Abstract

本发明提供了一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,由以下重量百分比的组分充分混合制成:防腐剂0~40%,乙氧基喹啉2~20%,二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)0.5~10%,茶多酚1~20%,蛋氨酸羟基类似物0.5~2%,其余为二氧化硅。本发明提供的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,同时采用具有抗氧化与抑菌防腐功能的复配添加剂,克服了鱼粉实际生产及储存中蛋白质腐败和油脂氧化的问题,将其添加到鱼粉中能够更高效的维持鱼粉的新鲜度。

Description

一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及动物饲料添加剂的技术领域,具体涉及一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂。
背景技术
鱼粉蛋白质含量丰富,氨基酸组成与全鱼鱼体氨基酸组成类似,是饲料中重要的蛋白质来源,同时富含多种必须脂肪酸、矿物质、维生素等动物所需营养物质,以及低的碳水合物含量和较好的适口性等优点,使其成为重要的动物性饲料原料之一,特别是在水产饲料中比重极高,可以达到50%的用量,而我国是水产养殖大国,鱼粉年用量最近几年一直处于400万吨以上,用量很大,但鱼粉在实际生产及储存中不可避免的会遇到变质问题,主要是蛋白质的腐败和油脂类的氧化变质。使用变质鱼粉会对养殖鱼类的肠道和肝胰脏造成损害,影响养殖鱼类的健康成长。
对于鱼粉的保存问题,一般通过合理科学的仓储环境设计和严格的仓储制度规范来延长鱼粉的储藏时间,或者选用特定季节的鱼获制作鱼粉来得到保质期长的鱼粉,但上述方法都无法避免受到季节性的影响很大,因此更多人选用添加剂来达到保鲜的作用。自1953年开始就有关于在鱼粉生产中加入亚硝酸钠和福尔马林作为防腐剂使用,用来防止鱼粉腐败的报道;后来人们改用酸类物质来进行防腐,能够在防腐的同时最大程度的保存营养物质,诸如甲酸和硫酸等。发展到现在,也已经有了更多更为安全高效的食品类防腐剂。
然而就目前来说,如何同时有效解决鱼粉实际生产及储存中蛋白质腐败和油脂氧化的问题,尚有待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处而提供了一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂。
为实现上述目的,所采取的技术方案:一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,由以下重量百分比的组分制成:防腐剂0~40%,乙氧基喹啉2~20%,二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)0.5~10%,茶多酚1~20%,蛋氨酸羟基类似物0.5~2%,其余为二氧化硅。
优选地,所述防腐剂的含量为10%~35%。更优选地,所述防腐剂的含量为30%。
优选地,其中乙氧基喹啉的含量为5%~10%。更优选地,所述乙氧基喹啉的含量为8%。
优选地,其中BHT的含量为2%~6%。更优选地,所述BHT的含量为4%。
优选地,其中茶多酚的含量为5%~10%。更优选地,所述茶多酚含量为8%。
优选地,其中蛋氨酸羟基类似物的含量为0.5%~1.5%。更优选地,所述蛋氨酸羟基类似物的含量为1%。
优选地,所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、双乙酸钠、乳酸,乳酸钠其中的至少一种。更优选地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、山梨酸中的至少一种。
优选地,所述茶多酚选自表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素、儿茶素、黄烷酮类、花青素类、花黄素类、酚酸类中的至少一种。
一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂的制备方法,所述抗氧化剂由上述组分物质混合均匀制成。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供了一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,同时采用具有抗氧化与抑菌防腐功能的复配添加剂,克服了鱼粉实际生产及储存中蛋白质腐败和油脂氧化的问题,将其添加到鱼粉中能够更高效的维持鱼粉的新鲜度。
具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
本发明所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其中1kg所述抗氧化剂由以下组分及其含量充分混合制成:防腐剂(苯甲酸)200g,乙氧基喹啉200g,BHT50g,茶多酚10g,蛋氨酸羟基类似物10g,二氧化硅530g。
实施例2
本发明所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其中1kg所述抗氧化剂由以下组分及其含量充分混合制成:防腐剂350g(其中包括苯甲酸150g,山梨酸200g),乙氧基喹啉20g,BHT100g,茶多酚80g,蛋氨酸羟基类似物10g,二氧化硅440g。
实施例3
本发明所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其中1kg所述抗氧化剂由以下组分及其含量充分混合制成:防腐剂(山梨酸)100g,乙氧基喹啉50g,BHT20g,茶多酚200g,蛋氨酸羟基类似物20g,二氧化硅610g。
实施例4
本发明所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其中1kg所述抗氧化剂由以下组分及其含量充分混合制成:防腐剂350g(其中苯甲酸100g,山梨酸250g),乙氧基喹啉100g,BHT60g,茶多酚30g,蛋氨酸羟基类似物5g,二氧化硅455g。
实施例5
本发明实施例1-4中的防腐剂选自国家允许的食品或饲料添加剂防腐剂,可以是选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、双乙酸钠、乳酸,乳酸钠其中的至少一种。茶多酚选自表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素、儿茶素、黄烷酮类、花青素类、花黄素类、酚酸类中的至少一种。
实施例6
为说明本发明产品的抗氧化与抑菌防腐性能,本实施例对上述实施例1及实施例2进行检测。
将上述实施例1-2的抗氧化剂按照1000g/t的添加量分别添加到新鲜鱼粉1、新鲜鱼粉2和新鲜鱼粉3中,并对其添加抗氧化剂前,和之后30天,90天,180天的VBN值、组胺和油脂酸价平均值进行检测来评价鱼粉的新鲜度。
1、挥发性盐基氮(VBN)的检测
试样处理:取鱼粉样品10.0g置于具塞锥形瓶中,加100mL水,超声浸渍30min,过滤得滤液置于冰箱备用。检测方法按GB/T 5009.44-2003中4.1.2.4微量扩散法检测。检测结果如表1所示:

