Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a heater, and more particularly to a heater for heating a liquid.
Background
Heaters are commonly used electrical heating devices. It has high heat power and wide application, and people can not leave it more and more. The core of the heater principle is energy conversion, most widely electric energy to heat energy, such as an electric heater. Some heaters in the prior art, such as heaters for heating liquids, have large volume and single shape and structure, and cannot be applied to small and medium-sized devices.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of providing a heater which has a simple structure and can be applied to small and medium-sized devices.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a heater comprising
A heating body;
the outer shell is sleeved outside the heating body; and
a connecting portion provided on the heating body;
the shell body is detachably arranged outside the heating body through the connecting part, the connecting part is matched with the heating body to form a closed liquid storage cavity, a liquid inlet communicated with the liquid storage cavity is formed in the connecting part, and a liquid outlet communicated with the liquid storage cavity is formed in the shell body.
Preferably, the heating body is rod-shaped, the outer shell is a tube with one end sealed, and the open end of the outer shell is connected with the connecting part.
Preferably, the liquid outlet is a plurality of through holes uniformly arranged along the length direction of the tube body.
Preferably, the heating body is an electric heating rod, and the outer shell is a circular tube with one end sealed.
Preferably, the connecting portion is tubular, the inner diameters of the two ends of the connecting portion are different, the heating body penetrates through the connecting portion and is connected with the smaller inner diameter end of the connecting portion, the outer shell is connected with the larger inner diameter end of the connecting portion, and the liquid inlet is a through hole formed in the connecting portion.
Preferably, one end of the connecting part, which is used for being connected with the outer shell, is provided with an internal thread, and an open end of the outer shell is provided with an external thread which is used for being in threaded connection with the internal thread.
Preferably, the liquid inlet is provided with a liquid inlet pipe.
The heater has the advantages of simple and small structure, low cost, small occupied space and capability of being placed in small and medium-sized devices, ensuring the heating effect and providing more space for arranging other parts in the devices. In addition, because the heater is uniformly provided with a plurality of liquid outlets, the outflow quantity (or evaporation quantity) and the outflow position (or evaporation position) of the heated liquid (or gas) can be uniformly distributed.

Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention discloses a heater comprising:
a heating body 1;
an outer shell 2, which is sleeved outside the heating body 1; and
the connecting part 3 is arranged on the heating body 1, the outer shell 2 is fixed outside the heating body 1 through the detachable connection with the connecting part 3 and is matched with the connecting part 3 to form a closed liquid storage cavity 7, namely, the space surrounded by the outer shell 2, the heating body 1 and the connecting part 3 is the liquid storage cavity 7; the connecting part 3 is provided with a liquid inlet 4 communicated with the liquid storage cavity 7 for introducing liquid to be heated, and the outer shell 2 is provided with a liquid outlet 5 for leading out the heated liquid.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the heating body 1 is rod-shaped, and the outer casing 2 is a tube with one end closed and the other end open, and the open end is connected to the connecting portion 3. The liquid outlet 5 is a through hole arranged on the tube body. This liquid outlet 5 set up quantity and set up the structure not only, for example can set up a plurality ofly and form a row of liquid outlet 5 along the length direction of body, also can set up multirow liquid outlet 5 along the circumference of shell body 2, and it is concrete can be according to actual need and decide, for example need make the liquid after the heating spout with the form that sprays etc.. Evenly set up the outflow position and the outflow of the liquid after a plurality of liquid outlets 5 evenly distributed heating on outer casing 2, make the liquid after the heating can be from the many places even outflow of outer casing 2 to some use needs that need the device of many places thermally equivalent of adaptation, or have a plurality of reaction points, the use needs of the device of the reaction solution after the needs many places receiving heating. Preferably, the heating body 1 in this embodiment is an electric heating rod, the outer shell 2 is a circular tube with a closed end, and the liquid outlet 5 is a plurality of circular holes arranged at intervals along the length direction of the tube.
Further, the connecting portion 3 is fixedly disposed at one end of the heating body 1, preferably at one end of the heating body 1 having a lower temperature during operation or at a non-heating area, and of course, the connecting portion 3 and the heating rod may be integrally formed. Connecting portion 3 in this embodiment is the tubulose, and its both ends internal diameter varies, and heating member 1 passes connecting portion 3 and rather than the less end fixed connection of internal diameter, and shell body 2 is rather than the great detachable connection of end of internal diameter. Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the end of the connecting portion 3 having a larger inner diameter in the present embodiment is provided with an internal thread, and the corresponding end of the outer case 2 is provided with an external thread for threaded connection with the internal thread of the connecting portion 3. The liquid inlet 4 is disposed in the middle of the connecting portion 3, and may be formed by forming a through hole. Alternatively, the inlet 4 may be provided in the outer housing 2. And set up inlet 4 on connecting portion 3, namely locate the one end of heater, can be convenient for wait to heat the liquid and spread rapidly to being full of whole stock solution chamber. Preferably, in order to facilitate the introduction of the liquid for heating, the heater of this embodiment is further provided with a liquid inlet pipe 6 on the liquid inlet 4.
When the liquid storage device is applied specifically, liquid to be heated is introduced into the liquid storage cavity 7 through the liquid inlet pipe 7, the electric heating rod is connected with the external power supply, the liquid flow speed and flow of the liquid supply end are controlled, and the heating speed of the liquid in the liquid storage cavity 7 is balanced with the flow speed and flow of the introduced cold liquid.
The heater has simple structure and low cost, and the heater is arranged into a rod shape, so that the installation space of the heater can be saved, and the heater can be applied to small and medium-sized devices to provide more installation space for other components in the devices. In addition, because the liquid storage cavity 7 of the heater is completely closed, the heater can be randomly placed and arranged according to the requirement, and the heater does not need to be horizontally placed like some heaters in the prior art, so that the heater is more convenient to use.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
