Background
The direct drinking machine is a device for providing direct drinking water, is similar to a household water purifier, and filters impurities in tap water through a built-in filter element and outputs drinking water with quality reaching the standard; the device is common in public places such as parks and the like, and provides convenience for passers-by; the direct drinking machine takes municipal tap water with water quality meeting the requirements of domestic drinking water (GB 5749-2006) as raw water.
With the development of technology, people continuously pursue humanization of operation and smooth feeling of experience on the requirements of products. At present, a direct drinking machine in the market is usually a mechanical key or a man-machine contact type touch control, and after long-time operation, the key is worn and cannot strive for identifying the functional key; or the keys are damaged and the functions fail, and the keys uniformly indicate the defect of shorter service life; and the general water dispenser only has the water taking function, has low intelligent degree of operation and can not meet the form of modern multifunctional requirements.
Therefore, the direct drinking machine is provided, the corresponding keys can be used safely for a long time, and functions are diversified and practical, so that the direct drinking machine has important significance for the field of direct drinking machines.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problems of easy failure of keys and incapability of switching functions of the conventional direct drinking machine.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a bench direct drinking machine, which comprises a direct drinking machine body, a water purifying system and a regulating and controlling system, wherein the regulating and controlling system is positioned in the direct drinking machine body and comprises a projection module, a communication module and a control module, the projection module is used for producing virtual keys in a projection way, and the working state of the projection module comprises an opening state, a closing state and a standby state; the communication module is used for receiving a touch instruction generated by operating the virtual key and sending corresponding touch instruction information to the control module; and the control module controls the on-off of the channel in the direct drinking machine body according to the acquired information.
Further, the virtual keys comprise function virtual keys and control virtual keys; the function virtual keys are used for adjusting the outflow of drinking water with set functions, and the number of the function virtual keys is multiple; the control virtual keys comprise a mode editing key, a reserved water quantity key, a switching key and a screen locking key, wherein the mode editing key is used for adding other functional virtual keys or deleting the existing functional virtual keys, the reserved water quantity key is used for setting water quantity required, the switching key is used for controlling the projection module to be in an on state or an off state, and the screen locking key enables the projection module to be in a standby state.
Further, the direct drinking machine body comprises a direct drinking machine cover plate and a direct drinking machine body, and the direct drinking machine cover plate is positioned above the direct drinking machine body; the cover plate of the direct drinking machine is provided with a water outlet and is provided with a standby start key, and the standby start key is used for adjusting the standby state of the direct drinking machine to be a start state.

Further, the tee pipe A comprises an input channel, a first channel and a second channel, the tee pipe B comprises an output channel, a third channel and a fourth channel, the heating module is located between the first channel and the third channel, the second channel is directly communicated with the fourth channel, the input channel is communicated with the water purifying system, and the output channel is communicated with the water outlet pipe.
Further, the regulation and control system further comprises a regulation module; the adjusting module is used for receiving instruction information of the control module and directly controlling the on-off of the channel;
the adjusting module comprises a hot water electromagnetic flow valve and a cold water electromagnetic flow valve, wherein the hot water electromagnetic flow valve is used for adjusting the on-off state of the fourth channel, and the cold water electromagnetic flow valve is used for adjusting the on-off state of the third channel.
Further, the projection module comprises a laser virtual laser projector, the laser virtual laser projector comprises a projection lamp, and the projection lamp is arranged on the direct drinking machine cover plate.
Further, the regulation and control system further comprises a processing unit and a storage unit, wherein the processing unit is used for processing the touch control instruction received by the communication module, and the storage unit is used for storing touch control instruction information processed by the processing unit.
Further, the direct drinking machine body further comprises a water inlet and an electric connection port, wherein the water inlet is communicated with the water purification system, and the electric connection port is positioned at the bottom of the direct drinking machine body.
Further, the water outlet is positioned at the tail end of the water outlet pipe.
According to the on-table direct drinking machine, virtual keys are projected through the virtual laser projector, and control operation of the direct drinking machine is achieved through touch control of the virtual keys; the direct drinking machine has simple structure and easy operation, and further improves the practicability and functionality.

The embodiment provides a table-mounted direct-drinking machine, as shown in fig. 1-6, comprising a direct-drinking machine body and a water purification system 500, wherein the direct-drinking machine body comprises a direct-drinking machine cover plate 410 and a direct-drinking machine body 420, and the direct-drinking machine cover plate 410 is positioned above the direct-drinking machine body; the cover plate 410 of the instant drinking machine is provided with a water outlet 411. The direct drinking machine body further comprises a water inlet and an electric connection port, wherein the water inlet is communicated with the water purification system 500, and the electric connection port is positioned at the bottom of the direct drinking machine body. The water outlet 411 is located at the end of the water outlet tube 427.
Wherein, after the original water enters from the water inlet of the instant drinking machine, the original water further enters the water purifying system 500; in the water purification system 500, the raw water is prefiltered by an activated carbon filter element and a solution spray filter element, and then further filtered by a reverse osmosis membrane with the pore size of ten-thousandth of a micron, so as to obtain purified water.
Importantly, the on-table direct drinking machine also comprises a regulating and controlling system, wherein the regulating and controlling system is positioned in the direct drinking machine body and comprises a projection module 100, a communication module 200 and a control module 300,
The projection module 100 is configured to project and generate a virtual key, and the working states of the projection module 100 include an on state, an off state, and a standby state; the communication module 200 is configured to receive a touch instruction generated by operating on the virtual key, and send corresponding touch instruction information to the control module 300; the control module 300 controls the on-off of the channel in the body of the instant drinking machine according to the acquired information. The stand-by start key 412 is mounted on the cover 410 of the instant drinking machine, and the stand-by start key 412 is used for adjusting the stand-by state of the instant drinking machine to the start state.
