Abstract
本发明公开一种草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:聚醚改性有机硅10~35份;聚醚改性动植物油胺12~40份;三醋酸甘油酯0.1~1份;对特辛基苯酚0.1~1份;糖基表面活性剂12~35份;松节油提取物2~8份;H值缓冲剂2~5份;消泡剂0.1~0.5份。本发明生化助剂可以明显提高触杀型和内吸型杀菌剂的效能,延长病菌的控制时间,减少用水量,从而降低杀菌剂的用量和使用成本,降低杀菌剂对环境的污染。特别的,通过添加该助剂,可以使得杀菌剂对草坪更安全,改善某些杀菌剂对草坪的药害。

技术领域
本发明涉及农药助剂技术领域,特别是草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助。
背景技术
草坪,俗称草皮,是指受人为控制的种满草(草本植物)之土地,多见于庭园、公园,或将草裁切为固定长度供各种体育运动如足球、榄球、棒球、垒球、网球、高尔夫球等使用。
草坪主要用于下述几个方面:首先是用于城市绿化、美化和组成园林的绿化地,以其多少,好坏而显示的物质、精神文明。所以,在国际上,将草坪作为衡量现代化城市环境质量和文明程度的重要标志之一。
这些用于城市广场、街道、庭院、园林景点的草坪、要求美观、称为观赏草坪或园林草坪。由于长势一致,低矮整齐,纤细茂密,柔韧鲜嫩,素静雅致,青翠美观,能使人忘却忧伤,感受乐而忘返,回归自然的乐趣;在广阔的景点原野草坪上,使人心胸开阔,豪情奔放,点燃向往新生活的激情。
其次是用于足球、网球、高尔夫球等等球类以及赛马场的运动竞技草坪,采用耐践踏又有适当弹性的草坪,使雨天少泥泞,晴天少扬尘,青绿宜人,眼感柔和。
再次是绿化环境,保持水土的环保草坪,采用耐瘠,耐旱或耐湿、耐寒或耐热又耐践踏的各种草种,能在恶劣的环境中生长,如公路、铁路边或江河、水库边的护坡、护堤草坪,起到了保持水土的作用;又与其他的许多草坪一起,发挥调节气候、净化空气、减轻噪声、吸附灰尘、防止风沙等等的绿化作用。例如:
广场绿地:广场绿地是一个城市园林绿化水平的集中体现,从一定角度讲,它是城市文明程度的象征,因此,其草坪质地的要求较高。在选择草种时,一般要求叶片更加细腻,质地密集,美观效果俱佳的草种,以便起到对城市建筑群落"净化简化统一视觉的作用"。
体育运动场草坪:足球场草坪不仅可以为观众和竞赛者提供良好的感观享受,更有助于运动员在比赛中发挥球技、减少比赛受伤的机会。这就要求足球场草坪应有极强的耐践踏能力、再生能力和耐荫等特点。
高尔夫场草坪:高尔夫球场草坪区域有果岭、发球台、球道、高草区等。用于指球的果岭草坪仅有3毫米高,质地稠密、富有弹性,犹如地毯。人们说高尔夫球场的草是草坪业中各类不同类型草的集中表现,被称为是草坪行业中的最高境界。这是因为在高尔夫球场,有不同用途的地方,如果岭、发球台等;也有不同的地势、地形,因而它对草的要求了是最严格最苛刻的。高尔夫球场常用的草种仅有匐匍翦股颖,如"摄政王"和狗牙根。可用于开球的发球台和击球的球道的草坪种类有早熟禾、翦股颖、结缕草、狗牙根、假俭草等,高草区则是较普通的草坪。
公园草坪:草坪是公园的重要组成部分,公园草坪常与园林林木、园林小品等构成优美的景观环境,为人们提供休闲、观赏、运动等户外娱乐活动场所。草作为园林景观的,除了它具有调节湿度、光合作用、释放氧气等生态功能外,它还要有不与树木、乔灌木大量争地这个特点。它为公园里各种建筑、风景起到了"净化"和"简化"、统一视觉的作用,因此对公园里草的要求要具有公园草坪一般应具有耐荫性强、质地细致、绿期长、易养护等特点。
发明内容
本发明提供草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,目的是通过添加该助剂延长病菌的控制时间,减少用水量,从而降低杀菌剂的用量和使用成本,降低杀菌剂对环境的污染。
本发明具体采用如下技术方案:
