Abstract
本发明涉及一种太阳能路灯,主要运用在城市街道及乡村公路等需要夜间照明路段,包括灯杆、路灯、太阳能电池和蓄电池,所述太阳能电池安装在灯杆的顶部,所述路灯安装在灯杆上部,所述太阳能路灯还包括基座,所述基座预埋在地面下,所述灯杆固接于基座,所述基座主体由混凝土制成,所述基座内部预埋有四个呈L形设置的四个地脚螺丝,所述地脚螺丝的螺纹部高出基座的上端面。本发明基座主体由混凝土制成,并通过预埋在基座主体上的地脚螺丝将灯杆固接于基座,从而保证灯杆固定更加牢固,本发明降低了路灯的能源消耗和安装线路成本,而且环保,延长了灯具的使用寿命,同时,整体结构也较为简单,生产成本较低。另外,本发明的控制器通过光控开关、人物感应器以及功率控制模块控制路灯在晚上有行人经过时亮起,从而避免了能源的浪费。

技术领域
本发明属于灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能路灯。
背景技术
随着太阳能技术的发展,太阳能运用在路灯上技术已经很成熟,但是目前太阳能板的制作成本高,导致太阳能路灯的使用成本居高不下,因此在不影响太阳能路灯正常使用的情况下,尽可能的降低生产成本将是目前主要需要攻克的难题。目前市场上有改变太阳能电路节约LED灯的用电量,从而减少用电量的要求,但这是以牺牲LED灯的亮度达到节约用电量的要求,还有增加追光器等设备,使太阳能能够更多的吸收电能,但需增加许多设备,虽然增加了电能,但生产成本高居不下,使用成本高,结构设备过多,故障率大大提高,不易普及。
上述现有技术中的太阳能路灯,整体结构较为复杂,生产成本较高,且太阳能路灯安装不牢固。同时,现有技术中的太阳能路灯通常采用光敏开关控制电路的通断,使其白天储能、晚上亮灯,而在无人经过的时段,也会亮灯,从而造成了能源的浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要解决上述现有技术中的问题,提供一种整体结构较为简单,生产成本较低,安装牢固,且在需要的时候将灯调至最亮,从而节约能源的太阳能路灯。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种太阳能路灯,包括基座、灯杆、路灯、太阳能电池板和蓄电池,所述太阳能电池安装在直管的最顶部,所述路灯安装在弯管上部,其特征在于,所述太阳能路灯还包括基座,所述基座预埋在地面下,所述灯杆固接于基座。
所述基座主体由混凝土制成,所述基座内部预埋有四个呈L形地脚螺丝,所述地脚螺丝的螺纹部高出基座的上端面。
所述太阳能路灯在灯杆内壁安装有控制器,所述控制器包括充电控制模块、放电控制模块和光控开关,所述充电控制模块连接于太阳能电池和蓄电池之间,所述放电控制模块连接于蓄电池和路灯之间,所述光控开关连接于放电控制模块。
所述人物感应器连接于功率控制模块,由控制模块控制,所述放电控制模块通过功率控制模块连接于路灯。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明基座主体由混凝土制成,并通过预埋在基座主体上的L形地脚螺丝将灯杆固接于基座,从而保证灯杆固定更加牢固,同时,整体结构也较为简单,生产成本较低,另外,本发明的控制器通过光控开关、人物感应器以及功率控制模块控制路灯在晚上有行人经过时亮起,从而避免了能源的浪费。
2.本发明以太阳光为能源,白天太阳能电池板给蓄电池充电,晚上蓄电池给路灯供电使用,无需复杂昂贵的管线铺设,可任意调整灯具的布局,安全节能无污染,无需人工操作工作稳定可靠,节省电费免维护,同时太阳能路灯各自为一个循环,无需担心像普通路灯线路断了而整体不亮。
本发明为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种结构简单、美化环境、维护方便的太阳能路灯。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,详细介绍本发明的一种实施例。
如图1所示,本发明实施例一种太阳能路灯,包括基座1、蓄电池2、灯杆3、变径接头4、直管5、太阳能电池板6、弯管7、路灯8、地脚螺丝9。所述基座1预埋在地面下,基座主体由混凝土制成,并通过预埋在基座1主体上的L形地脚螺丝9将灯杆3固接于基座1上,从而保证灯杆稳固性,基座1内设有蓄电池2,灯杆3上端与变径接头4相连接,变径接头4上连接直管5和弯管7,弯管7另一端连接路灯8,所述直管5的上端连接有太阳能电池板6,所述蓄电池2输入端与太阳能电池板6相连,输出端和路灯8相连。路灯8在灯杆3内壁安装有控制器。
如图2所示,控制器包括充电控制模块、放电控制模块和光控开关,充电控制模块连接于太阳能电池和蓄电池之间,放电控制模块连接于蓄电池和路灯之间,光控开关连接于放电控制模块。控制器还包括功率控制模块,放电控制模块通过功率控制模块连接于路灯。控制器还包括定时器,定时器连接于放电控制模块和功率控制模块之间。控制器还包括人物感应器,人物感应器连接于功率控制模块。
本发明可通过光控开关判断周围处于白天或是夜晚,从而控制路灯在夜晚开启,白天关闭。本发明也可以由定时器设定路灯开启的时间段。同时,本发明利用人、物感应器,从而判断是否有行人通过或者有移动的物体通过,并利用功率控制模块控制电路调节路灯的亮度,从而在需要时,比如有行人通过时,将路灯调节至最亮,而在无行人时段,将路灯调节至较暗状态,从而使电能得以充分利用,节约了能源。
Claims (5)
1.一种太阳能路灯,包括基座(1),所述基座(1)预埋在地面下,基座(1)内设有蓄电池(2),所述灯杆(3)固接于基座(1),灯杆(3)上端连接有变径接头(4)、变径接头(4)上连接直管(5)和弯管(7),弯管(7)另一端连接路灯(8),其特征在于:所述直管(5)的上端连接有太阳能电池板(6),所述蓄电池(2)输入端与太阳能电池板(6)相连,输出端和路灯(8)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述基座(1)主体由混凝土制成,所述基座(1)内部预埋有四个呈L形设置的地脚螺丝(9),所述地脚螺丝(9)的螺纹部高出基座(1)的上端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述太阳能路灯在灯杆(3)内壁安装有控制器,所述控制器包括充电控制模块、放电控制模块和光控开关,所述充电控制模块连接于太阳能电池板(6)和蓄电池(2)之间,所述放电控制模块连接于蓄电池(2)和路灯(8)之间,所述光控开关连接于放电控制模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括功率控制模块,所述放电控制模块通过功率控制模块连接于路灯(8)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种太阳能路灯,其特征在于,所述控制器还包括人物感应器,所述人物感应器连接于功率控制模块。
