Abstract

本发明涉及一种肋骨髓内钉,包括导向部以及固定部;所述导向部与所述固定部不在同一平面上;所述导向部的一端为锥部,所述锥部的端部呈圆弧状;所述导向部的另一端为连接部;所述固定部与所述导向部通过所述连接部相连接,所述固定部的两侧设置有抱爪;所述抱爪与所述固定部大致呈垂直。本发明的肋骨髓内钉具有微创功能,明显降低病患疼痛强度,增加肺活量,减少肺部病发症的发生,缩短平均住院时间。

一种肋骨髓内钉
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其涉及到一种肋骨髓内钉。
背景技术
传统的肋骨骨折治疗方法为对肋骨骨折的患者给予止痛剂,或者用胸部外固定带固定,虽然减轻了疼痛,但使呼吸状态变差;其次,后来出现的肋骨板固定装置,在一定程度上减轻了病患的疼痛,且不妨碍病患的呼吸状态,但是创口面积较大,需要做开胸手术方可进行安装。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种操作方便、安全可靠的肋骨髓内钉。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种肋骨髓内钉,包括导向部以及固定部;所述导向部与所述固定部不在同一平面上;所述导向部的一端为锥部,所述锥部的端部呈圆弧状;所述导向部的另一端为连接部;所述固定部与所述导向部通过所述连接部相连接,所述固定部的两侧设置有抱爪;所述抱爪与所述固定部大致呈垂直。
进一步的,所述固定部上设置有固定螺钉孔。
进一步的,肋骨髓内钉的材质具有一定的弹性。
同现有技术相比,本发明的特点和进步如下:
1、本发明的肋骨髓内钉的端部呈圆弧状,无尖角,具有导向作用,便于在肋骨内移动。
2、本发明的肋骨髓内钉的材质具有一定的弹性,可根据需要自行变形。
3、本发明的肋骨髓内钉的固定部的两侧设置有抱爪,能更好的将其固定于错位断裂肋骨上。
4、本发明的肋骨髓内钉的导向部与固定部不在同一平面上,有利于肋骨髓内钉的固定。
5、本发明的肋骨髓内钉具有微创功能,明显降低病患疼痛强度,增加肺活量,减少肺部病发症的发生,缩短平均住院时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-4所示,一种肋骨髓内钉1,包括导向部7以及固定部8;导向部7与固定部8不在同一平面上;导向部7的一端为锥部9,锥部9的端部4呈圆弧状,无尖角,具有导向作用,便于在肋骨内移动;导向部7的另一端为连接部10;固定部8与导向部7通过连接部10相连接,固定部8的两侧设置有抱爪2,能更好的将其固定于错位断裂肋骨上;抱爪2与固定部8大致呈垂直;固定部8上设置有固定螺钉孔3。肋骨髓内钉1的材质具有一定的弹性,可根据需要自行变形。
如图5所示,肋骨5的A处为肋骨骨折处,发生了错位;利用肋骨髓内钉1对骨折处进行手术操作;操作方法如下:(1)在肋骨骨折处的适当位置,选择入口6,通过配套工具,建立手术通道;(2)如图6-7所示,肋骨髓内钉1进入已建立的手术通道入口6,通过手动移动已错位骨折肋骨,将其恢复至原位,肋骨髓内钉1通过复位的骨折肋骨,将其固定;(3)如图8-11所示,当肋骨髓内钉1进入肋骨并将其复位后,使用特定夹紧工具将抱爪2紧抱于肋骨上;若需要,当抱爪2固定后,可使用螺纹钉加强固定于固定螺钉孔3。

1.一种肋骨髓内钉,其特征在于:包括导向部(7)以及固定部(8);所述导向部(7)与所述固定部(8)不在同一平面上;所述导向部(7)的一端为锥部(9),所述锥部(9)的端部(4)呈圆弧状;所述导向部(7)的另一端为连接部(10);所述固定部(8)与所述导向部(7)通过所述连接部(10)相连接,所述固定部(8)的两侧设置有抱爪(2);所述抱爪(2)与所述固定部(8)大致呈垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肋骨髓内钉,其特征在于:所述固定部(8)上设置有固定螺钉孔(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的肋骨髓内钉,其特征在于:肋骨髓内钉的材质具有一定的弹性。
