Background

The drum washing machine comprises a box body, an outer barrel and an inner barrel which are arranged in the box body, wherein a detergent box is arranged at the upper part of the box body and used for putting detergent, softener and the like; the detergent box comprises a fixed box body and a drawer capable of being pulled out, and the box body is connected with the outer barrel through a corrugated pipe, so that detergent in the detergent box is thrown into the outer barrel through the corrugated pipe. The control panel at the upper part of the front of the box body is provided with an access hole of a drawer; in order to facilitate the drawing of the drawer, a drawer handle is arranged at the front end of the drawer; when the drawer is closed, the drawer handle is flush with the control panel.

The existing drawer handle is mostly formed by single injection molding, and due to the limitation of an injection molding process, the drawer handle has a simple and thin structure and low structural strength, and a hand-held part only can adopt a structure with a plurality of rows of reinforcing ribs in parallel, so that the hand-held part has poor hand feeling; and the attractive appearance of the drawer handle is not good.

The drawer handle 10 includes a handle body 1, a decorative plate 2 located in front of the handle body 1, and a handle 3 located behind the handle body 1, and a receiving portion 11 recessed backward is provided on the handle body 1, and the decorative plate 3 is located in the receiving portion 11.

The first claw 34 and the claw hole 14 are arranged, so that the fastening handle 3 is fixed with the handle body 1; and the first jaw 34 also has a positioning function.

In order to increase the fixing between the decorative plate 2 and the handle body 1 and to reduce the number of holes formed in the buckle body 1 as much as possible, referring to fig. 7 and 18, a second claw 23 engaged with the claw hole 14 is provided on the decorative plate 2; wherein the second claw 23 includes a second claw column 231 and a second claw portion 232 at a rear end of the second claw column 231, the second claw 23 passes through the claw hole 14 when the decorative panel 2 is mounted to the accommodating portion 11, and the second claw portion 232 is engaged with a rear edge of the claw hole 14. So that the decorative plate 2 is fixed to the handle body 1, and the claw hole 14 provided in the handle body 1 serves the purpose of fixing to the catcher 3 and the decorative plate 2.

In order to facilitate the installation of the decorative plate and increase the fixation between the decorative plate and the handle body 1, at least two positioning claws 24 which are bent and extended backwards are arranged at the upper end of the decorative plate 2, positioning holes 15 matched with the positioning claws 24 are arranged on the handle body 1, and the positioning claws 24 are clamped with the positioning holes 15.

When the drawer handle 10 is assembled, the buckle 3 is firstly installed on the buckle body 1, specifically, the first claw 34 is clamped and fixed with the clamping groove 141 of the claw hole 14; and then, the decorative plate 2 is installed on the buckle body 1, specifically, the positioning claw 24 extends into the positioning hole 15, the second clamping claw 23 is clamped with the clamping claw hole 14, and meanwhile, the clamping claw 22 is clamped with the clamping hole 33, so that the assembly is completed.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, the drawer handle 10 and the drawer 20 are fixed to each other to form a positioning structure and a fastening structure, a positioning groove 16 with a downward opening is formed in the handle body 1, a positioning column 201 matched with the positioning groove 16 is formed in the drawer 20, and the positioning column 201 is located in the positioning groove 16. When the drawer handle 10 and the drawer 20 are installed, the positioning column 201 on the drawer 20 is placed at the positioning groove 16 on the drawer handle 10, and then the clamping structure between the handle body 1 and the drawer 20 is clamped in place, so that the fixation between the drawer handle 10 and the drawer 20 is completed.

2. The detergent box of claim 1, wherein the handle further comprises a fixing portion at an outer edge of the handle body, and the handle body further has a hand grip portion above the handle groove.

3. The detergent box according to claim 2, wherein the grip portion includes a grip body, a connection portion extending forward along an edge of the grip body and connected to the grip body, and a rear surface of the grip body is formed in a corrugated shape for facilitating gripping.

4. The detergent box according to claim 3, wherein the handle body is provided with a vertical reinforcing rib, and the reinforcing rib is in contact with the handle body.

5. The detergent box according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the decorative plate is provided with at least two hooks, the handle body is provided with a through hole for the hooks to pass through, and the handle is provided with a clamping hole for clamping the hooks.
