Description

Method and device for determining bank account number, identity card number and state of information to be checked
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of computer information processing, in particular to a method and a device for determining the state of information to be checked and a method for determining the states of bank account information and identity card information.
Background
With the development of science and technology, the internet has penetrated into all corners of people's work and life, and users can perform various business activities such as social contact, shopping and life payment through a network platform. Generally, before performing operations of business activities, a user needs to register a login account in advance in a related network platform, and in order to smoothly perform the related operations, the user needs to associate sensitive information such as personal identity information and/or bank card number information with the registered login account if necessary. For example, before a user uses a payment platform to pay, the user needs to register a login account number and, if necessary, associate bank card number information to ensure smooth payment using the payment platform. When carrying out certain business activities, the user also needs to establish an association relationship between some conventional personal information and the registered login account, for example, when shopping online, information such as home address, work address and the like needs to be provided.
In order to record and manage user information, a server of the network platform correspondingly stores a login account of a user and service information of the user in a database. After the user logs in the network platform by using the pre-registered login account, the server can directly call other information corresponding to the login account according to an operation command sent by the user, and perform data interaction with a related website to complete the operation of the user. For example, when a user logs in a payment platform by using a login account and clicks a payment button to send a payment instruction to a server, the server reads the login account from the payment instruction, searches corresponding bank card number information from a database according to the read login account, and then sends a payment request to a bank system corresponding to the bank card number information to complete payment.
Therefore, the operation process of the user based on the network platform is essentially the process that the network platform server calls the user information to perform data interaction through the network. The network is an open-source environment, if personal information of a user, such as bank card number information, is stolen by a lawbreaker, the lawbreaker can bind the bank card number information of the user with a login account number of the lawbreaker and use the information on the network platform, which causes loss of the user.
In the prior art, for abnormal states of user information such as stolen states, investigation is often performed in a mode of retrospective tracing, and the investigation is mainly performed by manpower, so that the abnormal user information cannot be actively determined, the loss of a user is reduced or even avoided, and the method is not suitable for state investigation of large-scale user data information.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be described in detail and completely with reference to the following specific embodiments of the present application and the accompanying drawings. It should be apparent that the described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the present application provides a method for determining a state of information to be checked, which is shown in fig. 1 and includes:
s11: determining information to be checked;
in the embodiments of the present application, the information to be checked may be any information that needs to be paid attention to, for example, if the bank account of the paying attention to user is stolen, the bank account information may be used as the information to be checked; if the mobile phone number of the concerned user is stolen, the mobile phone number can be used as the information to be checked; if the head portrait photo of the concerned user is falsely used, the photo can be used as the information to be checked; if the IP address of the concerned user is falsely used, the IP address can be used as the information to be checked; and so on.
S12: matching the users with the same information to be checked with the users in the user group; the user group comprises a first group and a second group, at least one item of same first information is contained between at least two users in the first group, and at least one item of same second information is contained between at least two users in the second group;
in the specific implementation, the information to be checked, the first information and the second information are not repeated and are not crossed with each other. For example, when the bank account information is used as the information to be checked to determine whether the information is abnormal, the first information and the second information of the user do not include the bank account information of the user; and when the identity card number information is used as the information to be checked to determine whether the identity card number information is abnormal, the first information and the second information of the user do not comprise the identity card number information of the user.
In the embodiments of the present application, different users may be distinguished by using identification information such as a login account or a name of the user. The first information and the second information of the user may be user-related information stored in a database read from a server of the network platform, or may be user data information acquired through other ways as needed.
In the implementation of the present embodiment, the process of acquiring the first information and the second information of the user and dividing the user group according to the first information and the second information may be performed independently of the embodiment of the present application, or may be performed as a prior step in implementing the embodiment of the present application.
S13: and determining whether the state of the information to be checked is abnormal or not according to the matching result.