草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:
聚醚改性有机硅10~35份;
聚醚改性动植物油胺12~40份;
三醋酸甘油酯0.1~1份;
对特辛基苯酚0.1~1份;
糖基表面活性剂12~35份;
松节油提取物2~8份;
pH值缓冲剂2~5份;
消泡剂0.1~0.5份。
糖基表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷或失水山梨醇酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯中。
松节油提取物包括α-蒎烯或β-蒎烯或苧烯或β-水芹烯。pH值缓冲剂包括草酸或柠檬酸或乙酸或丙酸或乳酸或酒石酸或苹果酸或磷酸或盐酸。在杀菌剂喷雾作业时,在喷雾液中加入喷雾液重量0.05~5%的权利要求1本发明助剂,喷雾液的pH值为5~8。
专用有机硅生化助剂在杀菌剂加工时以3~65%的重量用量加入其中。
本发明糖基表面活性剂是烷基糖苷、失水山梨醇酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯中的。
本发明中聚醚改性动植物油胺和糖基表面活性剂能够快速破坏靶标蜡质层。提高杀菌剂的渗透性并能改进粘附性。
本发明松节油提取物为α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、苧烯、β-水芹烯中的。松节油提取物作为本发明本发明体系的粘附剂,能够增加喷雾液的粘度,被用来控制漂移和减少喷雾后靶标物上农药的挥发,对于草坪用混合型杀菌剂来说,降低挥发是非常重要的,因为只有它们在靶标物上沉积的时间足够渗透到植物体,才可以有效的利用被利用。一旦水挥发掉,没有被植物吸收的农药就会保留在叶面上,除非被重新溶解。其中,三醋酸甘油酯和对特辛基苯通过糖基表面活性剂草坪具有延长病菌的控制时间的作用。本发明的pH值缓冲剂为有机酸或无机酸,其中有机酸包括草酸、柠檬酸、乙酸、丙酸、乳酸、酒石酸、苹果酸等,无机酸包括磷酸、盐酸等。大多数的农药溶液或者是悬浮液在pH5.5到pH7.0(弱酸性到中性)环境下稳定。农药溶液的pH值大于7.0的时候,易导致农药的降解或者是碱性水解。pH值缓冲剂就是能降低农药喷雾用水的pH值的助剂,缓冲剂能将溶液的pH值维持在一个不变的水平。本发明的消泡剂包括有机硅水性消泡剂和矿物油水性消泡剂。一般农药制剂能够产生泡沫,会影响农药喷雾时的利用率。农药制剂在喷雾桶中搅拌的情况下,制剂中的一些表面活性剂也能产生很多泡沫。本发明本发明的消泡剂能够减少这些现象的发生,增加农药的利用率。pH值缓冲剂和消泡剂为本技术领域内惯用的,在市场上也很容易获得与之作用相当的商品,应当这样认为,采用与本发明的pH值缓冲剂和消泡剂效果等同的原料,同样在本发明的保护范围中。本发明的草坪护理用的杀菌剂包括触杀型、内吸型及混合型杀菌剂。特别优选适用于三唑类和甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。本发明还涉及上述杀菌剂用助剂在草坪护理上的施用方法,其是在杀菌剂喷雾作业时以0.05~5%重量喷雾液的用量添加在杀菌剂喷洒液中喷雾,喷雾液的pH值调整为5~8。本发明涉及上述杀菌剂用助剂在草坪护理上的另一施用方法是在杀菌剂加工时以3~65%的重量用量加入其中。本发明的草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂是由本发明组分按照一定比例均匀混合、溶解、高速剪切后制成的透明均一稳定的液体制剂。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明能够明显提高触杀型和内吸型杀菌剂的效能,延长病菌的控制时间,减少用水量,从而降低杀菌剂的用量和使用成本,降低杀菌剂对环境的污染。特别的,通过添加该助剂,可以使得杀菌剂对草坪更安全,改善某些杀菌剂对草坪的药害。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,由如下重量份的原料制成:
