storing a code spraying operation parameter (J) of man-machine interaction in a PC, storing spraying time, a point-to-point spacing distance, a character-to-character spacing distance, a length of a repeated spraying material, a constant linear speed of a spraying object, a character matrix line number, a character matrix column number, a character direction, a working mode, synchronizer precision and a circumference of a synchronizing wheel, wherein the code spraying operation parameter (J) of man-machine interaction in the PC is an original parameter which is not operated, and is mapped with a PC hard disk to store a man-machine interaction operation parameter (E) to realize redundancy control so as to realize automatic recovery when the code spraying machine is abnormal; the code spraying machine operation parameter (K) is data which can be directly scanned and sprayed in a PLC system storage and distribution module through PC operation, wherein the code spraying machine operation parameter (K) stores spraying time, dot-dot interval time, word-word interval time, dot matrix character string printing time, length time of repeated spraying materials, total dot number of the spraying dot matrix character string, distance pulse number between dots, distance pulse number between words, printing dot character pulse number, pulse number of the printing dot matrix character, pulse number of the repeated spraying materials, number of lines of a font dot matrix, number of columns of the font dot matrix, a font spraying mode and a printing mode, and the code spraying machine operation parameter (K) is data which can be directly scanned and sprayed in a PLC system storage and distribution module through the PC operation and is directly transmitted; the dot matrix character data information (L) is a dot matrix font library which is stored and printed in a PLC system storage distribution module, and the logic scanning output jet printing program (N) realizes the output printing function according to the index finger movement of the memory of the dot matrix font library; storing and printing ASCII character information (M) is that the current information which is currently printed is displayed in a PC-CHARCODE code spraying operation software system, the data of the information is stored in a PLC system storage distribution module, and the current information is uploaded to the PC-CHARCODE code spraying operation software system when communication exists; the logic scanning output jet printing program (N) selects a constant linear velocity/synchronizer operation mode to drive different logic programs according to a PC-CHARCODE code spraying operation software system, when a jet printing object works according to the constant linear velocity, the PLC system stores and distributes the running time of a module to calculate the spraying time of each point, the point-to-point interval time, the character-to-character interval time, the dot matrix character string printing time and the length time of repeated jet printing materials under the precision of 0.1ms, and scans dot matrix character data information (L) point by point under the time relationship so as to realize output printing; the jet printing object triggers the movement of an index word lattice character data information (L) pointer to realize the output printing function according to the jet printing time, the total number of points of a jet printing lattice character string, the distance pulse number between points, the distance pulse number between characters, the pulse number of printing lattice characters and the pulse number of repeated jet printing materials in the working mode of the synchronizer and the pulse number variable quantity detected by the synchronizer; the synchronous signal extraction program (O) extracts the jet printing object of the external encoder (R) and converts the jet printing object into a pulse data variable quantity which can be identified by a PLC system storage distribution module and is used by a logic scanning output jet printing program (N); the logic scanning output jet printing program (N) is transmitted to a driving nozzle for printing (Q); the external command input interface (P) is controlled by a digital switch knob in a PLC system storage distribution module, is input through an external command input block (S), and input information of the external command input interface comprises control of ascending/descending of a spray head, output measurement of each spray point, operation performance control of an ink-jet printer and selection of a printing spray head channel port.
