Abstract

本发明提供的一种新型衬塑复合钢管,包括基管和内衬塑料管。所述的基管为钢管;所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层;所述的内衬塑料管由内至外依次为抗菌层、主体层和保温层。钢管作为塑料管材的外壁,不仅能防止塑料过早被氧化,而且还能防止塑料被外界作用损伤;钢管外壁涂有防腐层,可防止钢管由于长时间暴露而被腐蚀;保温层为聚氨酯发泡塑料层,能隔绝被包覆的主体层热量的散发和外界冰冻的侵蚀;抗菌层具有对水流中的细菌、霉菌等微生物能有效地抑菌或杀菌功能。本发明的技术方案结构简单,制造方便,具有防腐、保温、阻氧、抗菌的功能,可广泛应用于工业和民用住宅建筑的给水管道系统。

技术领域
本发明涉及给水建筑管材技术领域,尤其涉及一种新型衬塑复合钢管。
背景技术
人们日常生活用水都来自公共自来水管道,给水管道是我们日常用水的首要供应渠道,如今给水管道大多是衬塑复合钢管,这种钢管以镀锌无缝钢管、焊接钢管为基管,内壁除去焊筋后,衬入与镀锌管内等径的塑料管材,如聚乙烯管材(PE管)或三型无规共聚聚丙烯管材(PP-R管),最后加压加热一定时间后成型。
现有的衬塑复合钢管长使用一段时间后,塑料管壁内壁会附着或滋生微生物,当管道中水流缓慢或水暂时留存时,细菌附着于管壁,经一段时间的繁殖可形成一层菌膜,严重影响人们的饮水安全。同时,塑料管材都具有渗氧性,且随着温度的升高塑料管材的渗氧量增加,导致塑料加速老化,降低了塑料管材的使用寿命。对于PP-R管,在零下十度以下的温度环境下,存在严重的冷脆性,容易出现管材开裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐、抗菌、阻氧、保温的新型衬塑复合钢管,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明提供的一种新型衬塑复合钢管,包括:基管和内衬塑料管。
所述的基管为钢管;
所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层;
所述的内衬塑料管由内至外依次为抗菌层、主体层和保温层。
进一步,所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料;
进一步,所述的主体层为PP-R管或PE管;
进一步,所述的抗菌层、主体层和保温层通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起;
进一步,所述的保温层为包覆于所述主体层外的聚氨酯发泡塑料层;
进一步,所述的抗菌层在加工过程中加入塑料抗菌剂制备而成;所述的抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂;
进一步,所述的无机抗菌剂为AgNO3或Ag、Cu、Zn;所述的有机抗菌剂为香草醛、乙基香草醛化合物;所述的天然抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末或山葵;
进一步,所述的钢管的厚度为8-12mm;所述的防腐层厚度为1-3mm;所述的内衬塑料管厚度为2-5mm。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明提供的一种新型衬塑复合钢管,具有防腐、抗菌、阻氧、保温的作用,有效增加了管道的使用寿命,保证了人们日常用水的安全性。具体地,本发明是钢管和塑料管材的结合体,钢管作为塑料管材的外壁,具有很高的机械强度和硬度,不仅能对外界气体、液体等起到阻断作用,防止塑料过早被氧化,而且还能防止塑料被外界作用损伤;钢管外壁涂有防腐层,所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料,可防止钢管由于长时间暴露而被腐蚀;保温层为聚氨酯发泡塑料层,由于发泡塑料层具有密集并相互紧邻的发泡气孔,因而能隔绝被包覆的主体层热量的散发和外界冰冻的侵蚀;抗菌层为无机抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂加入塑料母料中制备而成,由于抗菌层直接和水流接触,具有对水流中的细菌、霉菌等微生物能有效地抑菌或杀菌功能。

如图1所示,本发明提供的一种新型衬塑复合钢管,包括:基管和内衬塑料管。所述的基管为钢管2;所述的钢管外壁设置有防腐层1;所述的内衬塑料管由内至外依次为抗菌层5、主体层3和保温层4。所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料;所述的主体层为PP-R管或PE管;所述的抗菌层、主体层和保温层通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起;所述的保温层为包覆于所述主体层外的聚氨酯发泡塑料层;所述的抗菌层在加工过程中加入塑料抗菌剂制备而成;所述的抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂;所述的无机抗菌剂为AgNO3或Ag、Cu、Zn;所述的有机抗菌剂为香草醛、乙基香草醛化合物;所述的天然抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末或山葵;所述的钢管的厚度为8-12mm;所述的防腐层厚度为1-3mm;所述的内衬塑料管厚度为2-5mm。

2.根据权利要求1所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的防腐层材质为钛纳米改性防腐涂料或聚乙烯涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的主体层为PP-R管或PE管。
4.根据权利要求1所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层、主体层和保温层通过热熔加压的方式组合在一起。
5.根据权利要求1所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的保温层为包覆于所述主体层外的聚氨酯发泡塑料层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的抗菌层在加工过程中加入塑料抗菌剂制备而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的抗菌剂为无机抗菌剂或有机抗菌剂或天然抗菌剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的衬塑复合钢管,其特征在于,所述的无机抗菌剂为AgNO3或Ag、Cu、Zn;所述的有机抗菌剂为香草醛、乙基香草醛化合物;所述的天然抗菌剂为甲壳素、芥末或山葵。