According to the method and the device, on the basis of actively acquiring the user data information and carrying out group division on the user according to the first information and the second information, the user and the information are compared and matched, and therefore the state of the information to be checked is determined to be normal or abnormal. The mode can actively compare and match the incidence relation between the user and the data information thereof based on the data information of the user, thereby actively determining the state of the information to be checked of the user, being beneficial to helping the user to reduce or even avoid loss and improving the safety of the user information. Moreover, the method and the device match the user and the information by taking the user group as a unit, are suitable for state examination of large-scale user data information, and overcome the defects of the prior art.
The user group referred to in the above embodiments may be divided as follows:
according to the first information, users with any one item of same first information are classified into the same first group; according to the second information, users with any one item of same second information are classified into the same second group; the first information is personal information of the user, and the second information is category information of the user.
In implementing the above-described embodiment, after determining the information to be checked at S11, before matching the users having the same information to be checked with the users in the user group at S12, the following steps may be performed, as shown in fig. 2, including:
s14: acquiring data information of a user, wherein the data information comprises the first information and the second information of the user; the first information is personal information of a user, and the second information is category information of the user;
s15: according to the first information, users with any one same item of first information are classified into the same first group;
s16: and according to the second information, dividing the users with any one item of the same second information into the same second group.
In the embodiments of the present application, the first information is personal information of a user, and is generally exclusive to a certain user, and belongs to information representing uniqueness of the user. Specifically, the first information may preferably be an identification number, a mobile phone number, and/or a bank account number of the user. The second information is category information of the user, which represents the same category of user, and specifically, the second information may preferably be a home address, a unit address, a work phone, and/or an IP address of the user. The second information is usually common to a certain class of users with relevance, for example, the home addresses are the same among the members of the same family; the unit address and/or the working telephone are the same among the colleagues of the same unit; and so on.
In the embodiments of the present application, users having any one of the same first information are classified into the same first group, that is, users having any one of the same first information of the users are classified into the same first group; the first groups are divided in such a way that at least one item of same first information is contained between at least two users in the same first group, and any item of same first information is not contained between any users in different first groups. Users with any one item of same second information are classified into the same second group, namely, users with any one item of same second information of the users are classified into the same second group; and dividing the second groups in this way, so that at least one item of the same second information is contained between at least two users in the same second group, and any item of the same second information is not contained between any users in different second groups. The two steps of dividing the first group and dividing the second group do not limit the execution sequence, can be executed in parallel, and can also be executed in any sequence; these two steps may be performed independently of the embodiments of the present application, or may be performed as prior steps in the embodiments of the present application, for example, as shown in the flowchart of fig. 2.
Based on the above description, the first information is personal information of the user, and is usually exclusive to a certain user, so if different users have a certain same first information, it means that the different users should have very close relationship, such as a couple, a lover, a mother and a son, a friend of a friend, etc., which can be referred to as a strong relationship socially. Normally, users with close relationship should have general relationship, have the characteristics of the same class of users, and should have at least one item of the same second information, for example, a couple, a mother and a son often have the same home address, and the like. Socially, it is called weak relationship. In view of the above, if different users have neither the same first information nor the same second information, it means that there is neither a close relationship nor a general relationship between the users. When the state of the information to be checked is checked, if the information to be checked is shared by the users without relevance, the information to be checked can be considered to be in an abnormal state with a high probability. The embodiments of the present application are implemented based on this principle.
Preferably, in the method for determining a status of information to be checked provided in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 3, S12 matches the information to be checked with users in a user group, where the method includes:
s121: according to the information to be checked, users with the same information to be checked are classified into a third group;
s122: establishing a first matching relation between a first group and a third group where the same user is located;
s123: and establishing a second matching relation between the first group and the second group where the same user is located.
On the basis of dividing the groups by the embodiment illustrated in fig. 2, matching of users is performed in units of groups. Step S122 is a first matching relation established between a first group and a third group where the same user is located, if users with the same information to be checked have at least one item of the same first information, the users are already classified into the same first group; if a first matching relation is established between different first groups and the same third group, it is indicated that at least two users with different first information have the same information to be checked. With reference to step S123, a second matching relationship is established between the first group and the second group where the same user is located, and if the second matching relationship is established between different first groups and the same second group, it indicates that at least two users with different first information have at least one item of the same second information.
