The invention provides a clamping assembly, comprising: the upper cover body 100, the lower cover body 200 and the elastic clamping piece 300, wherein the elastic clamping piece 300 is movably arranged at the edge of the upper cover body 100;
an accommodating space is formed between the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200, and is used for the elastic clamping piece 300 to linearly reciprocate between the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200; a clamping space for clamping the object is formed between the bottom of the elastic clamping member 300 and the lower cover body 200.
Wherein, the accommodating space formed between the upper cover body 100 and the lower cover body 200 is fixed, the elastic clamping piece 300 linearly reciprocates in the accommodating space, and the size of the clamping space between the bottom of the elastic clamping piece 300 and the lower cover body 200 changes along with the reciprocating movement of the elastic clamping piece 300.
When the elastic clamping piece 300 is at rest, the bottom of the elastic clamping piece 300 is closest to the lower cover body 200, and the minimum clamping space is formed between the elastic clamping piece 300 and the lower cover body 200.
The path of the linear reciprocating movement of the elastic clip 300 is perpendicular to the inner side surface of the upper cover 100 opposite to the lower cover 200.
The clamping space is used for clamping objects, and the size change of the clamping space can adapt to clamping objects with different sizes.
When the elastic clamping member 300 moves in a direction away from the lower cover 200 and approaching the upper cover 100, the clamping space becomes larger, and at this time, the clamped object is placed into the clamping space, and the elastic clamping member 300 moves in a direction away from the upper cover 100 and approaching the lower cover 200 until the bottom of the elastic clamping member 300 contacts the clamped object. The clamping assembly is required to clamp the clamped object so that the clamped object does not fall off, the elastic clamping piece 300 can provide elastic force for clamping the clamped object in the clamping space, and under the action of the elastic force, the elastic clamping piece 300 is in contact with the clamped object and compresses the clamped object on the inner side of the lower cover body 200, so that the clamping effect on the clamped object is realized.
It can be seen that the clamping assembly provided by the invention has a simple and ingenious structure, can lightly realize the function of clamping objects, and has a very wide application prospect.
Specifically, the elastic clip 300 includes a clip body, a limiting plate 330, and an elastic mechanism; the clamping piece main body is provided with a channel for accommodating the elastic mechanism;
the upper cover body 100 is provided with a notch matched with the cross section of the clamping piece main body parallel to the upper cover plate 100, the elastic mechanism is provided with an inclined plane propped against the inner side of the notch, and the limiting plate 330 can fully cover the opening area of the notch.
Specifically, the structure of the limiting plate 330 is different from that of the clip body, and preferably, the length of the limiting plate 330 is longer than that of the clip body, so that the elastic clip 300 can smoothly move in a direction away from the lower cover 200. And, this opening structure can cooperate with limiting plate 330 to realize the spacing effect of upper cover body 100 to elastic clamping piece 300, prevent that elastic clamping piece 300 from breaking away from upper cover body 100.
The elastic mechanism comprises a spring 310 and a slider 320, wherein the slider 320 is connected to the end of the spring 310 and protrudes out of the channel; the slider 320 has a slope that abuts against the inside of the notch.
The number of the sliders 320 is two, and the two sliders 320 are respectively connected to both ends of the spring 310 and protrude from the channel.
When one end of the spring 310 is fixed on the elastic clamping member 300 and the other end is fixedly connected with the sliding block 320, the compression and extension of the spring 310 are controlled by the sliding block 320 at one end, and the stress direction is only one side, so that the sliding block 320 may slip due to unbalanced stress. To solve this problem, the sliding of the spring 310 and the slider 320 is prevented, and the slider 320 is provided with two pieces, which are respectively installed at both ends of the spring 310. With this structure, when the spring 310 is compressed and receives a symmetrical force transmitted by the slider 320, the force is balanced in the axial direction of the spring 310, and the whole operation process of the reset mechanism is more stable.
During the movement of the elastic clip 300, the slider 320 abuts against the inner side of the notch of the upper cover 100.
Because the surface of the sliding block 320 abutting against the notch is an inclined surface, when the elastic clamping piece 300 moves away from the lower cover body 200 towards the upper cover body 100, the sliding block 320 moves towards the spring 310 along the inner side of the notch and pushes the spring 310 to compress and accumulate energy; when the spring 310 releases energy to push the slider 320 to move, the elastic clip 300 is driven to move away from the upper cover 100 toward the lower cover 200.
It should be noted that, the inclined surface on the slider 320 is inclined towards the direction of the spring 310 with the limiting plate 330 as a bottom, that is, the inclined surface leans against the spring 310 and forms an acute angle with the limiting plate 330.
Preferably, the slider 320 is wedge-shaped.
Specifically, the wedge sled 320 has a surface connected to the spring 310, and a sloped surface is disposed opposite the surface along the axial direction of the spring 310, the sloped surface being at an acute angle to the bottom surface of the wedge sled 320 in a direction toward the spring 310.
In order to secure the connection between the slider 320 and the spring 310, a protruding end for extending into the spiral inner side of the spring 310 may be provided at one end of the slider 320 contacting the spring 310, so as to prevent the slider 320 from being separated from the spring 310.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the elastic clip 300 is long and its length direction is parallel to the inner side surface of the upper cover 100 opposite to the lower cover 200, and the spring 310 is parallel to the length direction of the elastic clip 300.
