Abstract

本发明公开了一种食品包装盒，包括盖体和盒体，盖体设置有盖板、两相对的第一侧板及两相对的第二侧板。第一侧板的边缘中部设置有缺口，第一侧板上对称设置有两条第一倾斜状折痕，第二侧板内壁紧贴两个对称的第一连接片。盒体设置有底板、两相对的第三侧板及两相对的第四侧板，第三侧板上对称设置有两条对称的第二倾斜状折痕，第四侧板的内壁紧贴两个对称的第二连接片。本发明美观实用，可以压平也可以立体，便于收纳，方便库存和运输。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装盒结构，特别是涉及一种可成为立体状也可以压平的包装盒结构。
背景技术
市面上常见的食品包装盒都为立体结构，盒面上设计了漂亮的图案，传统的包装盒都是在图案上进行设计与改良，在结构上进行改良的也一般是设计为一个盖体和一个盒体组成，不能够压平为一个平面，一旦压平之后就很难恢复原状，产生一些变形，变得很不美观。
因此本领域技术人员致力于发明一种可以压平也可以立体的食品包装盒，可以更好的收纳。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以压平也可以立体的食品包装盒。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了一种食品包装盒，包括盖体和盒体，盖体设置有盖板、两相对的第一侧板及两相对的第二侧板。第一侧板的边缘中部设置有缺口，第一侧板上对称设置有两条第一倾斜状折痕，第二侧板内壁紧贴两个对称的第一连接片。盒体设置有底板、两相对的第三侧板及两相对的第四侧板，第三侧板上对称设置有两条对称的第二倾斜状折痕，第四侧板的内壁紧贴两个对称的第二连接片。
盖板与第一侧板的结合部为第一折线，与第二侧板的结合部为第二折线。
底板与第三侧板的结合部为第三折线，与第四侧板的结合部位为第四折线。
较佳的，盖体和盒体均为多边形纸板一体成型结构。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明美观实用，可以压平也可以立体，便于收纳，方便库存和运输。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明：
如图1至图10所示，一种食品包装盒，包括盖体10和盒体20，盖体10设置有盖板11、两相对的第一侧板12及两相对的第二侧板13。第一侧板12的边缘中部设置有缺口18，第一侧板12上对称设置有两条第一倾斜状折痕17，第二侧板13内壁紧贴两个对称的第一连接片16，由此形成立体结构盖体10。
盒体20设置有底板21、两相对的第三侧板22及两相对的第四侧板23。第三侧板22上对称设置有两条对称的第二倾斜状折痕27，第四侧板23的内壁紧贴两个对称的第二连接片26，由此形成立体结构盒体20。
盖板11与第一侧板12的结合部为第一折线14，与第二侧板13的结合部为第二折线15。
底板21与第三侧板22的结合部为第三折线24，与第四侧板23的结合部位为第四折线25。
盖体10和所述盒体20均为多边形纸板一体成型结构。
该食品包装盒在使用时，只需将盖体10和盒体20沿折线折起即可，收纳的时候将盖体10和盒体20分别沿第一倾斜状折痕17和第二倾斜状折痕27压平，便成了非常容易收纳的平面结构，在库存和运输上面省去了很多麻烦和浪费，可以任意堆叠。同时人们对于这样的盒子也更容易反复使用，更加环保耐用，经济节约。

1.一种食品包装盒，包括盖体(10)和盒体(20)；其特征是：所述盖体(10)设置有盖板(11)、两相对的第一侧板(12)及两相对的第二侧板(13)；所述第一侧板(12)的边缘中部设置有缺口(18)；所述第一侧板(12)上对称设置有两条第一倾斜状折痕(17)；所述第二侧板(13)内壁紧贴两个对称的第一连接片(16)；所述盒体(20)设置有底板(21)、两相对的第三侧板(22)及两相对的第四侧板(23)；所述第三侧板(22)上对称设置有两条对称的第二倾斜状折痕(27)；所述第四侧板(23)的内壁紧贴两个对称的第二连接片(26)。
2.如权利要求1所述的食品包装盒，其特征是：所述盖板(11)与所述第一侧板(12)的结合部为第一折线(14)，与所述第二侧板(13)的结合部为第二折线(15)。
3.如权利要求1所述的食品包装盒，其特征是：所述底板(21)与所述第三侧板(22)的结合部为第三折线(24)，与所述第四侧板(23)的结合部位为第四折线(25)。
4.如权利要求1所述的食品包装盒，其特征是：所述盖体(10)和所述盒体(20)均为多边形纸板一体成型结构。
