Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型复合空气净化器,包括壳体、空气质量检测器、储水器、负离子发生器、高效过滤网层、发光二极管、雾化器、万向轮、后盖、冷触媒层、香片、离心风机、活性炭层、收集装置、聚丙烯滤网层和光触媒网层,所述进风口中设置有多个格栅;所述壳体上设置有供储水器加水的加水口,且加水口上安装有保护盖;所述万向轮上设置有制动装置;所述离心风机的每片扇叶上均涂有银色反光粉;所述活性炭层为蜂窝颗粒活性碳层;所述离心风机的中央设置有紫外线灯,该新型复合空气净化器结构紧凑,净化效率高,适用范围广,使用简单方便,适合推广使用。

一种新型复合空气净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化设备,具体是一种新型复合空气净化器。
背景技术
传统的空气净化器,按工作原理可大致分为:过滤吸附型、静电集尘型、光触媒型、负离子型和臭氧型,上述类型的空气净化器中,过滤吸附型存在过滤网结构单一,只能过滤少数的空气杂质的缺点,而且由于过滤网过于简单,对空气杂质的过滤效果欠佳,而其他类型的空气净化器,功能都相对单一,对空气杂质有较强的针对性,且会受环境的影响,如光触媒型,一般只针对室内的甲醛、茉等有害气体,且会对室内彩色墙面、家具表面油漆有影响,另外,光触媒材料在净化室内空气时,需要一定的时间和光照,这些都制约了空气净化器的发展,而且现有的空气净化器对于吸附隔离的杂质无法进行处理,在集聚大量杂质后,空气净化器的吸附隔离功能就会下降,这是有些杂质就会掉落在空气净化器中,如果不及时清理,就会随着空气流动再次回到外面,极大地影响了净化的效率,因此,针对上述问题而设计了一种新型复合空气净化器。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种新型复合空气净化器,具有结构紧凑,净化效率高,适用范围广,使用简单方便等优点,通过优化整体结构,满足不同使用要求。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新型复合空气净化器,包括壳体、空气质量检测器、储水器、负离子发生器、高效过滤网层、发光二极管、雾化器、万向轮、后盖、冷触媒层、香片、离心风机、活性炭层、收集装置、聚丙烯滤网层和光触媒网层,所述壳体上设置有进风口、智能显示屏和功能按键;所述空气质量检测器和空气温湿度感应器均设置在壳体中;所述储水器固定安装在壳体内;所述聚丙烯滤网层设置在壳体内,并位于储水器一侧;所述负离子发生器设置在聚丙烯滤网层上;所述光触媒网层设置在聚丙烯滤网层的后方;所述高效过滤网层设置在光触媒网层后方;所述冷触媒层设置在高效过滤网层后方;所述活性炭层设置在冷触媒层后方;所述发光二极管固定安装在光触媒网层的两侧上;所述雾化器设置在储水器的底端;所述万向轮固定安装在壳体的底部;所述离心风机设置在壳体内的转动轴上;所述收集装置设置在高效过滤网层和活性炭层的正下方;所述后盖与壳体后端配合连接;所述香片设置在后盖上。
进一步,所述进风口中设置有多个格栅。
进一步,所述壳体上设置有供储水器加水的加水口,且加水口上安装有保护盖。
进一步,所述万向轮上设置有制动装置。
进一步,所述离心风机的每片扇叶上均途有银色反光粉。
进一步,所述活性炭层为蜂窝颗粒活性碳层。
进一步,所述离心风机的中央设置有紫外线灯。
本发明的有益效果是:该新型复合空气净化器的进风口中设置有多个格栅,第一步减少空气中颗粒杂质的进入;所述壳体上设置有供储水器加水的加水口,且加水口上安装有保护盖,方便加水和保护加入的水不会被污染;所述万向轮上设置有制动装置,方便移动和停放;所述离心风机的每片扇叶上均涂有银色反光粉,使光线能够更加有效的发散,增加净化器中的光照面积;所述活性炭层为蜂窝颗粒活性碳层,更加有效的吸附空气中的杂质;所述离心风机的中央设置有紫外线灯,进一步降低空气中的有害无和杂质,并且该新型复合空气净化器结构紧凑,净化效率高,适用范围广,使用简单方便,适合推广使用。

