the feeding quick-opening mechanism can meet the grinding requirements of different types and specifications of strip steel and can be quickly opened when meeting a welding seam;
the pressure sensor detects and feeds back a pressure grinding hydraulic cylinder in the grinding wheel pressure grinding mechanism, so that the constant pressure grinding force of the grinding wheel can be kept, and the grinding quality is ensured;
by grinding, the edge quality of the strip steel is improved, abnormal abrasion of various rollers caused by the edge problem of the strip steel is reduced, and the service cycle of the rollers is prolonged.
Second embodiment
The embodiment provides a method for grinding the edge part of a thin plate strip steel. The method comprises the following steps:
step S1, tensioning the strip steel by a strip steel tensioning mechanism, and pressing the strip steel by a pressing roller mechanism;
step S2, controlling a driving motor in the feeding quick-opening mechanism to adjust the position of the grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the width and thickness of the strip steel, and stopping adjustment when the grinding wheel for grinding contacts the strip steel;
step S3, detecting the pressure of a grinding wheel on the edge of the strip steel through a force sensor, driving the grinding wheel to rotate by a motor when the pressure reaches a preset value, forming a preset speed difference between the grinding wheel and the strip steel, and grinding the edge of the strip steel;
step S4, synchronizing the grinding process of the blowing mechanism and the grinding wheel, and processing the debris residue generated by grinding;
step S5, when a welding seam is detected, the feed quick-opening mechanism releases strip steel and stops grinding; recovering the state before the detection of the welding seam after the welding seam passes;
and step S6, adjusting the contact position of the grinding wheel and the strip steel after the grinding wheel grinds the strip steel to a preset degree, and repeating the steps S2 to S4.
The method for grinding the edge of the thin strip steel has the following beneficial effects: the feeding quick-opening mechanism can meet the grinding requirements of different types and specifications of strip steel and can be quickly opened when meeting a welding seam; the pressure sensor detects and feeds back a pressure grinding hydraulic cylinder in the grinding wheel pressure grinding mechanism, so that the constant pressure grinding force of the grinding wheel can be kept, and the grinding quality is ensured; by grinding, the edge quality of the strip steel is improved, abnormal abrasion of various rollers caused by the edge problem of the strip steel is reduced, and the service cycle of the rollers is prolonged.

Claims (8)

1. A method of grinding a sheet strip edge, the method comprising the steps of:
step S1, tensioning the strip steel by a strip steel tensioning mechanism, and pressing the strip steel by a pressing roller mechanism;
step S2, controlling a driving motor in the feeding quick-opening mechanism to adjust the position of the grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the width and thickness of the strip steel, and stopping adjustment when the grinding wheel for grinding contacts the strip steel;
step S3, detecting the pressure of a grinding wheel on the edge of the strip steel through a force sensor, driving the grinding wheel to rotate by a motor when the pressure reaches a preset value, forming a preset speed difference between the grinding wheel and the strip steel, and grinding the edge of the strip steel;
step S4, synchronizing the grinding process of the blowing mechanism and the grinding wheel, and processing the debris residue generated by grinding;
step S5, when a welding seam is detected, the feed quick-opening mechanism releases strip steel and stops grinding; recovering the state before the detection of the welding seam after the welding seam passes;
and step S6, adjusting the contact position of the grinding wheel and the strip steel after the grinding wheel grinds the strip steel to a preset degree, and repeating the steps S2 to S4.

A thin strip edge grinding apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises: the device comprises a base frame, a strip steel tensioning mechanism, a compression roller mechanism, a feeding quick-opening mechanism, a grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism and a blowing mechanism; wherein,
the base frame is used for fixing the strip steel tensioning mechanism, the compression roller mechanism, the feeding quick-opening mechanism, the grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism and the blowing mechanism;
the strip steel tensioning mechanism is used for tensioning strip steel;
the compression roller mechanism is used for compressing the strip steel;
the feeding quick-opening mechanism is used for adjusting the position of the grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism in the horizontal and vertical directions;
the grinding wheel press grinding mechanism is used for grinding the strip steel with preset press grinding force;
and the blowing mechanism is used for treating the scrap residue generated in the grinding process of the grinding wheel press grinding mechanism.
3. The thin plate strip edge grinding apparatus of claim 2, wherein the feed quick opening mechanism is further configured to detect a weld, in particular to:
when a welding seam is detected, the feeding quick-opening mechanism releases the strip steel and stops grinding; and after the welding seam passes, recovering to detect the state before the welding seam.
4. The thin plate strip edge grinding apparatus of claim 2, wherein the strip tensioning mechanism comprises: four symmetrical tensioning rollers, tensioning roller bearings and bearing seats;
the four tension rollers which are symmetrical in pairs are connected with the base frame through the tension roller bearings and the bearing seats, the speed reducer is connected with the speed-adjustable motor to drive the four tension rollers, and the action of tensioning the strip steel is realized through different speeds of the four tension rollers in the device.
5. The thin plate strip edge grinding apparatus of claim 2 wherein the roller mechanism comprises: the device comprises a compression roller hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder connecting rod joint, a connecting rod, a supporting seat and a compression roller;
the compression roller hydraulic cylinder and one end of the supporting seat are fixed on the base frame, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the supporting seat, one end of the connecting rod is hinged to the compression roller hydraulic cylinder through the hydraulic cylinder connecting rod joint, the compression roller is fixed on the connecting rod through the bearing seat, and the compression roller hydraulic cylinder is controlled to compress the strip steel.

The thin plate strip edge grinding apparatus of claim 2, wherein the feed quick opening mechanism comprises: the device comprises a fixed supporting plate, a vertical driving motor, a horizontal slider sliding rail, a belt, a driven wheel, a horizontal fixed plate, a vertical moving plate, a lead screw, a vertical slider sliding rail, a driving wheel, a horizontal moving plate, a lead screw ball seat and a working plate; wherein,
the horizontal fixing plate is fixed with the fixing support plate through a bolt; the horizontal driving motor, the horizontal sliding block sliding rail, the belt and the driven wheel are fixed on the horizontal fixing plate, and the horizontal moving plate moves on the horizontal fixing plate through the horizontal sliding block sliding rail; the vertical moving plate passes through a lead screw, a vertical slide block slide rail and a lead screw ball seat and is fixed on the horizontal moving plate; the vertical driving motor is fixed on the horizontal moving plate and connected with the lead screw through the coupler, the working plate is fixed on the vertical moving plate, and the vertical moving plate moves on the horizontal moving plate through the vertical sliding block sliding rail.

The thin plate strip edge grinding apparatus of claim 6 wherein said grinding wheel sharpening mechanism comprises: the grinding device comprises a pressure grinding hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder connection, a lever arm, a hinge block, a front lever arm, a grinding wheel driving connecting rod and a grinding wheel;
the grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism is divided into an upper strip steel edge grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism and a lower strip steel edge grinding wheel press-grinding mechanism, two groups of grinding wheels are distributed on two sides of the base frame respectively, and the grinding wheels are four groups in total, so that grinding of the two sides of the strip steel on the upper side and the lower side is realized;
correspondingly, the corresponding feed quick-opening mechanisms for adjusting the position of the strip steel are also four groups;
the feeding quick-opening mechanism is connected with a working plate of the feeding quick-opening mechanism through a hinge block, a press-grinding hydraulic cylinder is fixed on a vertical moving plate, a lever arm is connected with the press-grinding hydraulic cylinder through a hydraulic cylinder, a front lever arm is connected with the lever arm and hinged with the hinge block, a force-measuring sensor is installed on the lever arm, and a grinding wheel is connected with the front lever arm through a grinding wheel driving connecting rod.