In practical implementation, step S121 needs to be executed before step S122, and the execution sequence of step S123 is not limited.
Preferably, in the method for determining the state of the information to be checked provided by the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 4, S13 determines the state of the information to be checked according to the matching result, including:
s131: determining a count value for the first matching relation and the second matching relation according to a preset counting rule;
the preset counting rule in the above embodiment may be understood as a determination rule that the first matching relationship and the second matching relationship account for weight or a score criterion of a score when calculating the association relationship count value. For example, the weight occupied by the first matching relationship may be counted as 1, and the weight occupied by the second matching relationship may be counted as 2. For another example, the count value of the first matching relationship may be set to a positive value (e.g., 1), and the count value of the second matching relationship may be set to a negative value (e.g., -1), and may be calculated based on the count value of the association relationship.
S132: according to a third group corresponding to the information to be checked, counting a first matching relation established with the third group and second matching relations established between any two first groups and the same second group, wherein the first matching relations are established with the third group;
when the state of the information to be checked is determined, the users having the same information to be checked are classified into a third group, step S122 is executed to establish the first matching relationship, and any one of the same first information does not exist between the users of the different first groups establishing the first matching relationship with the third group. Step S123 is executed to establish a second matching relationship, and if a second matching relationship is established between different first groups and the same second group, it can be understood that there is no any one item of the same first information but there is at least one item of the same second information between users of the different first groups, that is, there is no close correlation but there is a general correlation between users of the different first groups. On this basis, step S132 is executed to count the first matching relationship established with the third group, and it may be examined whether there is a close relationship between users with the same information to be examined; step S132 is executed to count the second matching relationships between any two first groups and the same second group, where the first matching relationships are established with the third group, so as to examine whether there is a general association between users with the same information to be examined and without close association. In general, if there are two users whose information to be checked is the same, there is no close correlation, and there is no general correlation, the possibility that the information to be checked is in an abnormal state increases.
S133: calculating an incidence relation count value of a third group corresponding to the information to be checked according to the statistical result and the count value;
on the basis of counting the number of the first matching relationships and the second matching relationships that meet the aforementioned conditions, the association relationship count value is calculated according to the count values of the first matching relationships and the second matching relationships preset in step S131. The correlation count value can be calculated by the following formula:
the correlation count value is the first matching relationship count value + the second matching relationship count value
S134: judging whether the count value of the association relation reaches a preset value or not;
s135: and if the incidence relation count value reaches a preset value, determining that the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group is abnormal.
S136: and if the incidence relation count value does not reach a preset value, determining that the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group is normal.
And after the incidence relation count value is calculated, judging the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group according to a preset standard. For example, according to a preset counting rule, the first matching relationship is counted as 1, and the second matching relationship is counted as-1; through statistics, the statistical value of the first matching relation meeting the conditions is 4, and the statistical value of the second matching relation is 2; according to the above-exemplified calculation formula, the calculated association count value is 2; and setting the preset value to be 0, determining that the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group is abnormal if the incidence relation count value is greater than 0 at the moment.
Preferably, in the method for determining the state of the information to be checked provided by the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 5, S13 determines the state of the information to be checked according to the matching result, including:
s137: counting the number of second matching relations established between two first groups and the same second group, wherein the two first groups are any two first groups establishing first matching relations with the third group;
s138: judging whether the quantity reaches a preset value or not;
s139: and if the quantity does not reach a preset numerical value, determining that the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group is abnormal.
S140: and if the number reaches a preset value, determining that the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group is normal.
The number counted in step S137 is substantially consistent with the statistical value of the second matching relationship between any two first groups and the same second group, which have been counted in step S132 and have established the first matching relationship with the third group, and represents that there is a general association in the case where there is no close association between users having the same information to be checked. In general, if there is neither close correlation nor general correlation, the possibility that the item of information to be checked is in an abnormal state is high. The preset value may be set to 2, that is, if the number of the second matching relationships established between any two first groups and the same second group, which establish the first matching relationship with the third group, does not reach 2, the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group may be determined to be abnormal.