如图1至图3所示:一种新型复合空气净化器,包括壳体1、空气质量检测器3储水器5、负离子发生器6、高效过滤网层7、发光二极管8、雾化器9、万向轮10、后盖11、冷触媒层12、香片13、离心风机14、活性炭层15、收集装置16、聚丙烯滤网层17和光触媒网层18,其特征在于:所述壳体1上设置有进风口2、智能显示屏19和功能按键20;所述空气质量检测器3和空气温湿度感应器4均设置在壳体1中;所述储水器5固定安装在壳体1内;所述聚丙烯滤网层17设置在壳体1内,并位于储水器5一侧;所述负离子发生器6设置在聚丙烯滤网层17上;所述光触媒网层18设置在聚丙烯滤网层17的后方;所述高效过滤网层7设置在光触媒网层18后方;所述冷触媒层12设置在高效过滤网层7后方;所述活性炭层15设置在冷触媒层12后方;所述发光二极管8固定安装在光触媒网层18的两侧上;所述雾化器9设置在储水器5的底端;所述万向轮10固定安装在壳体1的底部;所述离心风机14设置在壳体1内的转动轴上;所述收集装置16设置在高效过滤网层7和活性炭层15的正下方;所述后盖11与壳体1后端配合连接;所述香片13设置在后盖11上。
作为本发明的优化技术方案:所述进风口2中设置有多个格栅;所述壳体1上设置有供储水器5加水的加水口,且加水口上安装有保护盖;所述万向轮10上设置有制动装置;所述离心风机14的每片扇叶上均涂有银色反光粉;所述活性炭层15为蜂窝颗粒活性碳层;所述离心风机14的中央设置有紫外线灯。
具体实施方式:使用时,将该新型复合空气净化器放在合适位置通上电源后,选择功能按键20中的开关按钮启动净化器,这时室外空气由进风口2进入空气净化器中,空气净化器开始将室外空气进行净化处理,或分解,或吸附,而吸附时掉落的颗粒杂质、灰尘等则是落入收集装置16中,被处理的空气由风道排除,这样循环往复完成净化空气的工作,长时间工作后将后盖11打开拿出收集装置16中的收集盒清除里面的杂质,同时后盖11上的香片13可以起到了对净化后的空气进行香化处理,使被净化的空气带有香片13的清香气息,增加净化后的效果。

1.一种新型复合空气净化器,包括壳体(1)、空气质量检测器(3)、储水器(5)、负离子发生器(6)、高效过滤网层(7)、发光二极管(8)、雾化器(9)、万向轮(10)、后盖(11)、冷触媒层(12)、香片(13)、离心风机(14)、活性炭层(15)、收集装置(16)、聚丙烯滤网层(17)和光触媒网层(18),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)上设置有进风口(2)、智能显示屏(19)和功能按键(20);所述空气质量检测器(3)和空气温湿度感应器(4)均设置在壳体(1)中;所述储水器(5)固定安装在壳体(1)内;所述聚丙烯滤网层(17)设置在壳体(1)内,并位于储水器(5)一侧;所述负离子发生器(6)设置在聚丙烯滤网层(17)上;所述光触媒网层(18)设置在聚丙烯滤网层(17)的后方;所述高效过滤网层(7)设置在光触媒网层(18)后方;所述冷触媒层(12)设置在高效过滤网层(7)后方;所述活性炭层(15)设置在冷触媒层(12)后方;所述发光二极管(8)固定安装在光触媒网层(18)的两侧上;所述雾化器(9)设置在储水器(5)的底端;所述万向轮(10)固定安装在壳体(1)的底部;所述离心风机(14)设置在壳体(1)内的转动轴上;所述收集装置(16)设置在高效过滤网层(7)和活性炭层(15)的正下方;所述后盖(11)与壳体(1)后端配合连接;所述香片(13)设置在后盖(11)上。