如表1所示,鱼粉样品1、2、3的初始VBN值(VBN值低于110mg/100g为特级)都达到特级标准,加入上述实施例1、2制备的抗氧化剂后鱼粉腐败程度很低,放置半年后VBN值仍能达到特级。
2、组胺的检测
试样处理:取鱼粉样品10.0g置于具塞锥形瓶中,加入20mL100g/L三氯乙酸溶液,浸泡3h,过滤。吸取2.0mL滤液,置于分液漏斗中,加250g/L氢氧化钠溶液是溶液呈碱性,每次加入3mL正戊醇,振摇5min,提取三次,合并正戊醇并稀释至10.0mL。吸取2.0mL正戊醇提取液于分液漏斗中,每次加入3mL盐酸(1+11)振摇提取三次,合并盐酸提取液并稀释至10.0mL备用。检测方法按GB/T 5009.45-2003中4.4.3.2方法进行检测。检测结果如下表所示:

如表2所示,鱼粉样品1、2、3的组胺值(其中鱼粉1、3为红鱼粉,鱼粉2为白鱼粉;红鱼粉组胺值低于300mg/kg为特级,白鱼粉组胺值低于40mg/kg为特级),加入上述实施例1、2制备的抗氧化剂后鱼粉腐败程度很低,放置半年后组胺值仍能达到特级。
3、酸价的检测
检测方法按GB/T 19164-2003中附录B方法进行检测。检测结果如下表所示:

如表3所示,鱼粉样品1、2的油脂酸价值(酸价值低于3mg/g为特级),加入上述实施例1、2、3制备的抗氧化剂后鱼粉腐败程度很低,放置半年后油脂酸价仍能达到特级。
本发明的实施例3、4的仍采用上述检测方法,由于检测结果与上述表格相近,此处不再赘述。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的组分:防腐剂0~40%,乙氧基喹啉2~20%,二丁基羟基甲苯(BHT)0.5~10%,茶多酚1~20%,蛋氨酸羟基类似物0.5~2%,其余为二氧化硅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,其中防腐剂的含量为10%~35%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,其中乙氧基喹啉的含量为5%~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,其中BHT的含量为2%~6%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,其中茶多酚的含量为5%~10%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,其中蛋氨酸羟基类似物的含量为0.5%~1.5%。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂选自苯甲酸、苯甲酸钠、山梨酸、山梨酸钾、双乙酸钠、乳酸,乳酸钠其中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸、山梨酸中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂,其特征在于,所述茶多酚选自表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯、表没食子儿茶素、表儿茶素没食子酸酯、表儿茶素、儿茶素、黄烷酮类、花青素类、花黄素类、酚酸类中的至少一种。
10.一种饲料原料鱼粉用抗氧化剂的制备方法,其特征在于,由权利要求1-9的组分物质混合均匀制成。
