Abstract

The yarn splicing and bobbin replacement device can be used for yarn splicing and bobbin replacement under the condition that equipment operation is not stopped, the yarn replacement process is simplified, the downtime is reduced, the generation efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the cleaning difficulty is greatly reduced, and the labor intensity of staff is reduced.

Technical Field

Background
The ring spinning technology is the most widely used spinning technology at home and abroad at present, while twisting is an important link of short fiber spinning, in the process, a sliver output by a front roller passes through a wire ring riding on the edge of a steel collar through a yarn guiding hook and is wound on a bobbin of a spindle in a tight manner, and when the spindle rotates, the wire ring rotates along the steel collar due to the traction of the tension of the sliver, so that the sliver obtains twist. The space between the front roller and the bead ring can be divided into a spinning section and a gas-filled section due to the existence of the yarn guiding hook. In the twisting and returning transmission process, friction of the yarn guide hook in the circumferential direction of the sliver plays a role in preventing the sliver from rotating, so that a twisting phenomenon is generated; the sliver is subjected to frictional resistance when passing through the bead ring, and a twisting resistance phenomenon is generated. Therefore, the twist of the spinning section is the smallest in the whole twisting process, and is also the place where the breakage is most easily generated.

Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, it is necessary to provide a plate-like false twisting device for a ring spinning frame.
The false twisting device comprises a twisting device for twisting yarns, a transmission mechanism for providing power for the twisting device, and a lappet for mounting the twisting device and the transmission mechanism, wherein the lappet comprises a fixed part and a movable part, the fixed part is fixedly connected with a bracket of the ring spinning frame, and the movable part can rotate around the fixed part so as to drive the twisting device and the transmission mechanism to realize transmission disengagement and engagement;

Detailed Description

The lappet 5 comprises a fixed part 51 and a movable part 52, which are connected through a rotating shaft, a torsion spring is arranged in the middle of the lappet, the fixed part 51 is fixedly connected with a bracket 6 of a ring spinning frame, and the movable part 52 can rotate around the fixed part 51; when the bobbin 10 needs to be replaced or the yarn 1 needs to be reconnected, only the movable part 52 needs to be uncovered, and at the moment, the movable part 52 can drive the gear part of the twisting wheel 22 to be disconnected with the gear of the gear shaft 32 arranged on the fixed part 51, so that the machine does not need to be stopped; when twisting needs to be restarted, only the movable part 52 is put down, and simultaneously the gear part of the twisting wheel 22 is meshed with the gear of the gear shaft 32 arranged on the fixed part 51 again, the movable part 52 can tightly fix the part 51 to form a proper angle under the torsion of the torsion spring, so that the meshing transmission is more stable, the meshing transmission is not easy to be separated due to the influence of the transmission load, and the smooth restarting of the work is ensured; the invention designs that the gear of the transmission mechanism is separated from the gear part of the twisting wheel by turning the lappet, thereby realizing the clutch switch function of power transmission, carrying out yarn joint and bobbin replacement under the condition of not stopping the operation of the equipment, reducing the downtime and improving the production efficiency;
when twisting the yarn 1, the yarn 1 is pulled out from the front roller 8 and put on the friction rubber ring 23, then the yarn guiding steel wire 42 is pulled out from the yarn guiding porcelain 41, the yarn 1 is put into the yarn guiding porcelain 41, and then the yarn guiding steel wire 42 is released, so that the yarn 1 can be automatically pressed and stabilized due to the elasticity of the yarn guiding steel wire 42; the invention realizes single-wheel twisting, simplifies yarn changing process, simultaneously has smooth inner wall of yarn guiding porcelain 41, small resistance to yarn 1, smooth twist transmission and reduced damage to yarn 1;
because the friction rubber ring 23 is sleeved on the twisting wheel 22, the friction rubber ring 23 with the most proper hardness, roughness and width can be replaced according to the quality requirement of the yarn 1, and the quality of the yarn 1 is ensured to the greatest extent;
in detail, on-site dust and fly in a textile workshop are more, the twisting device needs to be cleaned regularly, when cleaning, the Z-shaped bent yarn guiding steel wires 42 at the upper end of the twisting wheel 22 can be pulled out through the pulling-out gland, and then the twisting wheel 22 is taken out to clean cotton dust fly accumulated in the interior, so that the cleaning difficulty is greatly reduced, and the labor intensity of staff is reduced.
