Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to prevent the reverse rotation of the pipe string due to the reactive torque, improve the drilling and grinding efficiency of the bridge plug, avoid safety accidents and ensure the safety of constructors and equipment.
The invention provides a bridge plug drilling and grinding anti-reverse-twisting device which comprises a wellhead connecting piece and a clamping mechanism arranged above the wellhead connecting piece, wherein the clamping mechanism can rotate relative to the wellhead connecting piece, a supporting body is arranged between the wellhead connecting piece and the clamping mechanism, a pressure plate, a steel ball seat and a pressing sheet are sleeved on the supporting body in sequence from top to bottom, the clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the pressure plate, the steel ball seat is fixedly connected with the pressing sheet, and a first butterfly spring is arranged below the pressing sheet;
the pressing plate is provided with a steel ball socket, the steel ball socket is provided with an axial small hole, a cylindrical pin and a steel ball are arranged in the axial small hole, and the steel ball is arranged at the top of the cylindrical pin and is aligned with the steel ball socket on the pressing plate.
The clamping mechanism comprises a box body, a through hole is formed in the top of the box body, a roller, a screw rod and clamping jaws arranged at two ends of the screw rod are arranged in the box body, the clamping jaws are in threaded connection with the screw rod, and the threads at two ends are opposite in direction;
the roller is even and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the axis of the through hole, inverted teeth are arranged on the roller, the axis of the roller is perpendicular to the axis of the through hole, the roller is connected with a roller seat through a bearing, and the roller seat is connected with a claw through a pin.
The well head connecting piece is fixed with torque sensor and changer, torque sensor and changer electricity are connected, be equipped with the breach groove on the steel ball seat, torque sensor's contact is located the breach inslot.
The wellhead connector is a neck flange, and the torque sensor and the transmitter are both arranged on the neck of the neck flange.
And a second belleville spring is arranged between the roller seat body and the clamping jaw.
The pressing plate is fixedly connected with the lower bottom plate of the box body through screws, and the pressing plate is connected with the steel ball seat through screws.
The lower part of the support body is sleeved with a thrust self-aligning roller bearing, and the thrust self-aligning roller bearing is arranged in the neck of the neck flange.
The invention also provides a bridge plug drill grinding anti-torque monitoring system, which comprises a bridge plug drill grinding anti-torque device, a signal monitoring box arranged in a monitoring operation room, a pressure sensor and a flow sensor arranged at the outlet of the pump, wherein the pressure sensor, the flow sensor and a transmitter of the bridge plug drill grinding anti-torque device are electrically connected with the input end of the signal monitoring box, and the output end of the signal monitoring box is electrically connected with a computer.
The signal monitoring box is also provided with a comparison module and an audible and visual alarm for receiving the signals of the comparison module.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the anti-reverse twisting device for the bridge plug drill mill, the oil pipe can be clamped through the clamping mechanism, reverse rotation of the oil pipe is prevented, lifting and lowering of the oil pipe column are not affected, when an oil pipe coupling is needed, the device is in an open state only by reversely rotating the screw rod, and the drift diameter of the device is 180mm when the device is opened, so that lifting and lowering of the oil pipe column are not affected. The device simple structure, safe and reliable can effectively improve the efficiency of construction.
The bridge plug drilling and grinding anti-torque monitoring system can collect main drilling and grinding bridge plug construction data such as torque, pump pressure, displacement and the like, realize collection curve display, can set an overrun alarm value of torque, and automatically give an audible and visual alarm when the torque reaches the alarm value, prompt a driller to take measures in time so as to release the anti-torque and ensure construction safety.

Example 1:
the embodiment provides a bridge plug drill grinding anti-reverse-twisting device, which comprises a wellhead connecting piece 1 and a clamping mechanism arranged above the wellhead connecting piece 1, wherein the clamping mechanism can rotate relative to the wellhead connecting piece 1, a supporting body 4 is arranged between the wellhead connecting piece 1 and the clamping mechanism, a pressure plate 10, a steel ball seat 11 and a pressing piece 14 are sleeved on the supporting body 4 in sequence from top to bottom, the clamping mechanism is fixedly connected with the pressure plate 10, the steel ball seat 11 is fixedly connected with the pressing piece 14, and a first belleville spring 3 is arranged below the pressing piece 14;
the pressing plate 10 is provided with a steel ball socket, the steel ball seat 11 is provided with an axial small hole, a cylindrical pin 5 and a steel ball 6 are arranged in the axial small hole, and the steel ball 6 is arranged at the top of the cylindrical pin 5 and is aligned with the steel ball socket on the pressing plate 10.

