The signal modulation card provided by the embodiment of the invention can modulate signals of different types and sizes into uniform signals, is convenient for subsequent data acquisition and analysis, and can carry out full-isolation processing on the signals.

The core mechanism of signal conditioning is to convert the signal to be measured into a standard signal which can be recognized by the acquisition equipment through operations such as amplification, filtering and the like. The method is realized by changing the type of input signals and outputting standard signals by using internal circuits (such as filters, converters, amplifiers and the like), converting analog signals into digital signals for data acquisition, process control, calculation display payment or other purposes.
In the prior art, a general signal modulation card is basically not provided with isolation, or is not comprehensive in signal conditioning, and has a narrow signal input range. For example: some signal modulation cards in the series have isolation between the input signal and the output signal, the input signal is a-10V to 10V signal, and the output is also-10V to 10V.
The signal modulation card in the prior art has poor isolation effect and narrow signal input range, and when the range of the input signal does not belong to the specified range of the signal modulation card, the signal modulation card can not process the input signal, and the universality of the signal modulation card is poor.

The isolation power supply module has the functions of safety isolation, noise isolation (isolation of an analog circuit and a digital circuit and isolation of strong and weak signals) and elimination of a grounding loop. And the functions of short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection and the like are also realized.
The power supply voltage conversion module adopts an ADP5070 module, and the isolation amplification module adopts an AD215 module.
The power supply voltage is input from a power supply end of a power supply input port, the power supply voltage is subjected to electromagnetic isolation conversion consisting of an isolation power supply module MAX17690 and T1 to realize isolation of power supply voltage signals, a 15V power supply voltage signal is output, and then the power supply voltage signal is converted into two paths of power supply voltage signals of-15V and +15V respectively through a power supply voltage conversion module ADP5070 device, wherein the voltage is used as a power supply of a rear output part (namely an isolation amplification module).
An input signal is input from a full-voltage current signal input port, then signal conversion is carried out through an isolation operational amplifier module AD215, an output signal is isolated and conditioned into a signal of-10V to +10V and is output through a voltage signal output port, and the voltage signal output port is connected with data acquisition equipment, namely a standard signal can be acquired.
The embodiment of the invention provides a signal modulation card, which comprises: the device comprises an isolation power supply module, a power supply voltage conversion module, an isolation amplification module, a voltage signal output port, a full voltage current signal input port, a power supply end and a power supply input port; the power supply end is connected with the power supply input port and the isolation power supply module; the isolation amplification module comprises a first port, a second port and a third port, the first port is connected with the voltage signal output port, and the second port is connected with the full-voltage current signal input port; and the power supply voltage conversion module is connected with the third port. The isolation amplification module receives a signal input by the full voltage current signal input port, performs signal conversion and isolation conditioning on the received signal to generate a third signal, and outputs the third signal to the data acquisition equipment from the voltage signal output port, wherein the amplitude value of the third signal is in a range from-10V to + 10V.

the isolation power supply module isolates power supply voltage input by a power supply port of the power supply input port to generate a power supply voltage signal, the power supply voltage conversion module converts the power supply voltage signal into a first power supply voltage signal and a second power supply voltage signal, the first power supply voltage signal and the second power supply voltage signal are used as power supplies of the isolation amplification module, the isolation amplification module performs signal conversion on an input signal input by the full voltage current signal input port to obtain a standard signal, and the voltage signal output port is used for outputting the standard signal;

2. The signal conditioning card of claim 1 wherein the voltage input at the power supply input port ranges from 5V to 60V.
3. The signal conditioning card of claim 2 wherein the isolated power supply module isolates the received voltage to generate a supply voltage signal, and sends the supply voltage signal to the supply voltage conversion module, wherein the supply voltage signal has a magnitude of 15V.

The signal modulation card of claim 3 wherein the power supply voltage conversion module receives a power supply voltage signal from the isolated power supply module, and converts the power supply voltage signal into a first power supply voltage signal and a second power supply voltage signal, wherein the first power supply voltage signal has a magnitude of 15V and the second power supply voltage signal has a magnitude of-15V.
5. The signal conditioning card of claim 1 wherein said full voltage current signal input port receives signals having amplitude values in the range of-1000V to + 1000V.

The signal modulation card of claim 5, wherein the isolation amplification module receives the signal input from the full voltage-current signal input port, performs signal conversion and isolation conditioning on the received signal, generates a third signal, and outputs the third signal from the voltage signal output port to the data acquisition device, wherein the third signal has an amplitude ranging from-10V to + 10V.
