技术领域:
本发明涉及一种闸门技术。
背景技术:
电动闸门都需要在门框的两边设置导槽,已有的导槽都是呈U形的,需要用螺丝从U形导槽的槽口进入并穿过U形导槽的底固定在门框上,受U形导槽的结构所决定,在一个水平面上只能用一根螺丝固定,因此,牢固度差,而且,固定时,受狭小的槽口所制约,操作起来很不方便。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种固定方便且牢固的电动闸门用导槽。
本发明是这样实现的,包括U形槽、设置在U形槽两边的翼片,翼片的外侧边缘上设置有竖板,竖板的内侧设置有斜向着U形槽外侧壁的外凸缘,对着外凸缘的U形槽外侧壁上设置有内凸缘,外凸缘、内凸缘构成镶嵌槽,镶嵌槽的外侧设置有盖板,盖板的两边设置有镶嵌进镶嵌槽内的竖板,竖板的外侧对应内凸缘、外凸缘分别设置有倒钩,盖板的内侧板面靠在内凸缘、外凸缘的外侧面上,倒钩的止面靠在内凸缘、外凸缘内侧面上,倒钩的外侧面呈向内倾斜的斜面。
使用时,先通过穿过U形槽两边的翼片的螺丝将导槽固定在门框上,然后用盖板将翼片遮盖,由于盖板的竖板上所设置的是倒钩,一旦盖板上的竖板镶嵌进内凸缘、外凸缘所构成的镶嵌槽内并倒钩的止面卡住在内凸缘、外凸缘的内侧面上,盖板就不能脱离内凸缘、外凸缘所构成的镶嵌槽,避免盗贼取出螺丝而破坏导槽固定在门框上的牢固度,而且,盖板也起到装饰的作用。由于翼片基本不受障碍物所阻挡,因此,方便了螺丝的旋接固定。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有固定方便且牢固的优点。

如图所示,本发明U形槽1、设置在U形槽1两边的翼片2,螺丝穿过翼片2将本发明固定在门框b上,U形槽1槽口两侧设置有T形密封条安装槽3,翼片2的外侧边缘上设置有竖板4,竖板4的内侧设置有斜向着U形槽1外侧壁的外凸缘5,对着外凸缘5的U形槽1外侧壁上设置有内凸缘6,外凸缘5、内凸缘6构成镶嵌槽a,镶嵌槽a的外侧设置有盖板7,盖板7的两边设置有镶嵌进镶嵌槽a内的竖板8,竖板8的外侧对应内凸缘5、外凸缘6分别设置有倒钩9,盖板7的内侧板面7a靠在内凸缘5、外凸缘6的外侧面上,倒钩9的止面9a靠在内凸缘5、外凸缘6内侧面上,倒钩9的外侧面9b呈向内倾斜的斜面。
在外凸缘5、内凸缘6所构成的镶嵌槽a的外面两侧设置有挡墙10,挡墙10的高度不小于盖板7的厚度,设置挡墙10,可防止盗贼撬动盖板7.
在内凸缘5、外凸缘6的外侧面、内侧面间设置有台阶11,这样,既保证内凸缘5、外凸缘6具有足够的刚性,同时,使内凸缘5、外凸缘6具有一定的弹性,以便倒钩9穿过外凸缘5、内凸缘6所构成的镶嵌槽a。

1.一种电动闸门用导槽,其特征在于包括U形槽、设置在U形槽两边的翼片,翼片的外侧边缘上设置有竖板,竖板的内侧设置有斜向着U形槽外侧壁的外凸缘,对着外凸缘的U形槽外侧壁上设置有内凸缘,外凸缘、内凸缘构成镶嵌槽,镶嵌槽的外侧设置有盖板,盖板的两边设置有镶嵌进镶嵌槽内的竖板,竖板的外侧对应内凸缘、外凸缘分别设置有倒钩,盖板的内侧板面靠在内凸缘、外凸缘的外侧面上,倒钩的止面靠在内凸缘、外凸缘内侧面上,倒钩的外侧面呈向内倾斜的斜面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动闸门用导槽,其特征在于在外凸缘、内凸缘所构成的镶嵌槽的外面两侧设置有挡墙,挡墙的高度不小于盖板的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动闸门用导槽,其特征在于在内凸缘、外凸缘的外侧面、内侧面间设置有台阶。