聚醚改性有机硅10~35份;
聚醚改性动植物油胺12~40份;
三醋酸甘油酯0.1~1份;
对特辛基苯酚0.1~1份;
糖基表面活性剂12~35份;
松节油提取物2~8份;
pH值缓冲剂2~5份;
消泡剂0.1~0.5份。
糖基表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷或失水山梨醇酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯中。松节油提取物包括α-蒎烯或β-蒎烯或苧烯或β-水芹烯。pH值缓冲剂包括草酸或柠檬酸或乙酸或丙酸或乳酸或酒石酸或苹果酸或磷酸或盐酸。在杀菌剂喷雾作业时,在喷雾液中加入喷雾液重量0.05~5%的权利要求1本发明助剂,喷雾液的pH值为5~8。专用有机硅生化助剂在杀菌剂加工时以3~65%的重量用量加入其中。
实施例2:
草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,12份聚氧乙烯改性三硅氧烷,35份聚醚改性椰油胺,35份司盘-65,5份β-蒎烯,4.5份冰乙酸,0.1份三醋酸甘油酯,0.1份对特辛基苯酚,0.5份有机硅消泡剂,按比例搅拌混合,通过高速乳化剂剪切乳化后,形成均匀透明的杀菌剂用有机硅生化助剂。
实施例3:
(杀菌剂加工):50份50%丙环唑ME,2.5份盐酸(35%),6份乳酸,6份异丙醇,8份农乳652,8份实施例2本发明助剂,上述比例原料在搪瓷反应釜中,混合成油相,然后用去离子水补齐,加热,搅拌转化成微乳液,过滤既得50%丙环唑微乳剂。经施用试验,从下述表格中可以看出本发明用杀菌剂有机硅生化助剂在草坪护理上的增效作用和应用效果
试验一:币斑病有效控制时间
草坪护理用杀菌剂,丙环唑(商品名BannerMaxx先正达)施用量218份/公顷,助剂用量0.125%v/v。
试验二:红丝病病控制率

草坪护理用专用杀菌剂嘧菌酯(商品名Heritage,先正达),施用量110份/公顷,助剂用量0.2%v/v。
经正交试验,在杀菌剂喷雾作业时以0.05~5%重量喷雾液的用量添加,其效果相当。如果添加量高于5%,对杀菌效果提高不大;如果低于0.05%则杀菌效果降低很多。

1.草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,其特征是,由如下重量份的原料制成:
聚醚改性有机硅10~35份;
聚醚改性动植物油胺12~40份;
三醋酸甘油酯0.1~1份;
对特辛基苯酚0.1~1份;
糖基表面活性剂12~35份;
松节油提取物2~8份;
pH值缓冲剂2~5份;
消泡剂0.1~0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1或2所述的草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,其特征是,所述糖基表面活性剂包括烷基糖苷或失水山梨醇酯或聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯中。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,其特征是,所述明松节油提取物包括α-蒎烯或β-蒎烯或苧烯或β-水芹烯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,其特征是,所述pH值缓冲剂包括草酸或柠檬酸或乙酸或丙酸或乳酸或酒石酸或苹果酸或磷酸或盐酸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的草坪护理用杀菌剂专用有机硅生化助剂,其特征是,在杀菌剂喷雾作业时,在喷雾液中加入喷雾液重量0.05~5%的权利要求1本发明助剂,喷雾液的pH值为5~8。