In implementing the embodiment of the present application, a building graph (similar to that shown in fig. 12 or fig. 14) including a first matching relationship and a second matching relationship may be established with reference to the method illustrated in fig. 3, and then the first matching relationship and the second matching relationship that meet the condition in the building graph may be counted or counted with reference to the method illustrated in fig. 4 or fig. 5, and may be calculated on the basis thereof, so as to determine the state of the information to be checked.
In implementing the embodiment of the present application, the conditions that the conditions are met may be sequentially determined with reference to the flow illustrated in fig. 6, and the state of the information to be checked may be determined according to the determination result (see fig. 7). In particular the methods illustrated in fig. 6 and 7.
Preferably, in the method for determining a status of information to be checked provided in the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 6, S12 matches the information to be checked with users in a user group, where the method includes:
s124: judging whether users with the same information to be checked are classified into different first groups or not;
if yes, further executing S125 to determine whether at least one identical user exists between the different first group and the same second group;
s126: and taking the judged result as the matching result.
Preferably, in the method for determining the state of the information to be checked provided by the embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 7, S13 determines the state of the information to be checked according to the matching result, where the method includes:
if it is determined through S124 that the users having the same information to be checked are not classified into different first groups, then S1261 is performed to determine that the state of the information to be checked is normal;
if it is determined through S125 that users having the same information to be checked are classified into different first groups and at least one same user exists in the different first groups and the same second group, S1261 is performed to determine that the state of the information to be checked is normal;
otherwise, executing S1262 to determine that the state of the information to be checked is abnormal.
The application also provides a method for determining the information state of the bank account, which is shown in fig. 8 and includes the following steps:
s21: acquiring service information of a user, wherein the service information comprises personal information and category information of the user;
s22: according to the personal information, dividing users with any one same personal information into the same strong relationship group; according to the category information, dividing users with any one same category information into the same weak relation group;
if it is determined through S23 that the users having the same bank account information are not classified into different strong relationship groups, S25 determines that the state of the bank account information is normal;
if it is determined through S23 that users having the same bank account information are classified into different strong relationship groups and it is determined through S24 that at least one identical user exists between the different strong relationship groups and the same weak relationship group, S25 determines that the state of the bank account information is normal;
otherwise, S26 determines that the status of the bank account information is abnormal.
In the above embodiment, the personal information may include an identification number and/or a mobile phone number of the user; the category information includes a home address, a unit address, a work phone, and/or an IP address of the user.
The present application further provides a method for determining the status of the identification number information, as shown in fig. 9, including:
s31: acquiring service information of a user, wherein the service information comprises personal information and category information of the user;
s32: according to the personal information, dividing users with any one same personal information into the same strong relationship group; according to the category information, dividing users with any one same category information into the same weak relation group;
if it is determined through S33 that users having the same identification number information are not classified into different strong relationship groups, S35 determines that the status of the identification number information is normal;
if it is judged through S33 that users having the same identification number information are classified into different strong relationship groups, and it is judged through S34 that at least one identical user exists between the different strong relationship groups and the same weak relationship group, S35 determines that the status of the identification number information is normal;
otherwise, S36 determines that the status of the identification number information is abnormal.
In the above embodiment, the personal information includes a bank account number and/or a mobile phone number of the user; the category information includes a home address, a unit address, a work phone, and/or an IP address of the user.
The principle of the embodiment shown in fig. 8 and 9 is the same, and the steps are basically the same, except that the status is determined for different information to be checked. When the state of the bank account information needs to be determined, dividing a strong relationship group according to personal information (such as the identity card number and/or the mobile phone number of a user) which does not contain the bank account information; when the status of the identification number information needs to be determined, the strong relationship group is divided according to personal information (such as the bank account number and/or the mobile phone number of the user) which does not contain the identification number information.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8 and 9, users having any one of the personal information of the users are classified into the same strong relationship group; the strong relation groups are divided in this way, so that at least one item of identical personal information exists between at least two users in the same strong relation group, and any item of identical personal information does not exist between any users in different strong relation groups. Classifying users with any one item of same category information into the same weak relation group, namely classifying users with any one item of same category information of the users into the same weak relation group; the weak relation groups are divided in this way, so that at least one item of same category information exists between at least two users in the same weak relation group, and any item of same category information does not exist between any users in different weak relation groups. It can be seen that in the embodiments shown in fig. 8 and 9, the strong relationship group is equivalent to the first group in the other embodiments, and the weak relationship group is equivalent to the second group in the other embodiments. For the deficiency, reference is made to the description of the first group and the second group, and the description is omitted.
