Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of virtual reality, in particular to virtual reality equipment and an information input method thereof.
Background
Virtual Reality (Virtual Reality), abbreviated as VR, also called smart technology or artificial environment, is a three-dimensional Virtual world generated by computer simulation, and provides a user with simulation of senses such as vision, hearing, touch, etc., so that the user can observe objects in the three-dimensional space in time without limitation as if he/she is in his/her own environment. When the user moves, the computer can immediately perform complex operation and return the accurate three-dimensional world video to generate the presence. The technology integrates the latest development of technologies such as computer graphics, computer simulation, artificial intelligence, sensing, display, network parallel processing and the like, and is a high-technology simulation system generated by the assistance of computer technology.
Virtual reality devices such as VR glasses, VR helmets, etc. have become a current research focus, which can provide a 360 degree immersive visual experience for the wearer. At present, various virtual reality devices all have a problem that a user cannot see both hands after wearing the virtual reality devices, and cannot complete an information input function. The current solutions are mainly of the following two types:
one solution is to draw a virtual keyboard in the VR scene and then use a virtual light beam emitted from a remote controller (or handle) to click a corresponding button on the keyboard. This method is very cumbersome to operate and severely affects the input speed.
Another solution is to capture the motion trajectory of both hands by a sensor named LeapMotion, and then display the trajectory on a virtual keyboard, and the motion of the fingers is translated into a tap on the keyboard. The problem of this kind of mode lies in that the finger is the keyboard of hitting in the air, does not touch specific object, does not have the physical feedback, and the dynamics of controlling when hitting like this also can be tired for a long time to operate. And the user can not control the specific movement amount, and is difficult to draw a stable track, so that the stability and reliability of the input are poor, and the speed and accuracy of the information input are influenced. Meanwhile, the mode has to be fixed at the current position when information is input, cannot be moved randomly and is poor in flexibility.
Therefore, how to improve the speed and accuracy of head-mounted virtual device information input is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently at present.

Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a method of operating a virtual reality device according to a first embodiment of the present invention is proposed, the method including the steps of:
and S11, displaying an input interface, wherein the input interface comprises at least two first keys.
Specifically, when information needs to be input, the virtual reality device automatically displays an input interface, and the input interface at least comprises two first keys. For example, the input interface comprises an information input box and a virtual keyboard, and the virtual keyboard comprises at least two first keys. The first key on the virtual keyboard can be a Sudoku key, a full keyboard key or other keys. The first key can be one of letter keys, number keys, symbol keys, character keys, stroke keys and the like or a combination of at least two of the letter keys, the number keys, the symbol keys, the character keys, the stroke keys and the like.
And S12, receiving touch information of a user on a second key on the remote controller, wherein the touch information is sent by the remote controller, and at least part of the first key and part of the second key have a corresponding relation.
In the embodiment of the invention, the remote controller (or called handle) and the virtual reality equipment are in communication connection in a wired or wireless mode, for example, wireless communication connection is established through Bluetooth, WIFI and the like. At least two second keys are arranged on the remote controller, wherein at least part of the first keys and part of the second keys have corresponding relations, and optionally, all the first keys on the input interface and all the second keys on the remote controller have one-to-one corresponding relations. The second key can be one of letter keys, number keys, symbol keys, character keys, stroke keys and the like or a combination of at least two of the letter keys, the number keys, the symbol keys, the character keys, the stroke keys and the like.
The layout of the first keys on the input interface and the layout of the second keys on the remote controller can be the same, can be partially the same or can be different.
Optionally, the second key on the remote controller may be a touch key, such as a capacitive touch key, a resistive touch key, or the like, and the second key may be visible or invisible to the user. Preferably, the touch key area is protruded or recessed from the surface of the remote controller to enhance the touch feeling when the user touches the second key. For example, the remote controller has a touch screen, a plurality of protruding second keys are arranged on the touch screen, and each second key has a capacitive sensor capable of sensing the touch operation of a finger.
Optionally, the second key on the remote controller may also be a physical key, so that the user can feel more intense when touching the second key.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user holds the remote controller by hand and touches the second key on the remote controller by a finger, the remote controller receives and records the touch information of the user touching the second key, and sends the touch information to the virtual reality equipment, and the virtual reality equipment receives the touch information. The touch information is information of touching the second key, and includes one or a combination of at least two of touch operations such as a sliding operation, a clicking operation, a pressing operation and the like on the second key.
In an embodiment, the touch information includes first touch information and second touch information. The first touch information may be information of different or same touch operations for the same second key in sequence, or information of different touch operations for different or the same second key.
Optionally, when the second key is a touch key, the first touch information is information of first touching a second key (e.g., sliding onto the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key, and the like) and the second touch information is information of pressing the second key after the first touching (i.e., increasing the touch pressure based on the first touching). For example, when the user touches a second key for the first time, the remote controller sends first touch information to the virtual reality device, and when the user presses the second key again, the remote controller sends second touch information to the virtual reality device.
