The superhard material grinding wheel is generally composed of a substrate and an abrasive layer, which are bonded together by an adhesive. The bonding process of the grinding material layer of the superhard grinding wheel and the substrate has great influence on the service life and the safe use performance of the grinding wheel. At present, the bonding of the grinding layer and the matrix of the superhard grinding wheel is usually completed by manual operation, firstly, the grinding wheel matrix 1 is placed on a reference flat plate, then, the grinding blocks with the bonding surfaces coated with the bonding agent 2 are sequentially attached to the outer circumferential surface of the grinding wheel matrix 1, and are sequentially compressed under the action of bolts 7 arranged on a fixed ring 8 by utilizing compression blocks 9 (in a free state, the contact surfaces with the grinding blocks are arc surfaces matched with the outer arc of the grinding blocks) which are in one-to-one correspondence with the grinding blocks 3 until the whole grinding layer is spliced, as shown in fig. 1.
The existing bonding process of the grinding material layer and the matrix of the superhard grinding wheel has the following problems: (1) The requirement on the matching degree of the pressing block and the grinding block is high (the pressing block is matched with the diameter of the grinding wheel), so that the bonding clamp is high in pertinence and limited in universality; (2) The pressing force of the bolt on the grinding wheel block is mainly controlled manually, and the consistency of the force is poor, so that the bonding strength between the grinding wheel block and the base body is different; (3) Because each abrasive block is rigidly contacted and pressed by the bolt, the adhesive stress between the abrasive block and the grinding wheel matrix is large after the abrasive block is solidified by a thermosetting process, and the abrasive block is easy to fall off under the action of grinding force in the using process; and (4) the traditional bonding process is complex to operate and low in production efficiency.
