本发明涉及一种城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,包括以下步骤:1)将城市生活污水处理后的污泥与木屑按10:1的体积比进行混合;2)将混合后的污泥表面投放蚯蚓,其中每立方米污泥中投放蚯蚓的数量为3000‑6000条,保持3‑15天;3)将步骤2)得到的混合物放入堆肥池内,发酵周期为三个月,每隔一个月翻堆一次;4)对厌氧堆肥后的混合物进行筛分,去除大颗粒的杂质。该方法可以利用城市生活污水处理后的污泥进行厌氧堆肥得到有机肥。

城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,属于污水处理技术领域。
背景技术
随着城市化加快,城市污水处理率逐年提高,城市污水处理后的污泥产量也急剧增加,污泥中不但含有大量有害物质和病原茵,而且含有氮、磷、钾和有机物等丰富的营养物质。
含水率是指污泥中所含水分的质量占污泥总质量的百分比。含水率是污泥的一个重要物理性质,含水率越高,它占的体积越大,就越不利于输送和处理,含水率越低,它占的体积越小,就有利于输送和处理。污泥经过浓缩后,含水量仍很高,达90%多,不利于污泥的输送和处理。污泥经过浓缩后,应对其进行脱水,现在通常用的脱水方式是用带式压滤机脱水,脱水后的污泥含水量一般为75%-85%。而且污泥渣因其中含有重金属等有害物质,现在各地政府均严禁就地填埋,虽有用化学法脱水后入炉焚烧或由水泥厂处置,但其消解量远不能满足产生量。传统的污泥处理处置工艺费用高昂,通常占到污水处理总操作成本的50-60%左右,高昂的污泥处理处置费用给污水处理厂带来了巨大的经济压力。
生活污水厂的污泥中饱含80%以上的水分是在阳光下曝晒亦难蒸发的结晶状水体,即便暴晒也只能散发掉少量的结晶状水体,而降低生活污水厂污泥的含水率高所需能源与资金的投入非常大,且二次污染亦不可避免。因此,如何对降低污泥中的含水率,以便后续对污泥进行合理环保的处置和资源化利用龙为重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种充分利用城市生活污水处理后的污泥进行厌氧堆肥的方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将城市生活污水处理后的污泥与木屑按10:1的体积比进行混合;
2)将混合后的污泥表面投放蚯蚓,其中每立方米污泥中投放蚯蚓的数量为3000-6000条,保持3-15天;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物放入堆肥池内,发酵周期为三个月,每隔一个月翻堆一次;
4)对厌氧堆肥后的混合物进行筛分,去除大颗粒的杂质。
本发明一般选择适应性强、耐受性好、繁殖迅速、食性杂、易于饲养的蚯蚓作为污泥处理的蚓种,优选赤子爱胜蚓或“太平二号”蚯蚓来处理污泥。木屑具有很强的吸湿性能和比较疏松的结构,将木屑混合入的污泥中可以为污泥提供充足的孔隙度,方便蚯蚓在污泥中上下攀爬觅食,提高污泥的透水透气性能,并改善微生物群落活性及数量。
城市生活污水处理后的污泥因为含有大量的结晶状水体,含水量依然达到75%以上,并不方便运输和后续应用。本发明通过投放蚯蚓,这样蚯蚓通过觅食将结晶状水体破坏,一方面蚯蚓取食的活动比较频繁,促进了土壤大孔隙的形成及孔隙的上下贯通,导致渗透系数的提高。另外,蚯蚓在吞噬、挖洞和代谢等生命活动中,改善微生物群落活性及数量,有利于有机物在氧浓度较低条件下转化分解,对污泥中重金属的化学行为产生直接或间接的影响,其觅食活动也能去除污泥中一些重金属。
优选的,步骤3)中,在堆肥前通过搅拌装置进行搅拌混匀。
优选的,步骤3)中蚯蚓采用赤子爱胜蚓或“太平二号”蚯蚓。

本实施例的一种城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将城市生活污水处理后的污泥与木屑按10:1的体积比进行混合;
2)将混合后的污泥表面投放蚯蚓,其中每立方米污泥中投放蚯蚓的数量为3000-6000条,保持3-15天;蚯蚓采用赤子爱胜蚓或“太平二号”蚯蚓。
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物放入堆肥池内,发酵周期为三个月,每隔一个月翻堆一次;在堆肥前通过搅拌装置进行搅拌混匀。
4)对厌氧堆肥后的混合物进行筛分,去除大颗粒的杂质。

1)将城市生活污水处理后的污泥与木屑按10:1的体积比进行混合;
2)将混合后的污泥表面投放蚯蚓,其中每立方米污泥中投放蚯蚓的数量为3000-6000条,保持3-15天;
3)将步骤2)得到的混合物放入堆肥池内,发酵周期为三个月,每隔一个月翻堆一次;
4)对厌氧堆肥后的混合物进行筛分,去除大颗粒的杂质。
2.根据权利要求2所述的城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,其特征在于:步骤3)中,在堆肥前通过搅拌装置进行搅拌混匀。
3.根据权利要求1-3之任一所述的城市生活污水处理后的污泥厌氧堆肥的方法,其特征在于:步骤2)中蚯蚓采用赤子爱胜蚓或“太平二号”蚯蚓。