In particular, the module is produced by high efficiency holographic optical element illumination with a red diode laser; the projected positions of all the virtual keys become projection panels, the positions of the projection panels are not fixed, and a user can adjust the positions according to the needs; all the virtual keys are uniformly distributed on the projection panel; the projected projection panel does not occupy the space of the direct drinking machine, meanwhile, materials are saved, the problem of key damage caused by long-term pressing of the virtual keys is avoided, and the service life is prolonged.
In detail, the virtual keys include a function virtual key and a control virtual key; the function virtual keys are used for adjusting the outflow of drinking water with set functions, and the number of the function virtual keys is multiple; the control virtual keys comprise a mode editing key, a reserved water quantity key, an on-off key and a screen locking key, wherein the mode editing key is used for adding other functional virtual keys or deleting the existing functional virtual keys, the reserved water quantity key is used for setting water required quantity, the on-off key is used for controlling the projection module to be in an on state or an off state, and the screen locking key enables the projection module to be in a standby state, so that consumption of electric quantity can be saved when a direct drinking machine is used after a certain time is spaced, and time for restarting the projection module 100 is shortened.
Specifically, the projection module 100 includes a laser virtual laser projector, the laser virtual laser projector includes a projection lamp 150, and the projection lamp 150 is disposed on the drink fountain cover 410. Wherein, a part of the cover plate 410 of the instant drinking machine is located right above the instant drinking machine body, another part of the body of the instant drinking machine is staggered with the top end of the instant drinking machine body, because the projection lamp 150 and the water outlet 411 cannot be shielded, the cover plate is naturally arranged on the bottom surface of the part of the cover plate staggered with the top end of the instant drinking machine body.
The communication module 200 is configured to receive a touch instruction generated by operating on the virtual key, and send corresponding information to the control module 300, where the communication module 200 implements sending and receiving of information through wireless transmission; the control module 300 controls the on-off of the channel in the body of the instant drinking machine according to the received information;
Further, a heating module 428 and a conveying assembly are disposed in the body 420 of the instant drinking machine, the conveying assembly comprises a three-way pipe a and a three-way pipe B, the heating module is disposed between the three-way pipe a and the three-way pipe B, and the heating module is used for heating the normal temperature water flowing through the heating module.
In detail, the tee a includes an input channel 421, a first channel 422 and a second channel 423, the tee B includes an output channel 424, a third channel 425 and a fourth channel 426, the heating module 428 is located between the first channel 422 and the third channel 425, the second channel 423 is directly communicated with the fourth channel 426, the input channel 421 is communicated with the water purifying system 500, and the output channel 424 is communicated with a water outlet pipe 427. Wherein the drinking water flowing through the third passage 425 is hot water, and the drinking water flowing through the fourth passage 426 is hot water.
Wherein the regulation system further comprises a regulation module 310; the adjusting module 310 is configured to receive instruction information of the control module 300 and directly control on-off of the channel; specifically, the adjusting module 310 includes a hot water electromagnetic flow valve 311 and a cold water electromagnetic flow valve 312, the hot water electromagnetic flow valve 311 is used for adjusting the on-off state of the fourth channel 425, and the cold water electromagnetic flow valve 312 is used for adjusting the on-off state of the third channel 426.
Further, the regulation and control system further includes a processing unit 600 and a storage unit 700, where the processing unit 600 is configured to process the touch instruction received by the communication module, and the storage unit 700 is configured to store the touch instruction information processed by the processing unit 600.
Taking milk powder brewed by babies as an example, the use process of the instant drink machine is further described: firstly, electrifying the whole direct drinking machine, finding out the position of a projection panel, touching a switch key on the projection panel, and touching a milk powder key required by the touch; further, the communication module 200 receives the touch information of the milk powder key, sends the information to the control module 300, and the control module 300 sends the processed information to the adjustment module 310 after the information is processed, so that the adjustment module 310 can indirectly control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve according to the parameters set in the control module. Specifically, according to the parameters corresponding to the milk powder key, the solenoid valve is controlled to be opened and the opening time is controlled, so that the drinking water at the temperature required by brewing the milk powder is obtained, wherein the drinking water suitable for brewing the milk powder flows out from the water outlet 411 of the instant drinking machine.
After the milk powder is soaked, if a user wants to brew a cup of tea for the user, the user can operate the screen locking key, and the touch instruction information corresponding to the screen locking key enables the direct drinking machine to be in a standby state, so that the consumption of electric quantity is reduced. The user can adjust the standby state to the on state by operating the standby on key 412 on the lid 410 of the instant drinking machine; further touching the tea making key on the projection panel, the drinking water suitable for making tea leaves flows out from the water outlet 411 of the direct drinking machine.
In summary, according to the on-table direct drinking machine provided by the invention, the virtual key can be projected by the laser virtual laser projector, and the function control of the direct drinking machine is realized by the touch operation of the virtual key; the virtual keys with rich functions correspond to different function selections, meet various requirements of users, and further add and delete the virtual keys with the functions; the direct drinking machine can be in a standby state according to the screen locking key, and further electricity consumption is reduced.
In a word, the direct drinking machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate; has longer service life and further improves the practicability and the functional value.