Optionally, when the second key is a touch key, the first touch information is information of first touching a second key (e.g., sliding onto the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key, and the like) and the second touch information is information of continuously touching the second key after the first touching (i.e., the finger does not leave the second key after the first touching) for a preset time. The preset time can be set according to needs, such as 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, and the like. For example, when the user touches a second key for the first time, the remote controller sends first touch information to the virtual reality device, and when the user continuously touches the second key for 2 seconds, the remote controller sends second touch information to the virtual reality device.
Optionally, when the second key is a touch key, the first touch information is information of first touching the second key (e.g., sliding onto the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key, and other touch operations on the second key), and the second touch information is information of first touching and then clicking the second key (i.e., lifting a finger to touch the second key again after first touching). The number of clicks can be set as desired, such as single click, double click, triple click, etc. For example, when the user touches a second key for the first time, the remote controller sends first touch information to the virtual reality device, and when the user clicks the second key again, the remote controller sends second touch information to the virtual reality device.
Optionally, when the second key is a physical key, the first touch information is information of pressing a second key for the first time, and the second touch information is information of pressing the second key again after the first time (i.e., lifting the finger to touch the second key again after the first time). For example, when the user presses a second key for the first time, the remote controller sends first touch information to the virtual reality device, and when the user presses the second key again, the remote controller sends second touch information to the virtual reality device.
Optionally, when the second key is a physical key, the first touch information is information of pressing a second key for the first time, and the second touch information is information of continuously pressing the second key after the first time (that is, after the first time, the finger keeps pressing the gesture without leaving the second key). The preset time can be set according to needs, such as 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, and the like. For example, when the user presses a second key for the first time, the remote controller sends first touch information to the virtual reality device, and when the user continuously presses the second key for 2 seconds, the remote controller sends second touch information to the virtual reality device.
And S13, selecting a first key corresponding to the touched second key on the input interface according to the touch information and inputting information.
Specifically, after receiving the touch information, the virtual reality device determines a second key touched by the user on the remote controller according to the touch information, and then selects a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface according to a corresponding relationship between the first key and the second key, so as to input information.
When the touch information comprises first touch information and second touch information, in an embodiment, when the first touch information is received, the virtual reality device highlights a first key corresponding to the touched second key on the input interface; and when the second touch information is received, the virtual reality equipment inputs the information corresponding to the highlighted first key, and optionally, the highlighted state of the first key is released at the same time. Optionally, only one first key can be highlighted on the input interface at a time, and therefore, before one first key is highlighted, the highlighted states of other first keys are released. By the mode of highlighting and then inputting information, a user can know which key is currently touched before inputting information, misoperation is prevented, and input accuracy is improved.
For example:
when the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user touches a second key for the first time (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and other touch operations on the second key), the virtual reality device highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when receiving the information that the user presses the second key again (i.e. the touch pressure is increased on the basis of the first touch), the virtual reality device inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user touches a second key for the first time (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and other touch operations on the second key), the virtual reality device highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; and when receiving the information of the preset time when the user continuously touches the second key (namely the finger does not leave the second key after the first touch), the virtual reality device inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user touches a second key for the first time (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and other touch operations on the second key), the virtual reality device highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when information that the user clicks the second key again (namely, the user lifts the finger to touch the second key again after touching for the first time) is received, the virtual reality device inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a physical key and information that a user presses a second key for the first time is received, the virtual reality equipment highlights a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when receiving the information that the user presses the second key again (i.e. lifts the finger to touch the second key again after pressing for the first time), the virtual reality device inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a physical key and information that a user presses a second key for the first time is received, the virtual reality equipment highlights a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; and when receiving the information of the preset time that the user continuously presses the second key (namely the finger keeps pressing the gesture and does not leave the second key after pressing for the first time), the virtual reality equipment inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
In addition, in other embodiments, when the first touch information is received, the virtual reality device highlights a first key corresponding to a currently touched second key on the input interface; and when the second touch information is received, the virtual reality equipment inputs the information corresponding to the first key corresponding to the currently touched second key.
The virtual reality device can highlight the first key on the input interface in the following way:
optionally, on the input interface, changing the display parameter of the first key corresponding to the touched second key, or changing the display parameter of the character on the first key corresponding to the touched second key to distinguish the character from other first keys. The display parameters include one or a combination of at least two of brightness, color, size, shape and transparency, for example, the brightness of a first key is increased to highlight the first key. In addition, for the characters on the first key, changing the font of the characters, thickening the characters, inclining the characters and the like can also be included.
