Description

Gravure product printing method, gravure and single gravure machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing, in particular to a gravure product printing method, a gravure plate and a single gravure machine.
Background
Intaglio printing is called intaglio printing for short and is one of four printing modes. Intaglio printing is a direct printing method, which directly imprints the ink contained in the intaglio pits on a printing stock, wherein the shade level of the printed picture is determined by the size and the depth of the pits, if the pits are deeper, the contained ink is more, and the ink layer left on the printed matter after impressing is thicker; conversely, if the pit is shallow, the amount of ink contained is small, and the ink layer left on the substrate after the imprint is thin. The intaglio printing plate is composed of pits corresponding to the original pattern and the surface of the printing plate. When printing, the ink is filled into the pits, the ink on the surface of the printing plate is scraped by the doctor blade, and the printing plate is in certain pressure contact with a printing stock to transfer the ink in the pits to the printing stock to finish printing.
The gravure printing is one of printing processes, and the advantages of thick ink layer, bright color, high saturation, high printing plate printing resistance, stable quality of printed products, high printing speed and the like of the printed products occupy an extremely important position in the fields of printing packaging and graphic publishing. From the application condition, the gravure is mainly used for fine publications such as magazines, product catalogues and the like, packaging printing and printing securities such as bank notes, stamps and the like, and is also applied to special fields such as decorative materials and the like in foreign countries; in China, gravure is mainly used for flexible package printing, and with the development of the domestic gravure technology, the gravure technology is also widely applied to paper packaging, wood grain decoration, leather materials and medicine packaging.
Of course, although gravure printing has excellent printing effects, the prepress plate making technique of gravure printing is relatively complicated, not only is the period long, but also the plate making cost is high.
In practical applications, the plate making is preceded by design of printed patterns, especially when printing for example cigarette cases and valuable packages, the requirements for patterns and colors are very high, and a large number of designed patterns are often selected to be introduced into the market. Due to incomparable intaglio printing, when a sample is printed, if the sample is printed by other printing modes with lower cost, namely proofing, the printed proofing product has a huge difference with an actual sample which is printed by intaglio printing and needs to flow into the market, under the condition, the production cost can only be increased, when the sample is printed, the sample is also printed by intaglio printing, the number of plate making is increased along with the increase of the types of designed patterns and colors, and after the sample is selected, only one or two design schemes are used for winning a bid, namely, only the intaglio printed with the design scheme for winning a bid can be used practically, and the intaglio printed with the waste design scheme is discarded, so that the production cost of proofing is greatly increased and the actual utilization cannot be realized.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a gravure product printing method, a gravure plate and a single gravure machine, and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, when a sample is printed by a gravure printing technology, the yield of waste gravure is too high, and the production cost of the sample is too high.

For example, if a pattern has 8 colors, eight partial patterns are engraved in the corresponding positions of the overall pattern, and then the 8 partial patterns are printed in steps to form the overall pattern. Therefore, this method requires a large number of printing plates, for example, 10 effect patterns are designed, each effect pattern having 8 colors on average, and that is, 80 intaglio plates need to be engraved, and the labor, electricity, and cost of the intaglio plates are enormous.

Fig. 1 is a first structural schematic diagram of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
First, as shown in fig. 1, the method for printing a gravure product provided by this embodiment includes the following steps:
a plurality of different color engraving positions 2 are arranged on the surface of the intaglio 1 along the circumferential direction;
respectively engraving partial patterns with the same color in the whole pattern on the different color engraving positions 2;
when printing a printed product, rotating the intaglio plate 1 by a preset angle along the circumferential direction of the central rotating shaft 11 of the intaglio plate, so that the different-color engraving positions 2 correspond to the printing positions of the printed product in sequence;
and sequentially printing partial patterns with the same color in the whole pattern to form the whole pattern.
Further, the engraving the partial patterns with the same color in the whole pattern on the different color engraving positions 2 respectively comprises:
and respectively engraving the local patterns with the same color in the whole pattern on the different-color engraving positions 2 according to a preset color printing sequence.
In a specific embodiment, the gravure product printing method provided by the application thoroughly changes the traditional gravure printing mode, and by the gravure product printing method, at least one gravure 1 is needed for printing patterns of multiple colors during proofing printing, so that the whole printing can be realized.
When the intaglio plate 1 is engraved, the partial patterns contained in the designed pattern need to be separated according to colors, the partial patterns with the same color are arranged into one layer, the partial patterns layered through the colors are engraved on the different color engraving positions 2 of the intaglio plate 1, when the printed product is printed, as shown in fig. 1, because the plurality of different color engraving positions 2 on the intaglio plate 1 are arranged according to the axial direction of the intaglio plate 1, after the first layer of colors in the whole pattern are printed, the different color engraving positions 2 engraved with the partial patterns with the other color are enabled to correspond to the printing positions of the printed product by rotating the preset angle along the central rotating shaft 11 of the intaglio plate 1, that is, when the partial patterns with the second color are printed, the different color engraving positions 2 corresponding to the second color are rotated to the positions of the different color engraving positions 2 of the first color, so that the partial patterns with the first color and the second color can be printed on the same printed product, by analogy, when printing each color, the intaglio plate 1 can be axially rotated by a preset angle along the central rotating shaft 11 of the intaglio plate 1, so that the corresponding different color engraving positions 2 correspond to the printing positions of the printed matter, and then the multicolor pattern can be printed on the printed matter.
