For example, when the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold, the reselection determination module 13 further counts the number of bad frames obtained from the paging channel, and when the counted number of bad frames reaches a preset number threshold, determines to initiate a network camping request to the neighboring cell.
For another example, after determining that the adjusted count value is smaller than the preset count threshold, the reselection determination module 13 compares the difference between the power of the signal received from the currently camped cell and the power of the signal received from the neighboring cell; if the power difference is within a preset range, determining to initiate a network residence request to an adjacent cell; otherwise, the cell is determined not to be replaced.
In summary, the method, the system and the mobile device for reselecting the camping cell of the present invention evaluate the channel quality by counting the evaluation parameters of the paging channel quality, and start the reselection operation according to the evaluated count value, so that the reselection operation can be flexibly triggered in advance when the serving cell has a poor reception quality and a strong reception level, so that the mobile device can camp in a better cell, and avoid receiving a paging bad frame for a long time; in addition, a linear smoothing mode is adopted, so that the influence of signal mutation is effectively prevented; in addition, the optimal evaluation parameters are used as initial statistical values, the floating interval of the counter can be correspondingly determined, and the occurrence of error evaluation is effectively prevented; in addition, by combining the statistics of paging bad frames and the comparison of signals of the currently camped cell and the neighboring cell, reselection can be performed more accurately, so as to prevent the mobile device from being reselected frequently between the two cells. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

1. A method for reselecting a camped cell, comprising:
determining a statistic value of the quality evaluation of the current resident cell based on the obtained evaluation parameter of the paging channel, wherein the statistic value is positively correlated with the quality of a downlink channel provided by the current resident cell;
adjusting a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell or not according to the comparison result of the statistic value and a preset threshold value;
judging whether the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold or not, and determining whether the cell is reselected to camp;
wherein, according to the comparison result between the statistic value and the preset threshold value, adjusting the count value for reflecting whether to reselect the camped cell comprises:
when the statistic value is larger than a preset threshold value, increasing a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell;
when the statistic value is less than or equal to a preset threshold, reducing a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell;
the judging whether the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold or not and the determining whether the cell is reselected to reside in the cell comprises any one of the following modes:
when the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold, directly reselecting the resident cell;
and reselecting the resident cell when the adjusted count value is less than a preset count threshold, the counted statistical information of the paging bad frames is less than a preset number threshold, and the comparison result of the signals of the currently resident cell and the adjacent cell meets at least one of preset reselection conditions.
2. The method of reselecting a camped cell according to claim 1, wherein the determining the statistics of the quality evaluation of the currently camped cell based on the obtained evaluation parameters of the paging channel comprises:
and determining the quality evaluation statistic value of the current resident cell by adopting an iteration mode based on the last acquired statistic value and the currently acquired evaluation parameter.
3. The method of reselecting an camped cell according to claim 2, wherein said determining the statistics of the quality evaluation of the currently camped cell based on the statistics obtained last time and the currently obtained evaluation parameters in an iterative manner comprises:
and substituting the statistic value obtained last time and the currently obtained evaluation parameter into a preset linear iteration function to obtain the statistic value of the quality evaluation of the currently located cell.

The method of claim 3, wherein when acquiring the evaluation parameter for the first time, the step of substituting the statistics acquired last time and the currently acquired evaluation parameter into a preset linear iterative function to obtain the statistics of the quality evaluation of the currently camped cell comprises:
taking a preset optimal evaluation parameter as an initial statistic value;
and substituting the initial statistical value and the currently acquired evaluation parameter into a preset linear iteration function to obtain a statistical value of the quality evaluation of the currently-located cell.
5. The method of reselecting a camped cell according to claim 1, wherein the portion of the incremented count value is less than the portion of the decremented count value.
6. The method of reselecting a camped cell according to claim 1, further comprising, before the step of adjusting the count value corresponding to the first statistical value for reflecting whether to reselect the camped cell, the step of:
initializing a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell based on a preset optimal evaluation parameter;
and adjusting the count value corresponding to the first statistic value and used for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell according to the initialized count value.
7. A system for reselecting a camped cell, comprising:
the calculating module is used for determining a statistic value of the quality evaluation of the current resident cell based on the obtained evaluation parameter of the paging channel, wherein the statistic value is positively correlated with the quality of a downlink channel provided by the current resident cell;
the adjusting module is used for adjusting a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell or not according to the comparison result of the statistic value and a preset threshold value;
a reselection determination module, configured to determine whether the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold, and determine whether to reselect a camping cell;
the adjusting module is used for increasing a count value used for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell or not when the statistic value is larger than a preset threshold value; when the statistic value is less than or equal to a preset threshold, reducing a count value for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell;
the reselection determination module adopts any one of the following modes:
when the adjusted count value is smaller than a preset count threshold, directly reselecting the resident cell;
and reselecting the resident cell when the adjusted count value is less than a preset count threshold, the counted statistical information of the paging bad frames is less than a preset number threshold, and the comparison result of the signals of the currently resident cell and the adjacent cell meets at least one of preset reselection conditions.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the computing module is configured to determine the statistics of the quality evaluation of the currently camped cell in an iterative manner based on the statistics obtained last time and the currently obtained evaluation parameters.
9. The system according to claim 8, wherein the calculating module is configured to substitute the last obtained statistics and the currently obtained evaluation parameters into a preset linear iterative function to obtain the statistics of the quality evaluation of the currently camped cell.

The system for reselecting a camped cell according to claim 9, wherein the computing module is configured to take a preset optimal evaluation parameter as an initial statistic when obtaining the evaluation parameter for the first time; and substituting the initial statistical value and the currently acquired evaluation parameter into a preset linear iteration function to obtain a statistical value of the quality evaluation of the currently-located cell.
11. The system for reselecting a camped cell according to claim 7, wherein the portion of the incremented count value is less than the portion of the decremented count value.

The system for reselecting a camped cell according to claim 7, wherein the adjusting module is configured to initialize a count value reflecting whether to reselect the camped cell based on a preset optimal evaluation parameter; and adjusting the count value corresponding to the first statistic value and used for reflecting whether to reselect the resident cell according to the initialized count value.
13. A mobile device comprising a system for reselecting a camped cell according to any one of claims 7-12.