Optionally, on the input interface, a special effect is displayed on the first key corresponding to the touched second key to distinguish from other first keys. The special effects comprise one or the combination of at least two of the special effects such as a stereo effect, a flash effect and a dynamic effect.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the highlighting may be performed in other manners besides the highlighting described above, as long as the highlighting can be distinguished from other first keys, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
For example, by adopting the information input method of the embodiment of the invention, a user can conveniently input information by the following modes:
the user wears the VR helmet and enters a certain interface needing to input information in the VR interface. The VR headset pops up an input interface including the squared figure button in the VR scene. The user holds the remote controller, slides on the protruded touch keys, when a certain touch key senses that a finger is on the upper surface, data is transmitted to the VR helmet, and the VR helmet changes the corresponding key on the input interface into highlight display. When the user presses the key on the remote controller, the VR helmet changes the highlighted key on the input interface to the pressed state. The input method module of the VR helmet gives a plurality of candidate words according to the pressed keys and displays the candidate words on the input interface, and a user can select corresponding candidate words to input in the same way or select corresponding candidate words to input in other ways in the prior art.
According to the information input method of the virtual reality equipment, the first key corresponding to the second key on the remote controller is displayed on the input interface, the touch information of the user on the second key on the remote controller, which is sent by the remote controller, is received, and the first key corresponding to the touched second key is selected on the input interface to input information. Therefore, a user can realize information input in a VR scene by directly touching keys on the remote controller, the usual use habit of the user is kept, and the speed and the accuracy of information input of the head-mounted virtual realization device are effectively improved.
On one hand, compared with an input mode of controlling keys on an input interface by emitting light beams through a remote controller, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention is more direct, simple, convenient and quick to operate, and is beneficial to improving the information input speed of the head-mounted virtual implementation equipment. On the other hand, compared with an input mode of hitting a virtual keyboard in the air, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need a user to accurately click a certain position in the air, and only needs to operate the keys on the remote controller, so that the method is beneficial to keeping a stable feeling for the user, ensuring the stability of an input track, improving the stability and reliability of operation, and being beneficial to improving the speed and accuracy of head-mounted virtual realization of equipment information input; moreover, the user can input while walking, input at a certain fixed position is not needed, and the flexibility of head-mounted virtual device input is improved.
The embodiment of the invention adopts an operation mode of operating the keys on the touch remote controller, and the user has developed habits when using mobile terminals such as mobile phones, so that the operation of the user is more convenient and natural without discomfort. Compared with the operation mode of inputting in the three-dimensional space in a spaced mode, the method changes the use habit of the user, enables the user not to control the specific movement amount, and is difficult to draw a stable track, so that the method provided by the embodiment of the invention is more stable and reliable in operation, and is beneficial to inputting information quickly and accurately.

In the embodiment of the invention, when a user holds the remote controller by hand and touches the second key on the remote controller by a finger, the remote controller receives and records the touch information of the user touching the second key and sends the touch information to the virtual reality equipment, and the receiving module of the virtual reality equipment receives the touch information. The touch information is information of touching the second key, and includes one or a combination of at least two of touch operations such as a sliding operation, a clicking operation, a pressing operation and the like on the second key.
In an embodiment, the touch information includes first touch information and second touch information. The preset time can be set according to needs, such as 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 3 seconds, and the like.
An information input module: and the touch control module is used for selecting a first key corresponding to the touched second key on the input interface according to the touch information and inputting information.
Specifically, after receiving the touch information, the information input module first determines a second key touched by the user on the remote controller according to the touch information, and then selects a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface according to a corresponding relationship between the first key and the second key, so as to input information.
When the touch information comprises first touch information and second touch information, in one embodiment, when the first touch information is received, the information input module highlights a first key corresponding to the touched second key on the input interface; when the second touch information is received, the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the highlighted first key, and optionally, the highlighted state of the first key is released at the same time.
For example:
when the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user firstly touches a second key (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and the like) the information input module highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when information that the user presses the second key again (namely, the touch pressure is increased on the basis of the first touch) is received, the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user firstly touches a second key (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and the like) the information input module highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when receiving the information of the user continuously touching the second key (namely the finger does not leave the second key after the first touch) for the preset time, the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a touch key, when receiving information that a user firstly touches a second key (such as sliding to the second key, clicking the second key, pressing the second key and the like) the information input module highlights the first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when information that the user clicks the second key again (namely, the second key is touched again by lifting the finger after the first touch) is received, the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a physical key and information that a user presses a second key for the first time is received, the information input module highlights a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when receiving the information that the user presses the second key again (i.e. lifts the finger to touch the second key again after pressing for the first time), the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
When the second key is a physical key and information that a user presses a second key for the first time is received, the information input module highlights a first key corresponding to the second key on the input interface; when receiving the information of the preset time that the user continuously presses the second key (namely the finger keeps pressing the gesture and does not leave the second key after pressing for the first time), the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the currently highlighted first key.
In addition, in other embodiments, when the first touch information is received, the information input module highlights a first key corresponding to a currently touched second key on the input interface; and when the second touch information is received, the information input module inputs the information corresponding to the first key corresponding to the currently touched second key.
The information input module can highlight the first key on the input interface in the following way:
optionally, on the input interface, changing the display parameter of the first key corresponding to the touched second key, or changing the display parameter of the character on the first key corresponding to the touched second key to distinguish the character from other first keys.