As can be seen from this, since the partial patterns of a plurality of colors are engraved on the different-color engraving sites 2 along the circumferential direction of the intaglio plate 1, a general multi-color pattern can be printed in a multi-color manner only by one intaglio plate 1. If more colors are encountered, a new intaglio 1 can be added according to actual situations, for example, by the intaglio product printing method of the present application, 10 color patterns can be printed by using one intaglio 1, while 10 intaglio 1 are required in the original way, which saves the cost of 9 intaglio 1, if the color of the printed pattern is 12, then by the intaglio product printing method, 2 intaglio bodies are used, while 12 intaglio bodies are required in the original way, which saves the cost of 10 intaglio bodies, in the actual design production, the manufacturing price of 1 intaglio 1 is about 7000 yuan, while a pattern with 10 colors is printed in the original way, 10 intaglio 1, i.e. 70000 yuan, when 8 effect patterns exist in a batch of samples, 8 x 70000, i.e. 56 ten thousand yuan, however, when 10 colors are engraved on one intaglio 1 by printing in the manner of the present application, one pattern only needs 7000 yuan and 8 effect patterns only need 56000 yuan, which saves 504000 yuan, and thus, it is seen that the effect of the method has a great effect on cost saving.
In actual design production, a batch of samples generally has about 3-8 patterns, so that the manufacturing cost of each batch can be saved by at least one hundred thousand or even hundreds of thousands.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the provision of a plurality of different-color engraved sites 2 in the circumferential direction on the surface of the intaglio plate 1 includes:
the plurality of different color engraving positions 2 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the surface of the intaglio plate 1, and each different color engraving position 2 is symmetrically arranged relative to the circumferential central line 12 of the surface of the intaglio plate 1.
In one embodiment, if the overall area of the pattern to be printed is large, the different-color engraving sites 2 may be disposed at the middle position of the surface of the intaglio plate 1, so as to facilitate the adjustment and alignment of the positions of the partial patterns of the plurality of colors.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram three of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the provision of the plurality of different-color engraved sites 2 in the circumferential direction on the surface of the intaglio plate 1 includes:
arranging an even number of rows of different color engraving positions 2 on the surface of the intaglio 1 along the circumferential direction, wherein the different color engraving positions 2 in each row are symmetrically arranged along the circumferential central line 12 of the surface of the intaglio 1;
in any two rows of the different color engraved locations 2 symmetrical to the circumferential center line 12, the directions from the top side 21 to the bottom side 22 of the different color engraved location 2 are opposite.
In one embodiment, if the total area of the printed pattern is not very large, the number of intaglio plates 1 can be further reduced by providing the even number of rows of different-color engraving sites 2, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the even number of rows of different-color engraving sites 2 are circumferentially arranged along the surface of the intaglio plate 1, for example, after printing the partial pattern corresponding to the color of the right row in the drawing, all the colors of the different-color engraving sites 2 are printed, the intaglio plate 1 can be entirely reversed left and right (with respect to fig. 3 and 4), and since the different-color engraving sites 2 of the circumferential centerline 12 are oriented in the opposite direction from the top edge 21 to the bottom edge 22 of the different-color engraving sites 2, the row of different-color engraving sites 2 that is symmetrical with respect to the circumferential centerline 12 after being reversed will also correspond to the printing position of the printed product, so that the intaglio plate 1 after the reversal of left and right can be printed in accordance with the original position of the printed product, the partial patterns on the different-color engraving positions 2 which are symmetrical relative to the circumferential central line 12 are continuously matched with the printed patterns to form an integral pattern.
In this way, the remaining positions on the intaglio plate 1 can be further used, and the purpose of saving the intaglio plate 1 can be achieved.
With continued reference to fig. 3, two rows of the different-color engraving positions 2 are circumferentially arranged on the surface of the intaglio plate 1, and the two rows of the different-color engraving positions 2 are symmetrically arranged along a circumferential center line 12 of the surface of the intaglio plate 1;
the two rows of the different color engraved locations 2 are oppositely oriented from the top edge 21 to the bottom edge 22 of the different color engraved locations 2.
In practical use, the two rows of different-color engraving positions 2 are arranged in a common and common manner.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a first intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention also provides an intaglio plate, comprising an intaglio plate body, wherein the surface of the intaglio plate body is provided with a plurality of different color engraving sites 2 for engraving partial patterns having the same color in the overall pattern;
the plurality of different-color engraving positions 2 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the surface of the intaglio body.