Step S22 or step S32 is executed to partition the strong relationship group, as shown in fig. 10, and the users are divided into a strong relationship group one, a strong relationship group two, a strong relationship group three, and a strong relationship group four according to the personal information (the specific meaning and content of the personal information may be the same or different in the embodiments shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9). Step S22 or step S32 is executed to partition the weak relationship group, as shown in fig. 13, and the users are divided into a weak relationship group one, a weak relationship group two, and a weak relationship group three according to the category information (the specific meaning and content of the category information may be the same or different in the embodiments shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9).
Executing step S23 or step S33 to determine whether users with the same information to be checked (bank account information or identity card number information) are classified into different strong relationship groups, and if the determination result is yes, the nodes representing the information to be checked can be connected to the corresponding strong relationship groups, for example, as shown in fig. 11, users with the same information to be checked (specifically, bank account information or identity card number information) represented by the node one are classified into a strong relationship group one and a strong relationship group two, users with the same information to be checked represented by the node two are classified into a strong relationship group one and a strong relationship group three, and users with the same information to be checked represented by the node three are classified into a strong relationship group three and a strong relationship group four. The first node, the second node and the third node represent different information to be checked in the same type, for example, if the state of the bank account information is checked, the first node to the third node represent different bank account information; if the state of the identity card number information is examined, different identity card number information is represented by one node to three nodes.
When the step S24 or the step S34 is executed to determine whether at least one same user exists between the different strong relationship group and the same weak relationship group, the weak relationship group whose determination result is yes may be connected to the strong relationship group. For example, as shown in fig. 14, users whose information to be checked (bank account information or identification number information) represented by the node two is classified into a strong relationship group one and a strong relationship group three, and the strong relationship group one and the strong relationship group three simultaneously have at least one user same as the weak relationship group one and at least one user same as the weak relationship group two, so that the weak relationship group one can be connected with the strong relationship group one and the strong relationship group three, and the weak relationship group two can be connected with the strong relationship group one and the strong relationship group three.
In essence, in fig. 11, the connection between the node one and the strong relationship group one can be understood as that a first matching relationship is established between the user whose information to be checked represented by the node one is the same and the strong relationship group one. In fig. 14, the connection between the first group of strong relationships and the second group of weak relationships can be understood as establishing a second matching relationship between the first group of strong relationships and the second group of weak relationships. And so on. In a manner of establishing the first matching relationship and the second matching relationship, a building diagram similar to that shown in fig. 12 can be established. On this basis, the state of the information to be checked may be determined by performing statistics with reference to the methods shown in fig. 4 to 7.
When the building graph is created, a first matching relationship and/or a second matching relationship can be established for a specific item of information to be checked, for example, only the first matching relationship and the second matching relationship related to the first node are established; the first matching relationship and/or the second matching relationship may also be established for a certain type of multi-item information to be checked, for example, the first matching relationship and the second matching relationship related to the first node, the second node, and the third node are established at the same time, as shown in fig. 12.
The following specifically exemplifies the implementation of the above embodiments.
