The roller mechanism is arranged in the groove, the push plate is slidingly connected to the fixed template through the guide mechanism, the cylinder body of the push plate cylinder is fixedly arranged on the push plate, the rod end of the piston rod of the push plate cylinder is fixedly arranged on the fixed template, and the push plate can be driven to move back and forth along the guide mechanism; the cylinder body of the tensioning cylinder is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the push plate, the rod end of a piston rod of the tensioning cylinder is connected with the tensioning sliding block, and the tensioning sliding block is slidingly connected on the push plate and is opposite to the roller mechanism on the fixed die plate. Background
Plastic injection molds are tools for producing plastic products and are very widely used. As shown in fig. 1A, the product needs to be molded into a piece 20 on the mesh fabric 10, and is finally integrated, and the intermediate area mesh fabric (woven fabric) 10 is still in a tight state before being molded, and the intermediate area mesh fabric (woven fabric) 10 is not loosened after being molded. Therefore, the industry is in urgent need of an injection mold capable of ensuring the quality of products.

The push plate is a frame-shaped member, and a tensioning cylinder and a tensioning sliding block connected with the rod end of a piston rod of the tensioning cylinder are respectively arranged on four side walls of the push plate.
Grooves are respectively formed in the four outer sides of the fixed die plate, and roller mechanisms are respectively arranged in the four grooves.
The roller mechanism consists of two rollers and more than two fixed clamping blocks; the two or more fixed clamping blocks are respectively arranged at two ends of the two rollers, and the two rollers are arranged in parallel and can rotate freely; the fixed clamping block is provided with a hanging needle for hanging the mesh cloth.
The surface of the tensioning sliding block is provided with a grid groove for installing the adhesive tape, and the rubber strip is installed in the grid groove.
After the scheme is adopted, the device comprises the fixed die plate, the push plate oil cylinder, the tensioning sliding block, the tensioning oil cylinder and the roller mechanism, wherein the push plate can compress the screen cloth under the drive of the push plate oil cylinder, the tensioning oil cylinder can drive the tensioning sliding block to outwards move, and the rubber strip on the tensioning sliding block is matched with the roller mechanism arranged on the fixed die plate, so that the screen cloth can be outwards tensioned, and the product is always in a tensioned state during injection molding.

As shown in fig. 1, the invention relates to a pre-tensioning die for quickly and efficiently compacting fabrics, which comprises a fixed template 1, a push plate 2, a push plate oil cylinder 3, a tensioning sliding block 4, a tensioning oil cylinder 5, a roller mechanism 6, a guide mechanism 7 and a hanging needle 8.
The fixed template 1 is a tetragonal body, grooves 11 are respectively formed in the four outer sides of the fixed template, and the roller mechanisms 6 are respectively arranged in the four grooves 11.
The push plate 2 is slidingly connected to the fixed template 1 through a guide mechanism 7, a cylinder body of the push plate oil cylinder 3 is fixedly arranged on the push plate 2, a rod end of a piston rod of the push plate oil cylinder 3 is fixed on the fixed template 1, and the push plate 2 can be driven to move back and forth along the guide mechanism 7 to complete the compressing action on the mesh fabric (woven fabric) 10 (shown in figure 1A).
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the push plate 2 is a frame-shaped member, the four side walls of the push plate are respectively provided with a tensioning cylinder 5, the cylinder body of the tensioning cylinder 5 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the push plate 2, the rod end of a piston rod of the tensioning cylinder 5 is connected with a tensioning sliding block 4, and the tensioning sliding block 4 is slidingly connected on the push plate 2 and is opposite to a roller mechanism 6 on the fixed die plate 1.
The tensioning slider 4 set up the net groove 41 that is used for installing the adhesive tape on the surface, the rubber strip is installed in net groove 41 to reduce area of contact, increase pressure, avoid the screen cloth to be destroyed at the tensioning process.
As shown in fig. 5, the roller mechanism 6 is composed of two rollers 61 and three fixed clamping blocks 62; the three fixing clamping blocks 62 are respectively arranged at the two ends and the middle of the two rollers 61, and the two rollers 61 are arranged in parallel and can rotate freely. A hanging needle 8 for hanging the mesh cloth 10 (shown in fig. 1A) is mounted on the fixing clamp block 62.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 1A, the working principle of the present invention is as follows:
the push plate 2 compresses the mesh cloth 10 under the drive of the push plate oil cylinder 3; the tensioning cylinder 5 drives the tensioning sliding block 4 to move outwards, and the rubber strip on the tensioning sliding block 4 is matched with the roller mechanism 6 arranged on the fixed template 1 to tension the mesh outwards, so that the mesh 10 is always in a tensioned state during injection molding.
The invention has the following key points: the device is provided with a tensioning cylinder, a tensioning sliding block and a push plate cylinder.
