 8-4 and the movable baffle 6 move up and down together to form a moving component.
The working steps of the invention are as follows:
1. when the movable baffle 6 is used, the movable baffle 6 is pulled downwards until the bottom surface of the movable baffle contacts with the upper cabinet surface of the kitchen range cabinet 2 or the designated height, and the beads 8-2 to be positioned are buckled with the clamping holes 8-1 to complete the fixation of the movable baffle 50.
2. When the movable baffle 6 is not used, the plate body is lifted upwards to enable the positioning beads 8-2 to be separated from the clamping holes 8-1, and when the movable baffle 6 slides to the top to be overlapped with the baffle groove 4, the positioning beads 8-2 are clamped and positioned with the uppermost clamping holes 8-1, so that the recovery operation of the movable baffle 6 is completed.