Before determining the status of the information to be checked, the data information of the user may be obtained, which is shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 user data information Table
Figure BDA0001032630640000181
Suppose that data information of 7 users is obtained, including user names, identification numbers, bank card numbers, telephones, home addresses, work addresses and IP addresses of the users. If the information to be checked is determined to be a bank card number, whether the bank card number of the user is safe or not needs to be checked, and whether the bank card number of the user is stolen or not is checked, namely the state of the bank card number CN1 and/or CN2 of the user is checked, the bank card number information CN1 and/or CN2 of the user is used as the information to be checked; the user's identification number and telephone are usually proprietary to the same user and thus serve as the first information (equivalent to personal information) of the user; the home address, work address, and IP address of the user may be common to the same type of user, and thus are used as the second information (corresponding to the category information) of the user. Similarly, if the information to be checked is determined as the identity card number, whether the identity card number of the user is safe or not needs to be checked, and whether the identity card number of the user is stolen or not is checked, namely the states of the identity card number information IDN1, IDN2, IDN3 and/or IDN4 of the user are checked, the identity card number information IDN1, IDN2, IDN3 and/or IDN4 of the user are used as the information to be checked; the bank card number and the telephone number of the user are first information (corresponding to personal information) of the user, and the home address, the work address, and the IP address of the user are second information (corresponding to category information) of the user.
The following description will proceed with the embodiments of the present application taking the bank card number as the information to be checked.
After the data information of the users is acquired, the users are divided into groups, specifically, the users with any item of the same first information are divided into the same first group, and the users with any item of the same second information are divided into the same second group. Specifically, the user data information table shown in table 1 can be divided into the following groups, as shown in fig. 15:
dividing a first group (corresponding to a strong relation group), dividing a user a01, a user a02 and a user b02 into a first group 101 according to the identity card number (IDN1) of the user a01, which is the same as that of the user a02, and the telephone (TE L1) of the user a01, which is the same as that of the user b02, dividing a user c03 and a user d04 into a first group 102 according to the identity card number (IDN3) of the user c03, which is the same as that of the user d04, and dividing a user e05 and a user e06 into a first group 103 according to the telephone (TE L5) of the user e05, which is the same as that of the user e 06.
Divide the second group (equivalent to the weak relationship group): according to the same work address (CA1) of the user a01 and the user a02 and the same IP address (IPA1), the user a01 and the user a02 are classified into the same second group 201; dividing the user b02, the user c03 and the user d04 into the same second group 202 according to the same home address (HA4) of the user c03 and the user d04 and the same work address (CA2) between the user b02 and the user c 03; the user e05 and the user e06 are divided into the same second group 203 according to the same home address (HA5), the same work address (CA4) and the same IP address (IPA5) between the user e05 and the user e 06.
Executing step S12 to match the information to be searched with the users in the user group, which may specifically be:
step S111 is performed to divide the third group: for the bank card number CN1, dividing the user a01, the user a02, the user b02 and the user c03 with the same bank card number CN1 into the same third group 301; for the bank card number CN2, user d04, user e05 and user e06 having the same bank card number CN2 are divided into the same third group 302.
Step S122 is executed to establish a first matching relationship: there are user a01, user a02, and user b02 in common between the first group 101 and the third group 301, and thus, a first matching relationship 1-1 is established between the first group 101 and the third group 301; there is a common user c03 between the first group 102 and the third group 301, and thus, a first matching relationship 1-2 is established between the first group 102 and the third group 301; there is a common user d04 between the first group 102 and the third group 302, and thus, a first matching relationship 1-3 is established between the first group 102 and the third group 302; the first group 103 and the third group 302 have a common user e05 and a common user e06, and thus, first matching relationships 1-4 are established between the first group 103 and the third group 302.
Step S123 is executed to establish a second matching relationship: there are users a01 and a02 in common between the first group 101 and the second group 201, and thus, a second matching relationship 2-1 is established between the first group 101 and the second group 201; there is a common user b02 between the first group 101 and the second group 202, and thus, a second matching relationship 2-2 is established between the first group 101 and the second group 202; there are users c03 and c04 in common between the first group 102 and the second group 202, and thus, a second matching relationship 2-3 is established between the first group 102 and the second group 202; there are users e05 and e06 in common between the first group 103 and the second group 203, and thus, a second matching relationship 2-4 is established between the first group 103 and the second group 203.