on the basis of embodiment 1, this embodiment provides a bridge plug drill grinding anti-torsion device as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the clamping mechanism comprises a box body 7, a through hole 2 is arranged at the top of the box body 7, a roller 8, a screw 12 and clamping claws 18 arranged at two ends of the screw 12 are arranged in the box body 7, the clamping claws 18 are in threaded connection with the screw 12, and the directions of the threads at two ends are opposite;
the number of the rollers 8 is even, the rollers are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the axis of the through hole 2, inverted teeth are arranged on the rollers 8, the axis of the rollers 8 is perpendicular to the axis of the through hole 2, the rollers 8 are connected with roller seats 17 through bearings, and the roller seats 17 are connected with clamping claws 18 through pins.
The working process comprises the following steps: the bridge plug drill grinding anti-reverse-twisting device is connected with a blowout preventer through a wellhead connecting piece 1, a pipe column penetrates through a through hole 2 at the top of a box body 7, when drilling, a spanner is used for rotating a screw rod 12 clockwise, a roller seat 17 slides under the drive of a claw 18 to drive a roller 8 to move towards the center of the axis of the through hole 2, and the pipe column is locked by means of inverted teeth on the roller 8 to prevent the pipe column from rotating; meanwhile, as the roller 8 is fixed on the roller seat 17 through the bearing, the roller 8 can rotate, and the pipe column is ensured to move up and down under the clamping of the four rollers 8.
When the oil pipe coupling is passed, the screw rod 12 is rotated anticlockwise by a spanner to drive the roller seat 17 to open the diameter between the rollers 8 to the maximum, and the oil pipe coupling can pass smoothly.
In this embodiment, the rollers 8 are two pairs of four. A second belleville spring is arranged between the roller seat 17 and the claw 18. The pressing plate 10 is fixedly connected with the lower bottom plate of the box body 7 through screws, and the pressing plate 14 is connected with the steel ball seat 11 through screws.
The anti-reverse-twisting device for the bridge plug drill mill can clamp the oil pipe, prevent the oil pipe from reversing, but does not affect lifting and lowering of the oil pipe column, when the oil pipe coupling is needed, the device is in an open state only by reversely rotating the screw rod 12, and the drift diameter of the device is 180mm when the device is opened, so that the lifting and lowering of the oil pipe column are not affected. on the basis of embodiment 1, this embodiment provides a bridge plug drill grinds anti-reverse torque device as shown in fig. 3, be fixed with torque sensor 15 and changer 13 on the well head connecting piece 1, torque sensor 15 and changer 13 electricity are connected, be equipped with the breach groove on the steel ball seat 11, the contact of torque sensor 15 is located the breach inslot. The torque sensor 15 is fixed to the wellhead connection 1 by a sensor fixing seat 16.
In the anti-torsion process, the counter force provided by the pressure plate 10 and the steel ball seat 11 presses the contact of the torque sensor 15, the anti-torsion torque of the pipe column is transmitted to the force sensor, and then the voltage signal output by the torque sensor 15 is changed into a current signal through the transmitter 13 to be output. When the anti-torsion torque of the pipe column is larger than the maximum torque born by the device, the steel ball 6 is pushed back by the pressure plate 10, the torque born by the pressure plate 10 cannot be transmitted to the steel ball seat 11, and the whole clamping mechanism can rotate relative to the steel ball seat 11 to release the torque.
The measured value of the torque sensor 15 is multiplied by the distance between the contact point of the torque sensor 15 and the central axis of the anti-reverse torque device, i.e. the magnitude of the reverse torque to which the pipe string is subjected.
In this embodiment, the wellhead connector 1 is a neck flange, and the torque sensor 15 and the transmitter 13 are both disposed on the neck of the neck flange. The lower part of the support body 4 is sleeved with a thrust self-aligning roller bearing 19, and the thrust self-aligning roller bearing 19 is arranged in the neck of the neck flange.
Example 4:
the embodiment provides a bridge plug drill grinds anti-torque monitoring system, including the bridge plug drill grinds anti-device of turning round of embodiment 3, still including locating signal monitoring case, the pressure sensor and the flow sensor of locating pump exit of control operation room, pressure sensor, flow sensor and bridge plug drill grind anti-transmitter 13 of turning round device all are connected with signal monitoring case input electricity, computer is connected to signal monitoring case output electricity.
The signal monitoring box is also provided with a comparison module and an audible and visual alarm for receiving the signals of the comparison module.
The signal monitoring box adopts 220V alternating current power supply, and is converted into 24V direct current voltage and 5V direct current voltage by an AC-DC switching power supply. The 24V voltage supplies power to the sensor and the computer, and the 5V voltage supplies power to the instrument circuit. The transducer 13 converts the voltage signal output by the torque sensor 15 into a current signal of 4-20mA, and sends the current signal into a signal monitoring box so as to ensure long-distance signal transmission. When the reverse torque value exceeds a set threshold value, the signal monitoring box gives an alarm to remind the driller to reduce the bit pressure and prevent reverse torque.
The pressure sensor and the flow sensor are communicated with a computer through 485 interfaces, data are transmitted, and the computer displays the curves of the pump pressure, the torque and the flow value in real time.
