Background
The outdoor lighting lamp is a lamp for outdoor use, along with the development requirements of the current outdoor lighting, the outdoor lighting lamp is required to develop to the aspects of high efficiency, energy conservation, low carbon and green environmental protection, and the energy consumed by the outdoor lighting every year occupies a large proportion in the whole energy consumption, so that how to enable outdoor lighting products to accord with the large trend of international development is the research direction of all scientific and technological staff in the lighting field. The energy consumption of the existing outdoor lighting fixture is large, in order to save energy, the existing outdoor strip-shaped LED lamps are adopted, and due to the characteristics that heat dissipation, water resistance and dust resistance are required for products, the combination of aluminum or aluminum alloy and toughened glass is adopted for the outer shell, and sealing among the parts of the outer shell is realized by adopting sealant bonding, sealing gaskets and the like.
Particularly, the sealing end cover for the outdoor strip-shaped lamp has the problems of complicated welding wire outlet procedures by screwing and processing wire outlet holes, inconsistent waterproof reliability of the wire outlet holes and other complicated assembly procedures in the assembly mode of the existing strip-shaped lamp end cover product because the sealing end cover needs to ensure the sealing of the lamp, and particularly, the novel rapid assembly end cover with the advantages of technical innovation, good sealing waterproof performance and no complicated assembly procedures is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the quick assembly end cover which can be quickly assembled with the open end of the strip-shaped lamp body without screw fastening and wire welding, is sealed and waterproof, and is reliably connected with wires, so as to solve the problems.

The recess in the bottom of the outer housing can be used to mate with other devices of the outdoor strip lamp, such as a power extraction device, for better lamp integrity. The clearance of fixed buckle and shell body inner wall can make the lateral wall of outdoor bar lamp body open end stretch into, guarantees the seal of end cover and outdoor bar lamp body. The first limiting body is used for limiting the positions of internal devices such as the LED lamp panel and the circuit board of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp body and plays a supporting role. The design of the contact device enables external current to be introduced into the interior of the outdoor strip lamp body without conductive welding.
Preferably, each side of the closed end of the outer shell and each side of the corresponding open end have a gap of 0.1mm-0.75mm on the same projection plane. The gap in the range ensures that the outer shell of the end cover has optimal elastic deformation when being matched with the open end of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp body, and the end cover is installed and fastened, so that the end cover cannot fall off from the end part of the lamp body even if the screw is not matched. Further preferred tolerance fits of the open end of the outer housing with the open end of the outdoor strip lamp body are C14/h7.
Preferably, the outer shell is an aluminum alloy shell, and the side surface of the outer shell is one of trapezoid, triangle or rectangle. Generally, trapezoidal sides are selected to facilitate removal of the end caps from the ends of the lamp body.
Preferably, two ends of the adjacent grooves of the cuboid open end of the outer shell are provided with bolts which can be matched with the open end of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp body.
Preferably, the fixing buckle is an elastic plastic rectangular plate with one end flat and the other end provided with a convex edge. The fixing buckle is very easy to be matched with the open hole at the open end of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp body, and plays roles in fixing the position of the end cover, preventing the end cover from displacing at the end part of the lamp body and preventing the end cover from falling off.
Preferably, the contact is a conductive metal sheet with a U-shaped appearance, the direction of the U-shaped opening faces the cuboid opening end of the outer shell, the bottoms of the two ends of the contact are provided with raised conductive contact surfaces, and the conductive contact surfaces are positioned outside the contact seat. The design of the contact can realize that the current can be directly led into the circuit board inside the outdoor lamp body from the cable without wire welding through being matched with the power taking device of the outdoor strip lamp.
Preferably, the end part of the contact close to the middle part of the outer shell is folded upwards, and the folded angle ranges from 20 degrees to 40 degrees. The design of the contact is convenient for matching the contact with the internal device of the outdoor strip lamp, such as a circuit board.
Preferably, the contact pad is an L-shaped insulating pad.
Preferably, the inner wall of the top of the outer shell is provided with a second protruding limiting body facing the middle of the outer shell. The second limiting body is used for assisting the first limiting body to limit the positions of the internal devices of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp, such as the LED lamp panel and the top sealing device.
Preferably, the elastic sealing colloid is a flexible silica gel waterproof colloid which is formed by compounding with the inner member of the buckle, and the thickness of the elastic sealing colloid is larger than the distance between the open end of the lamp body of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp and the fit clearance of the inner member of the buckle. The design purpose is that when the end cover is matched with the end part of the outdoor strip lamp, the sealing body completely fills the gap between the end part of the outdoor strip lamp and the end cover, so that the optimal sealing waterproof effect is achieved.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

Detailed Description

The end of the contact piece, which is close to the middle part of the outer shell, is folded upwards, the folded angle range is 30 degrees, and the contact piece can be conveniently matched with an internal device of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp, such as a circuit board. The contact base is an L-shaped insulating base.
The elastic sealing colloid is arranged on the surface of the inner member of the buckle and fills the gap formed between the main board of the inner member of the buckle and the fixed buckle, the first limiting body and the bottom board. The elastic sealing colloid is a flexible silica gel waterproof colloid which is formed by compounding with the inner member of the buckle, and the thickness of the elastic sealing colloid is larger than the distance between the open end of the lamp body of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp and the fit clearance of the inner member of the buckle. The design purpose is that when the end cover is matched with the end part of the outdoor strip lamp, the sealing body completely fills the gap between the end part of the outdoor strip lamp and the end cover, so that the optimal sealing waterproof effect is achieved.

In summary, the fast assembly end cover of the open end of the outdoor strip lamp body uses the fast plug-in mounting mode, can be fast assembled with the open end of the outdoor strip lamp body without screw fastening and wire welding, avoids the defect that the existing outdoor strip lamp end cover is difficult to mount and dismount due to the fact that wire welding and screw fixing are adopted, is particularly suitable for novel outdoor strip lamps needing fast assembly, and has the advantages of being good in sealing performance, fast to assemble and convenient to dismount.
Example 2:
the utility model provides a fast assembly end cover of outdoor bar lamp body open end, concretely speaking, the scheme is the same with embodiment 1, and the difference lies in: each side of the closed end of the outer shell and each side of the corresponding open end are provided with a gap on the same projection plane, and the tolerance fit between the open end of the outer shell and the open end of the outdoor strip-shaped lamp body is C14/h7.