Thereby obtaining a build pattern shown in fig. 15. As can be seen from the figure, for the information to be checked CN1, the third group 301 establishes a first matching relationship with the first group 101 and the first group 102 at the same time, which indicates that there is the same information to be checked, namely the bank card number CN1, for the users without close association; meanwhile, the first group 101 and the first group 102 establish a second matching relationship with the second group 202 at the same time, which indicates that there is a general association between the users without close association. Therefore, it can be known that there is a general relevance between users having the same information to be checked CN1, and the information to be checked CN1 can be considered as not stolen and is in a normal state. For the information to be checked CN2, the third group 302 establishes a first matching relationship with the first group 102 and the first group 103 at the same time, which indicates that there is the same information to be checked-bank card number CN2 for users without close correlation; meanwhile, the first group 102 and the first group 103 do not have a second matching relationship with the same second group, which means that there is no general association between the users without close association. As can be seen from this, among the users having the same piece of information to be checked CN2, there is a user that has no relevance to other users, and it can be generally considered that the piece of information to be checked CN2 is stolen and is in an abnormal state.
When the information state to be checked is specifically determined, the process shown in fig. 4 may be adopted. Step S131 is executed, and when the preset counting rule is set, the counting value of the first matching relationship may be set to be 1, and the counting value of the second matching relationship may be-1. Taking the state of the information to be checked CN1 as an example, the first matching relationships established with the third group 301 are 1-1 and 1-2, and the number is 2; the two first groups 101 and 102 establishing the first matching relationship with the third group 301 establish second matching relationships 2-2 and 2-3 with the same second group 202, and the number is 2. Therefore, when calculating the association relation count value of the third group 301 corresponding to the information to be checked CN1, a formula association relation count value may be substituted into a specific numerical value by using the first matching relation count value + the second matching relation count value, and the calculation result is 0. And determining the state of the information to be checked corresponding to the third group according to the comparison result of the incidence relation count value and the preset value. Taking the above as an example, the preset value may be set to 1, and in combination with the preset counting rule, if the number of the first matching relationships and the second matching relationships satisfying the condition is large, the state of the to-be-checked information corresponding to the third group is indicated as abnormal.
When the status of the information to be checked is specifically determined, the process shown in fig. 5 may be employed. Step S137 is executed to perform statistics, taking the state of the to-be-checked information CN2 as an example, the first groups that have established the first matching relationship with the third group 302 are the first group 102 and the first group 103, respectively, and the two first groups do not establish the second matching relationship with the same second group, that is, the number of the second matching relationships established between the two first groups and the same second group is 0. It can be assumed that the preset value is 2, which indicates that two first groups satisfying the condition are required to establish a second matching relationship with at least the same second group to determine that the state of the information to be checked is normal. Based on this, the status of the information to be checked CN2 is determined to be abnormal.
In the above description, when determining the state of the information to be checked CN1 and/or CN2, a static construction diagram is first constructed based on the matching relationship between the information to be checked and the user group, as shown in fig. 15. And then the state of the information to be checked is further determined by adopting a counting, grading or statistical mode. Besides, the flow illustrated in fig. 6 and 7 may be adopted to sequentially judge the conditions of the conditions, and determine the state of the information to be checked according to the judgment result (see fig. 7). Take the example of determining the status of a bank card number CN 1.
On the basis of dividing the user groups, S124 is first executed to determine whether the users a01, a02, b02, c03 of which the bank card number information is CN1 are classified into different first groups. It can be seen from the comparison that the users a01, a02 and b02 are classified into the first group 101, and the user c03 is classified into the first group 102, that is, the users with the bank card number information of CN1 are classified into different first groups. Next, it is continuously determined whether the first group 101 and the first group 102 have at least one same user with the same second group. As can be seen from the comparison, the user b02 common to the first group 101 and the second group 202 exists, and the users c03 and d04 common to the first group 102 and the second group 202 exist, that is, at least one identical user exists in the first group 101 and the first group 102 and the same second group 202. Therefore, the status of the to-be-checked information CN1 can be determined to be normal.

and the state determining module is used for determining whether the state of the information to be checked is normal or abnormal according to the matching result.