When the elastic clip 300 moves away from the lower cover 200 toward the upper cover 100, the slider 320 moves along the edge of the inside of the opening and compresses the spring 310. Until the elastic clip 300 moves to the maximum position far from the lower cover plate 200, the limiting plate 330 contacts with the upper cover body 100, and since the limiting plate 330 can cover the opening area of the notch, the elastic clip 300 can not move to the direction far from the lower cover body 200, at this time, the spring 310 is compressed to the maximum compression amount, and the accumulated energy reaches the maximum. When the energy accumulated by the spring 310 is released, the slider 320 is pushed to move along the edge inside the opening, so as to drive the elastic clamping member 300 to move away from the upper cover 100 toward the lower cover 200, and the elastic clamping member 300 gets closer to the lower cover 200. When the clamped object is placed in the clamping space between the elastic clamping member 300 and the lower cover body 200, the elastic clamping member 300 cannot return to the static state, the energy accumulated by the spring 310 is not completely released, and the spring 310 also has a driving force for pushing the sliding block 320, so that the elastic clamping member 300 has a downward movement trend, and the clamped object is tightly pressed on the inner side of the lower cover body 200 by the elastic clamping member 300 to achieve the effect of clamping the object.
The edge of the limiting plate 330 parallel to the length direction of the elastic clamping member 300 is provided with a receiving portion for preventing the clamped object from falling out of the clamping space.
Specifically, the closing portion is disposed along the lower edge of the limiting plate 330 parallel to the length direction of the elastic clamping member 300, and extends into the clamping space to form a contained inner buckle. When the clamped object is placed in the clamping space, the closing-in part plays a role in preventing the clamped object from sliding out of the clamping space.
The elastic clamping piece 300 is of a strip-shaped structure, a channel for arranging the spring 310 is formed along the extending direction of the elastic clamping piece, the sliding block 320 is arranged at two ends of the spring 310 and extends out of two ends of the channel, and the sliding block 320 moves on the limiting plate 330.
The elastic clip 300 has a toggle portion for moving the elastic clip 300 away from the lower cover 200 toward the upper cover 100 by applying force, and the toggle portion has a groove structure formed at a bottom edge parallel to the longitudinal direction of the elastic clip 300. When the clamping assembly is required to be clamped on the clamped object, the groove structure is forced to enable the elastic clamping piece 300 to move away from the lower cover body 200 towards the upper cover body 100, the position of the clamping space is enlarged, the clamped object is placed into the clamping space, the spring 310 pushes the sliding block 320 to move towards the end of the elastic clamping piece 300 and move towards the lower cover body 200 along with the elastic clamping piece 300 until the bottom of the elastic clamping piece 300 contacts the clamped object and compresses the clamped object on the inner side of the lower cover body 200.
The invention also provides an infusion alarm which comprises a shell and any clamping assembly provided by the technical scheme, wherein the clamping assembly is arranged on one side of the shell and is used for clamping the shell to an infusion tube.
The specific structure of the clamping assembly is described in detail above and will not be described in detail here.

The clamping assembly is arranged on the shell of the infusion alarm, so that the infusion alarm can be simply and conveniently clamped on the infusion tube, and the medical staff can work conveniently.
Specifically, the housing is integrally formed with the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200.
In production, the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 of the clamping assembly can be integrally formed on the housing directly when the housing of the infusion alarm is produced, and an accommodating space for the elastic clamping piece 300 to linearly reciprocate is formed between the upper cover 100. The structure is simple and elegant, the production process is reduced, and the production cost is reduced.
Specifically, an infusion alarm circuit is arranged in the shell, a button switch is arranged on the infusion alarm circuit, and a button hole 430 for installing a button is formed in the shell.
The infusion alarm circuit is provided with a power supply, the power supply is a button battery, a battery groove for placing the button battery is formed in the shell, a battery cover 420 for protecting the battery is arranged at the notch part of the battery groove, and the battery cover 420 is in threaded connection with the shell. Further, a square groove is provided at the outer side of the battery cover 420 to facilitate the user to screw out or screw in the battery cover 420.
The alarm function of the transfusion alarm is realized by a transfusion alarm circuit, and the switch controlling the transfusion alarm circuit is a button switch. For convenience of medical staff, a button hole 430 for installing a button is formed in the housing.
The infusion alarm circuit also has the function of emitting alarm sounds, and a plurality of sound diffusion holes 410 for diffusing the alarm sounds into the uniform chalk are formed in the shell. The sound diffusing holes 410 are specifically formed by uniformly distributing two annular rings, and a sound diffusing hole 410 is formed in the annular center, wherein the diameter of the sound diffusing hole 410 in the annular center is larger than that of the sound diffusing hole 410 distributed in the annular shape.
In addition, the infusion alarm circuit is also provided with a prompt lamp for alarming, and when the infusion alarm sends out an alarm message, the prompt lamp flashes to remind a patient or medical staff. Correspondingly, an indicator hole 440 for the light of the indicator to penetrate is formed in the shell.
The shell is of a prolate square structure, corners of the cuboid are provided with chamfer angles, and the shell has good touch feeling. The height of the housing is smaller, the upper cover 100 and the lower cover 200 of the clamping assembly are respectively flush with two surfaces formed by the long and wide sides of the housing, and the length of the elastic clamping piece 300 is adapted to the long side of the housing.
It can be seen that the infusion alarm provided with the clamping assembly can be tightly clamped on the infusion tube, so that medical staff can conveniently take medical measures to ensure normal infusion of patients.