Wherein the intaglio body can be referred to as intaglio 1 shown in fig. 1-4, and the intaglio body is not re-labeled herein.
In a specific embodiment, the gravure product printing method provided by the application thoroughly changes the traditional gravure printing mode, and by the gravure product printing method, when proofing printing is performed, the whole printing can be realized only by one gravure body at least for printing patterns of multiple colors.
When the intaglio body is engraved, the partial patterns contained in the designed pattern need to be separated according to colors, the partial patterns with the same color are arranged into one layer, the partial patterns layered through the colors are engraved on the different color engraving positions 2 of the intaglio body, and when the printed matter is printed, as shown in fig. 1, because the plurality of different color engraving positions 2 on the intaglio body are arranged according to the axial direction of the intaglio body, after the first layer of colors in the overall pattern are printed, the partial patterns with the other color can be axially rotated by a preset angle along the central rotating shaft 11 of the intaglio body, so that the different color engraving positions 2 on which the partial patterns with the other color are engraved correspond to the printing positions of the printed matter, that is, when the partial patterns with the second color are printed, the different color engraving positions 2 corresponding to the second color are rotated to the positions of the different color engraving positions 2 of the first color, so that, the local patterns of the first color and the second color can be printed on the corresponding positions of the same printed matter, and by parity of reasoning, when each color is printed, the local patterns can rotate by a preset angle along the axial direction of the central rotating shaft 11 of the intaglio body, so that the corresponding different-color engraving positions 2 correspond to the printing positions of the printed matter, and the multicolor patterns can be printed on the printed matter.
It can be seen that, since the partial patterns of a plurality of colors are engraved on the different-color engraving sites 2 along the circumferential direction of the intaglio body, a general multi-color pattern can be printed in a multi-color manner by only one intaglio body. If the situation that the color is more is met, a new printing plate 1 can be added according to the actual situation, for example, through the gravure product printing method, 10 color patterns can be printed by using one gravure body, 10 gravure bodies are needed in the original mode, the cost of 9 gravure bodies is saved, if the color of the printed pattern is 15, through the gravure product printing method, 2 gravure bodies can be used, 15 gravure bodies are needed in the original mode, the cost of 13 gravure bodies is saved, and the effect of saving the cost is obvious.
Fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, wherein each of the different-color engraving sites 2 is symmetrically arranged with respect to a circumferential center line 12 of the surface of the intaglio body.
In one embodiment, if the overall area of the pattern to be printed is large, the different-color engraving sites 2 may be disposed at the middle position of the surface of the intaglio body, so as to facilitate the adjustment and alignment of the positions of the partial patterns of the plurality of colors.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram three of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an intaglio according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the surface of the intaglio body is provided with even rows of the different color engraving sites 2 along the circumferential direction, and each row of the different color engraving sites 2 is symmetrically arranged along the circumferential center line 12 of the surface of the intaglio body;
in any two rows of the different color engraved locations 2 symmetrical to the circumferential center line 12, the directions from the top side 21 to the bottom side 22 of the different color engraved location 2 are opposite.
In one embodiment, if the total area of the printed pattern is not very large, the number of intaglio body can be further saved by arranging the even number of rows of different color engraving sites 2, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the even number of rows of different color engraving sites 2 are arranged along the surface circumference of the intaglio body, for example, after printing the partial pattern corresponding to the color of the right row in the drawing, all the colors of the different color engraving sites 2 are printed, the intaglio body can also be reversed left and right (relative to fig. 3 and 4), and since the orientation of the different color engraving sites 2 relative to the circumferential center line 12 is opposite from the top edge 21 to the bottom edge 22 of the different color engraving sites 2, the row of different color engraving sites 2 which is shifted and is symmetrical to the already printed different color engraving sites 2 relative to the circumferential center line 12 will also correspond to the printing position, therefore, the gravure body after the left-right exchange can be continuously printed according to the original position of the printed product, so that the partial patterns on the different-color engraving positions 2 which are symmetrical relative to the circumferential central line 12 are continuously matched with the printed patterns to form the whole patterns.
Further, two rows of the different color engraving positions 2 are arranged on the surface of the intaglio body along the circumferential direction, and the two rows of the different color engraving positions 2 are symmetrically arranged along the circumferential central line 12 of the surface of the intaglio body;
the two rows of the different color engraved locations 2 are oppositely oriented from the top edge 21 to the bottom edge 22 of the different color engraved locations 2.
In practical use, the two rows of different-color engraving positions 2 are arranged in a common and common manner.
The invention also provides a single-concave machine which comprises the concave plate 1.
Since the detailed structure, functional principle and technical effect of the intaglio plate 1 have been described in detail in the foregoing, detailed description is omitted here. Therefore, reference is made to the above description for any technical contents relating to the intaglio plate 1.
