Abstract

本发明公开了用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂。该免疫增强剂是由中草药贯众8‑25份、槟榔26‑45份、三氯羟二酚醚10‑20份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯8‑20份组成。本发明可增强机体免疫活性,提高机体应激功能和防御功能;能用于防治刺蛾类、毒蛾类、尺蠖类等食叶害虫。此外,该发明对环境友好,适用范围广,操作简单方便、工效高,不受地理条件的限制和气候变化的影响,无水无接触性施药,对人和环境安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及防虫害能力的免疫增强剂领域,特别是指枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂。
背景技术
批把是一种口感极好的水果,富含维生素、蛋白质的等多种营养成分,且果仁、叶子和花都可以人药,所以批把在市场的需求量较大。为了满足批把在市场的需求,就需要加大种植量,提高批把的产量和质量。批把跟大多数水果种植方式基本相同,但在种植期间需要做好病虫害的防治,减少病虫害对树木和果肉的侵害,以提高批把的产量和质量。刺蛾能够安全地度过寒冷的冬天,其生长力十分旺盛,一年大约有2到3代,时成虫趋光性较高,随着年龄的增长,刺蛾渐渐从啃食椰肉和叶下表皮后变为吸食全部叶子,只剩下叶子的主脉和叶柄,直接影响了批把树的健康成长。环境与发展是全球关注的重大问题,保护生态环境、实现可持续发展,直接关系到人类的命运和前途。
同时,诸多学者也开始注意到化学药剂的大量使用随之而来的是害虫的抗药性问题,因此,如何安全实施药剂和解决害虫抗药性是各国政府目前面临的棘手问题之一。植物源制剂—植物性农药与微生物性农药一起同属于生物性农药。因其含有的植物活动成分安全性好,对人、畜、有益生物毒性低,不产生药害,在环境中易降解,低残留或无残留,与环境相容性好,无公害,不存在环保问题,而且因其作用机制和方式的独特、多样性,对病虫具有较好的活性,病虫不易产生抗药性,是安全高效无公害的病虫害防治药剂。
现在,国内应用的植物性农药主要有印谏素(其有效成分为甘露聚糖肽)、除虫菊浸出膏、烟碱制剂、鱼藤酮制剂、苦参碱、茵篙素制剂、乙蒜素制等。但中草药的应用还很少见。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,可用于防治刺蛾类、毒蛾类、尺蠖类等食叶害虫,可增强机体免疫活性,提高机体应激功能和防御功能。
一种用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,其组成按重量份为:贯众8-25份、槟榔26-45份、三氯羟二酚醚10-20份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯8-20份。
一种用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将贯众、槟榔烘干。
2)将1)中所得贯众、槟榔粉碎后混匀。
3)将1)中三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯溶于少量。
4)将2)、3)所得中草药及水溶液混匀加水蒸馏浓缩即可。
优选的,步骤1)中于60-75℃中烘干至水分少于30%。
优选的,步骤2)中粉碎至80目。
优选的,步骤3)中切片直径为1-2cm。
优选的,步骤4)中加800ml自来水蒸馏浓缩至200ml。
有益效果:
本发明的用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,对各组分的药性和药理进行了分析论证。三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯在茎、叶高残留,可用作预防性驱虫、杀虫剂。因此该提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,可增强机体免疫活性,提高机体应激功能和防虫效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对该发明进行进一步诠释。
实施例1:
一种用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,其组成按重量份为:贯众8-25份、槟榔26-45份、三氯羟二酚醚10-20份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯8-20份。
1)将贯众、槟榔、三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯烘干。
2)将1)中所得贯众、槟榔粉碎后混匀。
3)将1)中三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯溶于少量。
4)将2)、3)所得中草药及水溶液混匀加水蒸馏浓缩即可。
实施例2:
用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:贯众8、槟榔26份、三氯羟二酚醚10份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯8份。

2)将1)中所得贯众、槟榔粉碎后混匀。
3)将1)中三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯溶于少量。
4)将2)、3)所得中草药及水溶液混匀加水蒸馏浓缩即可。
实施例4:
用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂,由以下原料及其重量份数组成:贯众25份、槟榔45份、三氯羟二酚醚20份、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯20份。

1)将贯众、槟榔、三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯烘干。
2)将1)中所得贯众、槟榔粉碎后混匀。
3)将1)中三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯溶于少量。
4)将2)、3)所得中草药及水溶液混匀加水蒸馏浓缩即可。

2.用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将贯众、槟榔、三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯烘干;
2)将1)中所得贯众、槟榔粉碎后混匀;
3)将1)中三氯羟二酚醚、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯溶于少量;
4)将2)、3)所得中草药及水溶液混匀加水蒸馏浓缩即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中于60-75℃中烘干至水分少于30%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中粉碎至80目。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中切片直径为1-2cm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤4)中加800ml自来水蒸馏浓缩至200ml。
7.根据权利要求1-6所述的一种用于提高枇杷树防虫害能力的免疫增强剂的应用,其特征在于,直接喷洒至枇杷树即可。
